I buy their bread at Race St. Fish and Poultry, boy is it good with brie and a chilled glass of Chardonnay can’t beat it!

There is simply no better bread anywhere. It’s amazing how you can go to a restaurant or sandwich place, take a bite and say, «Oh wow! It’s Roma!» Every time I think it’s the real deal, I ask and I’m never wrong. This long established bakery gets it right with everything they do. Gotta love it!

As the owner of a new restaurant who really has no reliable daily volume information, I have found Roma Bakery the ideal supplier. When I’m short or out, they are there same day with enough to get me by until my order comes in. This is the definition of customer care. Not to mention the fact that their rolls really contribute to the quality of our food offering, therefore increasing our ability to get a good price on our sandwiches. Highly recommend these folks.

Best bread in the Bay Area. Too bad they only deliver to restaurants :(
