I was completely floored on my first visit. This space is clean, linens are fresh and smell amazing. Service is great. Had my facial, mani & pedi. Hope they keep up this service. shall be vising them again.

Does anyone happen to know where any one of these ladies moved to? They were excellent/​meticulous manicurists…

I have been here occasionally for meni’s and pedi’s have come out with mixed feelings. It’s been a hit or miss.
This time went for a classic facial using the groupon deal, unfortunately the experience was not good. To start off, the room had absolutely no ambiance. Looked like a store room with no candles, flowers, etc and only a few cabinets.
The facial itself was bad !! started massage without cleaning up the make-​up and by the time the facial ended, my face was red and sensitive with the harsh scrubbing done by a brush. Today even after 24 hrs, the face is red and hurts when touched. Not going back to them for a facial for sure !!

What a great, clean salon! This joint and it’s management are a pleasure to work with. I have been so delighted by every service they offer, from wonderfully done manicure and pedicures, meticulous waxes, and detailed, precise hair cuts. My mom also recommends there massages and facials. I will keep coming back! Highly recommend! I particularly enjoy a woman here by the name of Dana!

I have gone here multiple times for manicures/​pedicures and, for the most part, have been satisfied each time. The hand and foot massages given were excellent and I really enjoyed the lotion. Every time I left my arms and legs felt soft and clean. However, the last time I went I decided to get a gel manicure instead of a regular manicure. The service was as usual, and up to par, but only three days later the entire polish from one nail peeled off. I didn’t pick at the nail prior to it falling off and was very confused as to why it came off. After that, all of them started coming off and i finally just took it off myself. My nails ended up being damaged and weak, resulting in them breaking/​peeling. I give it three stars because i have had great experiences there before.

I was there recently and liked the premises. It was clean the staff was friendly and they did a good job with mani and pedi. Connie’s massage was excellent. However, my husband for whom I had bought the massage came home disappointed. Per him the service was mediocre. And today when I went for my scheduled appointment at ten am I was asked multiple times if I had made an appointment which ticked me off a little. Then after waiting for fifteen minutes and not finding anyone to say I am leaving except the barber who was doing his job I chose to leave. I may come back for nails not sure considering I am new to this area and will keep exploring but my high hopes for this place got royally dashed. Well all that glitter’s is not gold after all.

This is a lovely, full service salon that aims to please. My mom is going there after switching from a poorly run poor service salon and Couture is like a dream. Pricing is right and the service is excellent.

This place was amazing! Clean, friendly, and great service! Best of all, they pamper you amazingly! I’ve been to a lot of salons and so many of them rush while doing it and it kind of feels like they just want to get it over with. Here, they take the time to give you little massages on your hands and feet, moisturize, etc.
I also love their color selection! Along w regular nail polish, they also have a lot of gel nail polish colors! And you can use two colors like I did. A melon of Troy OPI bottom and a glitter OPI top! So cute, especially for summer!
Oh, also, you wouldn’t expect it, but it’s also a great place to pick up a cute summer sandal! I bought two!

Purchased a Groupon for a facial with Nancy. The Spa/​Salon itself is nice, the room is dark with dimmed lights, perfect! and great music! I was pretty much asleep during my facial (which is great!) the extractions did not hurt at all, great massage. My face is super super smooth, radiant and fresh! Thanks Nancy! Will be coming back for sure.

Would have given 4 stars if it weren’t for the poor customer service. I had a groupon for a facial. Made an appointment in advance. Someone either neglected to write my appointment down or lost it, either way they seemed not to care. No apology or anything. They were able to still get me in but I had to share a room with another person which was no big deal for me. As for the facial itself it was very relaxing and my face felt fresh and rejuvenated afterwards. I just wish they had a little more compassion for the appointment mix up.

I had a massage with Ngoc today. At the beginning, she applied essential oil and gave me a very gentle massage. After 5 minutes, I asked her to switch to deep tissue massage because this was what I originally requested when booking my appointment. She laughed and said «you are just like me, I like hard massage that would hurt.» She really worked hard on my back, shoulder and legs. I enjoyed the warm oil Ngoc rubbed on my back. She knew pressure points and applied right amount of pressure to loosen all shoulder blade knots and my aching back muscle. Toward the end of the session, Ngoc put hot stones, covered my back and shoulder with hot towels. I really like her work.
The massage room was nice, clean and warm with snow white fluffy towels on the massage table. I really don’t like putting my face on a smelly face rest. This place has none of that. I would come back for massage with Ngoc. She is great. She works Tues — Thurs.

