I went here because the location is convenient and in general I like RTP. Different experience today: Pizza was over-cheesed, over-sauced, and under-cooked. I’ll likely avoid this location for future orders.
This place sucks dick. Appetizers out after my pizza is finished, like wtf is this? And $ 50 bucks!!! You are better off spending your money at a local spot that will work hard for your money instead of this place

Pizza is awesome. Everyone knows how expensive it is, but the staff here makes it worth it. They were kind and patient and they offered us an additional 10% off, just because! Pizza is pizza, but this location does it the best!

Terribly over priced. Probably the most expensive round table around. $ 60 for a extra large pepperoni and a small gourmet veggie. Don’t bother. There are 2 more round table pizzas w/in a mile or so, go there and get the same thing for half the price

Best Customer service! Kenan and Danny are the best. Super nice and great at their job. The food is pretty awesome. The place is really big compared to other round tables i“ve been to. I saw a party or event going on but there was not many people in the place. The bathrooms are pretty gross and some of the salad buffet looks old because we went at night. To bad because we wanted salad. Prices are kinda expensive but I got a good deal.

Ordered online for delivery. Paid $ 2.50 extra to add bacon as an additional topping — pizza didn’t have bacon. Bought 6pc garlic Parmesan twists –only 5pcs in the box. Tried to call to complain… got put on hold… hung up after 9 minutes of being on hold. Tried calling back twice but got put on hold again even though I said«no I’d like to speak to a manager» when asked if I would«please hold». Terrible service. Pizza was mediocre. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This is the only Round Table Pizza we go to. They have plenty of big screen tv’s to watch whatever game your interested in. It’s also very big with lots of seating. The manager Johnny is usually always there when we go. He’s very friendly & helpful by making sure we are seated comfortable in front of the big screens. He’s got great customer service skills and it’s always a pleasure when Johnny is around.

We have celebrated many birthdays, graduation party’s & a baby shower here! This location is defiantly one of the bigger locations with lots of tv’s. The parking is plenty and the staff is pretty good. Jonny is one of our favorite employees here, always so helpful! Two thumbs up for this Round table location!

Even though this place was busy with parties and the 49er game… The staff kept the dining and gaming area very clean. Staff was very friendly and pizza was delicious. Kids had a blast.

I came in today 7÷16÷15 to order a medium half pepperoni & cheese. They guy who was on the register(Marc) was very helpful. I asked him why did the other Round Table place weren’t able to do the half cheese and half pepperoni because it was the managers rule(or some kind). He was looking at me like that place was not in the right mind. They should be able to serve you as what you order. Anyways… This round table place was nice, lots of seating and little fun area for kids. Bathrooms are clean and Marc who served me was very attentive. He added a cple of paper plates without me asking and 4 tokens for my daughter. I was happy for his service. He’s very out going as well. Keep it up!

Small Round table! Dark and thin and long just like you expect Round table. The menu us the same as all of them and to their credit the pizza as well as all other italian offerings are consistent at each I’ve been to. There is competition very close by and it’s in a strip mall close to some alternate fast food places. Beer on tap is nice and TV is cool. The service at this one is quite good but then hopefully they do not have a big employee turn over. I have gone here before going to JJ’s blues before!

I wish there was a choice for ZERO Stars! I had my child’s birthday party at one of banquet rooms in this location. Five minutes before the start of the party — the room was disgustingly dirty! It had partially eaten food plates, stuff on the floor and all over. But wait .here is the best part: We went up to the front desk and(albeit with frustration) asked them to clean it up ASAP and their response was to threaten us to «Void» party and asked us to leave the store! This is after paying a $ 150 deposit and inviting over 35 guests to the party! What a nightmare — they don’t know how to be professional with customers. We don’t intend to step into that place… ever!

This is my closest round table to home and every time they do a delivery the customer service is great. I went to the location not too long ago and the customer service and food was on point. A short guy there by the name of vincent took our order as well as served our food and drinks. funny guy in which he made our experience more enjoyable. Well since i’m close I guess we’ll be ordering delivry again soon enough…

In my opinion round table is great pizza, especially considering it’s a huge chain. Their only problem is the price, but I guess you get what you pay for. I’ve been to this location 3 times. The first 2 for dinner. Pizza was great, they have beer on tap, and the kids loved it because it had a play structure inside as well as games. We stayed for a couple hours both times. Only downside was the play area was a dirty, smelled like sweat and pee, and probably had too many kids to really be safe. Came again today with a friend and our sons for the lunch buffet. We chose this one because they had the play area. Unfortunately they remodeled and no longer have the play area, but it was honestly a good move on their part. No longer stinks, clean, and they have used the area for new updated arcade games. Skee ball, basketball, claw game, etc. They also have a ticket area you can pick prizes after. Yea, you spend more money but it keeps people from staying too long plus it’s probably a lot safer. As for the buffet, it’s the best thing round table’s got going on. For less than $ 10 you get endless pizza, salad bar, and fountain drinks. Plus, my son was free. Seriously, how can you beat that? You definitely get it your money’s worth and they do a pretty good job keeping everything replenished even during their lunch rush. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

