This UPS store shouldn’t be HERE. It’s the absolutely worst nightmare EVER. I shipped 4 boxes here and they charged me $ 40 for accepting the packages and now she is saying she is so kind land that’s why she didn’t charge my STORAGE fees. This is unbelievable!!! DONTEVERUSETHISLOCATION

I feel like I have to apologize every time I want to send a package here, because the reaction always seems like they have something better to do. The best service I’ve received here could be described as «bored,» while the worst and most frequent is «annoyed or inconvenienced.» What is this nonsense about charging me for tape to seal my package? A dollar? Are you serious? For one box you use at most 10 cents of tape. Or is it for the fantastic«service» that is being provided in the sealing of said box that you demand my dollar? I feel like that should be included in my prepaid cost of shipping, don’t you? Well, obviously they don’t. Fortunately, other UPS stores seem to think that taping something up for me and shipping it is no big deal, so I’ll just go to those instead.

It’s weird giving a place like this 1 star. However, it is pretty dirty inside the place and generally disorganized. I had to buy some tape and the teeth on the roll promptly broke. The biggest annoyance however, is that there is no drop box outside the store, or at least a place for me to slide my pre-paid package into. Employees were friendly, but that just does not make up for the apparent disregard for cleanliness and convenience.

I recently came to this store in the Westgate complex after receiving some very understaffed help at the FedEx next door. I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and helpful the young man behind the desk was. He was able to get everything I needed packed and shipped within 5 minutes! Seamless, and great customer service! Thanks, UPS!

Horrible service! This is the only ups store I have been to that charges me a dollar for taping a piece of tape to seal the box for shipping. The women here never even greet you with a smile. They act like they are so unhappy with their job. I would much rather go to another ups store for my amazon returns

I arrived at 1:45pm. There was a handwritten sign on the door that said«Closed from noon to 2:45» — though the open hours are supposed to be 10 – 4. So I got my hair cut next door at Schroeders, went to OSH, and returned at 2:45. By 3:05, 4 other customers had come– and left disappointed. Or rather, mad. I called 5 other stores before I found one open on Sunday– a 7 minute drive to Homestead & Keily. Never returning to the Prospect store.

Don’t go here for Live Scans. They didn’t follow procedure correctly per the Secretary of State and I have an email to prove it. They costed me alot of time and money and delayed me getting my notary to begin making money in these challenging times. I don’t want to have this happen to someone else so Please don’t go here for Live Scan Services. The other reviews are accurate because I experienced the same from this owner.

I scheduled an appointment with the Notary 2 days in advance to have some important documents notarized. When I showed up(with my friend who was to witness the signatures), I was told by he young lady behind the counter that the notary wasn’t able to make it and would not be in at all that day! They called and left a message on my home phone only after I already left my house to go to the appointment — only minutes before the scheduled time! Needless to say I was very upset about that! Also, the young lady at the counter was not very friendly both when I called to make the appointment and also when I arrived for the appointment. What kind of shady business it this? She didn’t seem to care that I was inconvenienced. I then immediately drove to the nearby PostNet business. They were very friendly and the notary is there during business hours all day every day — no appointment was necessary. That UPS Store could learn a thing or two from PostNet! Stay away from this UPS Store!

This store has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. There’s a girl who works the counter that acts like its a huge inconvenience whenever a customer walks in because she had to actually do some work. I walk in about 10 minutes before 5pm, I’m the only customer in the store, and ask for a box, the girl at the counter gives me a blank look and doesnt move, so i ask«do you sell boxes here?» she sighs, says yes and at a turtles pace walks 5 feet to grab a box. After she puts my shipment into the box she stands there again with a blank look, so I ask for packaging bubble or air packs, she sighs like I just asked her to do my taxes or something and walks back to fill the box with Styrofoam peanuts(not what I asked for). She begrudgingly fills out the shipping info and tells me the ground shipping rate is $ 13.84, fine I say then she rings me up for $ 25.37… I ask why its so much and she says the box & packaging Styrofoam and theres nothing she can do about the charge. I tell her, I wished you would have told me it costs more to top off a shoe box sized package with Styrofoam than the cost of the box itself, she responds… well you asked for it. I wish I would have just taken back the package I was going to ship and left her there with a box full on Styrofoam but I was so dumbfounded by this girl that I just gave her my card to pay. By the way, this seems to be a shady practice that this location frequently pulls on its customers as on the receipt it says retail supplies are not refundable. Seems like they have pissed off enough customers to have to put that on all receipts. At least I know what UPS store to avoid like the plague, the only reason I would ever go back to this location would be to mess with this employee by making them do a bunch of work and canceling at the last minute like I SHOULD have done today. Oh well, lesson learned.
