I’ve come to this place since it opened many years ago but I feel like the service has gone down. I got some sass and attitude with my order. Nonetheless, my pizza was delicious though!

The atmosphere is pretty chill. It has a bar type of vibe. Pictures all over the walls of surfers and whatnot which is pretty cool. There’s not a lot of seating but I ordered my pizza to-go. My best friend and I got a large pizza; half chicken & bacon and half super veggie. It was delicious although the crust was a bit too thin so when lifting up the pizza slice, it would droop but otherwise, very tasty.

4.5STARS I’ve been meaning to try Pizza My Heart for some time. But every time I’m in SJ, I’m never in the mood for pizza. Finally on Friday, November 27th at 11:15am, I stopped by to grab some takeout for lunch. *The big sur(630 cal): pepperoni, sausage, portobello, garlic($ 4.50 slice) *Pesto(500 cal): basil, garlic, almonds & parmesan($ 4 slice) I love pizza by the slice as I can try different types of pizza. I’ve heard good things about the Big Sur and luckily when I got there, it was about to come out of the oven, all fresh and hot! I love roasted garlic, meat and mushrooms, so this is my ideal slice. The garlic was nice and caramelized. Yum! The Pesto was delicious as well. I typically prefer my pesto slices without tomato sauce, but I still adored this slice. The pesto sauce had lots of nice basil and garlic flavors. The only thing that could have been little better was the crust. My slices were a little floppy at the tips, so I had to fold them to eat the pizza. But that could have been due to the time it took to get them home for consumption. Otherwise, the rest of the crust was soft with a nice chew. Pizza My Heart, you definitely have my heart. I only wish you didn’t post the calories of each slice. Ignorance is bliss!

The best pizza in the State of California. I’m here like once a week. The staff are friendly and so cool. Service is fast and there is always somewhere to sit. They have sports on which is always a good thing. I’ve had the Big Sur, maui wowie, pep and sausage and they are all delish. Crispy thin crust and huge ginormous slices. Lunch for under 10 dollars. Plenty of parking available, too.

I agree with a lot of the reviews the service is hit or miss. The new employees seem to be nice, one is such a sweet heart but the guys that have been working there for a while now can sometimes be rude. Whether it’s verbally or body language. One of the rude guys is a bit chubby and he may be the manager/supervisor. The other rude guy is the one that wears a beanie all the time. The pizzas’ taste great. Prices throughout have recently been upped. My only complaint is they don’t make some specials on the day they’re shown on the board. You have to request them and wait 15 – 20 minutes. Also if you come within 1 hour before closing you will get pizza that looks stale. Also once I saw a guy using a spray cleaner around lunch time and I could literally see the spray mist going near the pizzas’ on display… anyway I’ll still probably be back :)

I like this place but service sucked today. The guy that took my order had no customer service skills. The pizza makers spoke in Spanish very load and speaking inappropriately about women and cussing. I speak Spanish very well, so I understood what they were saying. To management: fix this, you’re going to lose lots of money.

2.5 solid stars Pizza are decent, salads are not that great. Not something I crave for, but if I am in the plaza and craving for pizza, I would drop by and grab a slice. Service is friendly and fast. There are TVs in there, so you can catch your favorite sport team. n

We had our annual fundraising event here for our school so it was pretty busy at around 6pm on a Wednesday night. You can order from pre-made slices or a special pizza of your choosing. We decided to just grab a salad and pre-made slices. They toast the slices for you as well, so it’s nice and crispy. Salad: — Mixed greens with gorgonzola cheese Pizza: — Pepperoni — a simple classic and very good. This one was the kids favorite. — Big sur 40 — roasted garlic, tomato sauce, pepperoni, sausage, portobello mushrooms and green onions. Strong garlic taste, but that’s why I love it. Staff were very friendly and the service was quick. We got there just in time before the big crowd, so we were able to find seats. It’s a great hangout for family and friends on a night where you just don’t want to cook.

