Terrible customer service and how are you out of bread and provide no other option? Then as I am paying she walks away and takes her sweet time. Awful, never going here again

This location is always clean and quick. Staff is usually very friendly. One of the better subway locations inhale been to.

Moved here around a couple months ago and was hungry. This Subway is close to where I live so I got a footlong. There was hardly any parking(that isn’t going to change due to the way the strip mall was laid out), the store wasn’t clean, service was sub par and the ingredients weren’t all that fresh. How do you mess up a Subway sandwich??? Should have read the Unilocal reviews before coming. There are better fast food options near the area, don’t bother with this one.

Subway is subway, but due to the lack of having enough people out there during lunch it made the wait longer than it would usually take. Poor overall customer experiance.

Subway is subway… it’s pretty much the same everywhere. I come here when I am starving to the point that I feel like I can eat my own arm. The staff here is pretty fast. I haven’t seen any lines out the door because of slow service. I usually order the tuna melt. My only concern is that everytime I order a tuna melt, someone will ask me «Would you like it toasted?»…Uh…how else would you melt the cheese? Overall it’s one of the cleaner locations, fully stocked with chips. What more can you ask for from Subway?

This place is clean and has very friendly staff. I just wish that the staff would stop trying up-sell me on my sandwich. I know what I want and would ask for pepperoni or bacon on my meatball sub if I wanted it.

I spent 7 precious minutes of my lunch break(just now) standing in line while a lady made sandwiches for a customer and chatted excessively. I was not acknowledged whatsoever! So what’s a girl to do? Being hungry and pushed for time doesn’t mesh well. I headed a mere block away to Mr Pickles where the service is better, and the sandwiches are much much better. What was I thinking? I should’ve just went to Mr Pickles in the first place. Humph.

Quick service and friendly smiles plus they are not stingy with vegetables. Also, this location is clean and well-maintained.

Food can either be 5 star or 0. I’ve gone there around 10 – 15 times due to its convenience but lately I’ve been getting horrible sandwiches more times then not. Employees rush through sandwich making and often screw it up. Might as well order a 6″ because if you order a foot log they only put the stuff in the middle 6″. The worst part is parking, unless your handicap. They have minimal parking for an outdoor mall and it is very crowed. If your going, be your self a couple extra minutes to find a spot and walk.

I came here for breakfast. They open at 7 am and I got there at 7:05 the restaurant was open but nobody was there. after waiting 10 minutes the employee finally showed up with a Starbucks in her hand. There’s a Starbucks next door. The restaurant was literally open with nobody there because the person who was supposed to be on duty was getting a Starbucks. This is a poorly run operation.

So very disappointed by this Subway. I don’t usually have extremely high expectations of Subway… It’s Subway, after all, but this visit was memorable. Most everything was disappointing. The bathroom was filthy. Someone had used the urinal and not flushed, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a good long while. Horrible smell, too. And it would have been nice to have a hook on which to hook my purse instead of balancing it on the sink — no way was I going to put it on that floor! The girls behind the counter were not focusing on customer service or on spatial math relations. The girl who cut my six inch bread clearly had no idea that she cut the«foot-long» into one-third and two-thirds. When I questioned her, she responded that yes, it was a six inch and passed my poor, forlorn shrunken sandwich on to the next girl behind the counter. The guy behind me in line got an extra large«six inch» sandwich. You’re welcome. The guy in front of me had not asked for olives on his sandwich. They had mistakenly given him olives, on top of which they had poured olive oil and other sauces. When the guy commented that he didn’t want olives, the girl began removing them from his sandwich and throwing them back into the collective dish! When I commented that she’d already poured olive oil over them, she retorted that«they’re olives.» I won’t hold it against them that the Diet Coke machine was out of syrup. It only took them a minute or two to reload it, and the girl who did it was nice enough, but the attitude from the other girls wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Disappointing visit.

Located right next to my tanning spot, HT in Campbell. :) Yes, I’m a Subway kinda girl… eff you Quizno’s! :P I love that this is one of the Subway locations that’s open late everyday. The kid behind the counter who made my delicious southwest chicken sammich, on my fave honey-oat bread, made my meal perfectly. He was friendly, efficient and pretty informative too. I’ve never tried their personal pizzas yet and I asked him if he tried it yet and he said he actually made my sandwich into pizza form before and it was delish! I’ll have to try that next time for sure. Unfortunately I was already fatsaucing it up way too much that one night so I didn’t grab any of their delicious cookies by the cashier. Subway cookies are the SHIZZ! Truth!

I was just glad they had some soup early on Sunday morning. Panera didn’t serve soup till 10:30AM, so Subway was plan B. It wasn’t like the soup was good or anything, we just really needed some soup. Some of you may know why.

Unlike most fast food joints, you’d be surprised at the number of nuanced differences you get at Subways. I think there’s two reasons why this is true: 1) Unlike other fast food joints like Pizza Hut or McDonald’s, you wouldn’t be out of your mind eating here every day; you can get a relatively low-calorie meal here for cheap, so more return visits means noticing more details. 2) You can actually build a relationship with the people ringing you up. I know, that sounds absurd. But especially for return visitors, talking to the person making your food makes a difference. After a while they know what you like, and it’s served ingredient by ingredient. I especially like the fact that this location is pretty clean, has ample room for dining in, and is a good walk from my current workplace. And even if you’ve got uncomfortable shoes, that’s ok, you can get a foot massage next door. But that’s an entirely different review…

Open for breakfast! They have breakfast sandwiches, but you can get any sandwich you want. I come here cuz it’s on the way to work, easy to get in/out. The service is always fast and courteous.

My stars are not based on sandwich quality… come on, we’ve all been to Subway… it’s based on cleanliness, accessibility, and staff. Simply, I’ve had better. There’s not another subway close enough in the general vicinity… The Hamilton traffic is really a huge bother. I’d rather go to Panera across the street

Great location. Very clean inside and the Sandwich artist was a cool guy. The y had all the fixings and they were all fresh. I would go back here in a heartbeat.

This is one of the better places to go to when you want a a healthy, fast, and inexpensive meal and either happen to be too busy to cook or too lazy to. In my case, it was the later. Thankfully this location is very close to me. I got the new turkey, avocado and bacon sub and it was good. If you substitute mustard for the usual dressing they use or a fat free option, you’ll save on tons of calories without giving up flavor. Ask them to put all the vegetables on it if you don’t have an aversion or allergy to spinach, cucumbers, etc… It adds crunch with extra vitamins and doesn’t taste funny in the sandwich. I always get mine with pickles and hot peppers too which gives it an extra flavor. The service here can be a little slow when they’re busy though.

I used to mock Subway frequent-flyers, but I must confess I’ve become partial to their veggie delight equipped with their veggie patty on their parmesan herb bread. This location doesn’t see much action, so it’s very clean and the workers are friendly. No glares or hard-stares for asking for extra tomatoes/bell-peppers or even cheese. I’d definitely go here again, but I am NOT making any kind of habit out of it. I’m not selling out to no fast-food chain!