This is a review strictly for service. We usually get pizza for carry out. We came here once for their lunch buffet while my car was in the shop and our daughter enjoyed the play area. So to celebrate National Pizza Day on 2÷9÷15 we came here as a family with the intent of enjoying the play area. Much to our dismay the play area was turned into a game room! A game room with an air hockey table, skeeball, basketball, throwing balls at clowns, and various other ticket winning games. They were not toddler friendly. With all that being said we still had a great time! My one year old daughter immediately took to the bright and flashy lights and the sounds emanating from the games. It was all new to her. She could not wait to explore. I checked in on Unilocal and received 3 Parmesan twists to our pizza order. My daughter tried just about every game available with our help. She managed to hit the jackpot at one of the games and won 500 tickets! Wow. She was occupied for a long time watching and pulling the tickets out. I enjoyed watching her bond with her dad as they played games together. I would also like to take an opportunity to lift up a guy named Sonny who helped us. He is just awesome and made our entire family night fun. He observed my daughter eyeing the prize area and he gave her a complimentary toy. When we were redeeming our winnings he threw in an extra toy just because. And even gave us a few free tokens after fixing a game machine. Sonny is super friendly and a great guy and you cannot really beat awesome customer service because it just makes the experience more enjoyable. So an extra star for this place.

I always come here for birthday parties for my friends sons and they are always a hit with the kids! This last time they remodeled their play structure and now it’s a mini arcade. While it takes a lot of tickets to get good stuff it’s all kind of a waste of money so I prefer the play structure over wasting tons of money on junky dollars store toys! But the kids love it and the games are fun for them to play! Not to mention their pizza is really good!

I’ve been going to this particular location for the last few years and the last three times I swore I won’t be back. My sister talked me into going and I reluctantly agreed. We were firstly aghast that two of the doors to get in were LOCKED! Only one entrance/exit was open! Not only did this violate the fire code, but terribly inconvenient since it was raining and cold outside. After we walked around the entire building there was not one employee to be seen. Once we lost patience we shouted, «hello» to get anyone’s attention. Finally a guy came forth. We paid for our order that we called in and he said it would be another 10 minutes or so. As we waited we saw the disaster area of a salad bar. It was not only a mess but nothing was filled. The countertop where the register was and the kitchen we could see behind them was also filthy. When I dared to go to the bathroom it too was a shambles. No paper of any kind available except the wads on the floor from people missing the trash bucket. Water was everywhere and I’ll spare you from describing the odor. They clearly weren’t staffed sufficiently for a Saturday and the help they did have was apathetic and lackadaisical. If that weren’t enough we were again disappointed by the pizza itself. The pizza ‘sauce’ they use is tomato paste, not sauce! This time I mean it, no more filthy Round Table for us! P. S. We did insist they unlock the doors for safety!

Today has been so unbelievably bad, I have to write this review before we even leave the restaurant. We usually come here once or twice a month so that my little boy can play. Sometimes we invite a few other families, sometimes we just combine it with a night at the«book store», aka Barnes & Noble. We’ll, today we came in for lunch(we normally do dinner) and were so surprised to see the play area is gone. It’s now all games… games for school-aged kids. For ticket redemption. Lame. That’s not even the worst, though… All of their new games are already broken. A few had out-of-order signs but the rest just took our money. Of course they just refunded it at the counter but on the 3rd game that took our money, we just stopped going up. They tricked us into getting tokens when the only working game was the bball game, which my son can’t play. Oh, and the candy grabber machine worked… Thanks for the $ 0.02 cent for $ 0.50 cents. :-/ Now the absolute straw that broke the camels back was the filthy conditions. ALL of the tables in the game room were piled with dirty plates, the floor is covered in food and the bathrooms are utterly nasty from obvious long term neglect. I’ll post a pic. Normal employees cannot handle bathrooms like this… They need to hire professional cleaners at this point. Needless to say, we won’t be back. We’ll go to Chuck E Cheese when we want to play games and have pizza. At least their games are only 1 token a play, not 2 tokens like Round Table is charging… For games that don’t work. Too bad… We were simi-regulars who invited other parents to meet us here, too. Won’t see ya there.

I come here because they have a huge selection of pizzas for the lunch buffet, and everything is hot, fresh and tasty. It’s a pretty good deal for $ 8! All you can eat pizza, and salad bar. But I really only come here so the kids can go in the play area and I can relax and have some lunch. Its good to come on a hot day since its nice and air conditioned in here. I came here the other day with a friend, we both had toddlers with us. All the kids were playing nicely and all the parents ordered the lunch buffet. Which is what any regular person does who wants to use the playground right? Nope! This woman brings her 2 kids who are 7 – 9 years old to play in there. The whole time, they are screaming, and hitting the metal beams together as well as obnoxiously shoving other smaller kids aside. The mother sits there, does not eat, nor order anything. She doesn’t tell her children no. All the other parents stare and have irritated looks on their faces, but no one says anything. I had to tell her kids to stop doing stuff to our toddlers, since god forbid she teaches them how to behave. Finally, after 30 minutes of feeling like I was at the zoo, I went and mentioned to the manager that she’s letting her kids go wild in there, and isn’t even eating here… You know what he tells me? That the indoor playground is free to the public, and that people don’t need to eat there to use it! Oh really?! That’s news to me. Any self respecting person would pay $ 8 for a lunch. And people wonder why this country’s going to S*@T!