Nice cozy location, usually empty… staff are friendly now for the important part, the pizza, thin crust, large slices, heated to order. My favorite is the Hawaiian it has sweet Pineapple and canadian bacon. i get this one pretty much every time I’m here… I’ve tried others like the pepperoni and chicken and bacon which are way too greasy for my taste… I don’t mind greasy but it has to be worth the oh shit I jus, ate some greasy ass pizza but I don’t give a what feeling. also the chicken is dry. I will say though for a quick lunch it’s def worth it. no wait, great lunch special deal $ 8.00 which has a slice, salad, & a drink which you can swap out for bottled water or soda.(they do have a coke machine that I enjoy) overall would come back for the Hawaiian.

Solid pizza place with decent salads. We’ve used them for take out — food is good and quickly prepared. Pretty much a low ambience place and not my idea of a great place to hang out, or I’d give it higher marks. That said, if all you want is a pizza, go for it!

I love Pizza My Heart but not this particular location. Staff was professional and nice and I was able to order online.(This deserves a 5 start alone) Looking at the pizza I ordered it was pretty gross: badly burnt and very thin flimsy pizza. The crust was the worst part, hard and chewy. I also ordered cheesy bread which ended up being chewy bread with completely no cheese on it. This chain of pizza is fantastic, however, I wouldn’t try this location again. *I did just recently went to the one in Cupertino! Perfect pizza and cheesy bread!

I only go here because it’s in a good location near my house and when I don’t feel like eating a medium Dominoes pizza by myself and then internally crying from the guilt. I’m not a fan of Pizza My Heart in general but it’s definitely great pizza by the slice place to go if you’re hungry, in the area, and want some pizza. Pizza My Heart pizzas are thin, soggy, and veryy oily/greasy. They do give you big slices, but when it’s thin and oily, it gets really hard to eat — as in you will get oil all over your hands and face. It’s the kind of thin pizza where it’s not crunchy so it’ll just flop all over the place. But there’s big booths and tables so you can eat and chill with friends. Also there’s a stamp card system for all the locations(every 3 — free soda, every 6 — free salad, every 9 — free slice)

Best Pizza My Heart around! The staff is great, always greeting you the minute you walk into the store and immediately waits for your order. They have such a wonderful selection of salads and pizza. I have tried each and every one of their salads and I love them all. I’m not sure if it’s worth $ 8… but it’s still fresh and great quality. My favorite pizza is their chicken bacon as well their combination. I’ve tried a few other slices and they’re all great if you love thin crust pizza. I always end up getting the combo of pizza, salad, and a drink. My favorite drink their is their green tea. Even if you don’t come often you should still ask for a stamp card because you never know when it’ll add up and you could end up getting your whole meal for free, which I have at least twice now. Great plus that whenever I come the place is always empty, and clean. If you come during the lunch hour it can be pretty busy in terms of parking.

Piece of pizza. Say it really fast 5 times. Just sounds like pizza pizza. Ordered: — Chicken Walnut(Mixed Baby Greens, Candied Walnuts, Chicken, Gorgonzola with the Balsamic Dressing) $ 5.75 — Pepperoni $ 3.50 — Cheese $ 3.25(2) — Combo $ 4.00 Tina’s Tips and Tantrums — Different locations such as Blossom Hill | Burlingame | Campbell | Capitola | Cupertino | Emeryville | Evergreen | Isla Vista | Los Gatos | Monterey | Mountain View | Palo Alto | Redwood City | San Jose | San Mateo | Santa Clara | Santa Cruz | Saratoga | Sunnyvale | Willow Glen — Staff at this location are pretty friendly and helpful — There’s a day of the week where kids can create their own pizza. Sorry, I don’t know which day! — I would say it either way. Cheap and pricey for one slice though, but it was pretty damn good! — Stamp card, 10 slices you get one free(I think, correct me if I’m wrong) — Table in the back near the fountain drinks, you can utilize the powdered /herbal /cheesy toppings — Semi-spacious with 4 – 5 booths and a couple tables with big screen televisions — Will be back, only when I crave a piece of pizza