This review is for Connie and haircuts.
I’ve been going to Connie for about 2 years now and I’ve been putting off writing a review until now. I love Connie. When it comes to hair, I’m very very very extremely picky. However, a lot of the time I usually just want a trim so it’s nothing too daring. Connie is always respective, responsive, and knows what she’s doing.
I usually wear my hair long but recently I decided to cut it really short, chopping off my locks. I went to Connie and was still really nervous even though she’s the only person I’ve trusted with my hair for the past 2 years. I showed her some pictures and told her that’s how I would like it but to keep it a little longer than the usual a-​line bob. She washed my hair and started working on my hair. I absolutely love it! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and a lot of people have told me it was such a good change.
Connie is so sweet and she always remembers me and asks about my life but never digging into my life personally. I like to establish a relationship with my hairdresser and she always knows exactly what I’m talking about (I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past).
I’m hoping to come in for other services in the future!

So it was my first time coming here .
Myself and my daughter came .
My daughter had a cut finger nail, my daughter told the lady that her nail was very sensitive since she hurt her finger nail day before .
Well the lady kept jamming it, 2x she kept saying «sorry, i forgot» well my experience is i thought the nail lady ven was nice and did really good on my shellac manicure. As for my pedicure, i thought she got all my ingrown because when i went they were hurting well day after i went to this nail place my big toe was hurting bad, i couldn’t touch my big toe, well even as painful as it was i had to … I checked if maybe my ingrown was not cut right. I kept squeezing. My toe right where it hurt … Well squeezing it puss was coming out, so with alcohol i and cuticle cutter i cleaned the area. So now my toe feels a little better but still squeezing puss out. Now i am thinking if there tools was sanitized because seemed like an infection. I am not going back to this place .
Now, i will only choose nail spas where they give you the tools they use on you they have you keep it .
This spa location is very nice but just disappointed in the pain after and well my daughter kept saying «my nail hurts even after the visit to the nails»… I also suggest better customer service.

This nail salon got so much better once new management took over. I always come here now for my French mani and pedi and they do it exactly how I ask them to. And to top it off, they pamper you whilst doing your nails. And the massage chairs you are seated in, keeps your back feeling so relaxed. I love it!
If you’re getting a pedi, I’d suggest requesting Vi because she does it so well!
Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars salon!

My first time entering into Couture Spa was awkward, the store it self was really quiet and I had no idea there was someone at the counter desk. As i was asking the asian lady for a Mani/​Pedi i heard a quiet voice asking what i needed to be done on the side of my ear, i turned around and saw a lady behind the counter with a really soft voice. LOL
I chose my colors was ready to get pampered. I had Nancy and another asian lady as my manicurist. They both were very quiet and rarely spoke. I loved the way Nancy pampered me during the whole session. She is detailed, soft spoken, but she spoke less, kind of awkward. As for the lady that did my manicure; she was not careful. There were a few mistakes i saw the next day but i was too lady to come back and get it fixed. So –1 star
$ 25 for a regular Pedicure.

Before the new management took over, I only stepped foot in here once and it was weird.
Lately I’ve been coming here when I can to get my eyebrows done. A few times Ive had the same person, but I think there are 3 different girls who wax. I never had a problem with any of them.
it actually feels nice inside (from before) and the back waxing room is clean, and they play spa music while working which is kinda cool.

Have you ever been to a hair stylist where it was one of those small asian ladies who think they know which hair style best suits you? And when they are done, you come out rocking that awesome bowl cut or that totally bald look? I know I have :(that’s why I only go to Couture and I ONLY go to KHANG.
If you want someone to listen to what you want, carry an awesome conversation with you, and put the utmost detail in your cut. GO TO THIS MAN!
But if you want that bowl cut and asian ladies talking about which college you’ll attend to next year, you should steer clear of this guy…

I received great service. I have been trying all the nail spots in the area and so far this has been the best one. I got a pedicure and they took their time and did a wonderful job. They did not cut me and I got a lengthy massage. I decided to get my eyebrows done and all I can say is WOW!!! Connie did a wonderful job. Best my eyebrows ever looked. She took me in the back and it was a spa like feeling and took her time.
They were a little bit pricy but worth it. Pedicure was $ 25 and eyebrows were $ 15. I will be back.

I was running errands in the area recently and needed a mani/​pedi so I decided to stop by Couture Spa & Salon. Upon entering, you will find that this salon is very bright, open, and spacious. The staff here were all very friendly and courteous. The salon itself was very clean and well-​kept. The décor was classy and modern which greatly appealed to my taste.
I had my shellac mani and pedi done by Trina and she did a wonderful job! The paint job lasted a long time. I was told that this salon, which is under new management, also offers hair, massage, and facial services. A all-​in-​one stop shop for all your beauty needs. I will definitely return to Couture to try their other services.
