My frapp tastes as though it was made with used or old grounds. Extremely dissatisfied! Upon telling the three employees about my dissatisfaction though I can’t just waste a $ 6 drink while the world still contains hungry children, the three employees not only disagreed with me but they spent the last 15 minutes vocally demeaning and devaluing my right as a customer of Starbucks for at least a decade on a daily basis. They have now made sure every customer knows that I’m an idiot and my opinion is of no value. I myself have been the operations manager to a company of shell gas stations for over a decade and could or would never belittle a customer or human being like that without the expectation of termination! I am going to contact corporate immediately and photograph the offenders!

Don’t usually go to starbucks a whole lot, but this one was alright. I think I liked it so much because the line was short and the service was fast. Coffee was the same as it always is. A bit too sugary, at least the iced frappuccinos are, but still okay. It’s in a good location that’s on my route to work which is nice for me if I’m in a pinch and need a pick-me-up. Not much else to say really, it’s a pretty average starbucks in my opinion.

This one has a few tables, is cozy and a crowded but its own parking lot! The workers are friendly and the drinks consistent here. I go from time to time and will continue to go to this one!

Giving 2 stars because some of the staff are not very friendly which sucks because this is the closest starbucks to me.

Smooth jazz, loud saxophones. That is what you will find playing at this particular Starbucks, not that all Starbucks don’t play the same music. Warm refuge from the cold weather outside; the sound of coffee brewing; and Wi-Fi. Love this place. Will be back again.

This Starbucks is great, except that DRIVING to it is an absolute nightmare! I literally live 3 minutes away, but it takes me a solid 10 minutes to get into the parking lot because of its orientation. The only convenient way to access this Starbucks is if you’re going south on Saratoga. Any other direction… It will take you less time to go to the north Starbucks past the 280 on the left, or to the location at Westgate.

I decided to try this Starbucks since it’s close to home but I guess I must have avoided it for a reason subconsciously. No good mornings as I walked in the store. I ordered my usual drink and completely forgot to add my shot as I paid, not even half a second after I asked to add and pay for it. The barista working looked so bothered as if she had already started my drink. Very rude. I also asked for caramel only on top and I got a cup smothered in caramel. Frustrating but because I was trying not to bother my barista that looked like she was already having a bad morning I just walked out the store. Never coming to this location again. :/

Attention: i came in 2:30(8÷31÷2015). The woman took my order had really terrible service! The reason I still give 5 stars is because other staffs working here are really nice! I come here to grab a coffee everyday, they all excellent except this woman!

This is one of the best Starbucks out there! I go every single morning for my iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. Every single barista greets me with a smile, and they know my order and have it ready within minutes. They make me excited to wake up in the morning and go to work because I can’t wait to go see them:) And get my coffee of course!

Very cheerful and energetic staff. It’s refreshing to see early in the morning. Got my drink fast. No problems with this Starbucks location.

The parking situation is horrible here. It’s a standard Starbucks other than that. This is the Starbucks where people park on the side of the road and come out aggressively without looking. They signal and come out at the same time. Today, I visited this Starbucks. There is a sign that reads«Enter Here» for the line but no one follows it. I was waiting where the line was supposed to be and people started to line up from the exit because that’s naturally where people go after entering the door. It was morning and I wasn’t going to ruin anyone’s day so I lined up where everyone decided to form a line. Not enough sandwiches in stock. They had 1 smooshed egg salad sandwich and 1BLT. On the way out, some genius decided to parallel park where cars exit so I was stuck.

The only person that deserves anything is this really awesome barista. Didn’t get his name but he has tattoos, gauged ears. The barista is the only one who really«talked» to me the«how are you doing? Thank you!, enjoy your beverage have a great day!» The cashier however her face wasn’t welcoming nor her tone! Also clearly can’t take an order. I asked for a peppermint hot chocolate, got a reg hot chocolate!!! Really must have been a «complicated order!” — Anjelah Johnson voice! Really sucks cause this is close to home but I drive the extra 3mins to go to the westgate Starbucks!

Never had a problem with drinks. Super convenient for me since it’s close to where I live, but definitely walk to this location. Parking and getting in and out of this Starbucks is a nightmare due to Saratoga being the busy street that is always is.

Today’s visit was definitely a reminder to myself why I never frequented to this particular Starbucks. Long Story Short: Came around 3pm(Saturday) Ordered 3 different drinks. Came out fairly quick. Took a sip out of Hazelnut Macchiato. Omg disgusting. Literally tasted like iced milk. No hint of hazelnut at all! So of course I wanted them to remake the drink, took a while to get their attention, hate it when they pretend to act busy when they’re not really doing anything to begin with. A different barista remade my drink, still tasted like iced milk. My family members also agreed their drinks didn’t taste as good as well. I should have stopped by the Starbucks in the westgate plaza. Lesson learned.

I hang out in the Santa Clara area frequently, so I’ve probably been to this Starbucks a few times. Good service, WiFi is pretty mediocre though. Gets a bit crowded at times, but you shouldn’t have trouble getting a seat and power outlet. Nothing more to add — this is just a *good* Starbucks; my drinks have always been prepared well. Check out Lucky’s, that pizza bar, and a really excellent Japanese restaurant nearby. C+

I came in and no one was in line. Perfect for me on a super hot day! Ordered, had a super friendly cashier and she promptly made my Ice green tea latte with less ice and it was perfectly sweetened. She made it super quick too! One star for the dripping liquid on the side and lid, but I didn’t mind wiping it away. Parking is a little tight and during busy traffic hours, the Main Street of Saratoga can be packed and you can’t make a u-turn since the light is right there. But I just turn into the neighborhood and make a u-turn from there. Clean, a little small, but friendly service.

Slow service, serious lack of hospitality, and an unsatisfactory delivery of The Starbucks menu. They also are very stingy and even make you pay for add ins that are normally free of charge. There are plenty of better coffee shops in the area, including other Starbucks stores, that will serve you better quality drinks more efficiently and with a positive attitude.

Decent little Starbucks. Employees were fairly nice. One of the few redeeming things about this Suburban hellscape of a neighborhood.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, as far as I’m concerned– but having abstained from coffee for the better part of four years, I’m going to say that hitting up this place yesterday was noteworthy. I always love the seasonal menu and almost caved when the PSL came back, but now it’s winter so peppermint is all the rage– got myself a skinny peppermint mocha. Side note, also love that the skinny drinks are now actually on the menu instead of a special order– I think it also increases the likelihood that baristas are actually making them skinny and not futzing it up(intentionally or otherwise). In any case, my drink was exactly as expected. Loved that there were plenty of seats available during a weekend afternoon– it’s almost an impossibility to find a spare seat withotu a laptop on it at other places, even off peak hours. I guess this location isn’t as heavily trafficked– though business did pick up as I left.

Came by for coffee after lunch the other day. The Iced Mocha was mediocre. The espresso wasn’t very strong. With 2 pumps of mocha syrup, the drink wasn’t too sweet but wasn’t super tasty either. Peet’s, by far, makes a far superior Iced Mocha
