I have never made a purchase here, but I accidentally stumbled upon this location while stopping in at another business in the same shopping center. I found the owner to be quite friendly. It appears they have a large selection of hair extensions and hair care products and accessories. I grabbed a few cards and will keep them in mind the next time I need to send a friend or client to find some hair! Cute little supply store :-)

Has EVERY black hair care product you EVER wanted! Owner is really nice… good customer service… and he didnt follow me all around the store or watch me as i was looking around like i was going to steal something! I appreciate that. Prices are a tad bit high but the selection makes up for that for the most part. Great selection of weaving hair, wigs, ponytails, & other hair pieces! Will def. Be a loysl customer!

I seriously hope this place shuts down! I was picking out products with a friend and since there are so many we were thinking on which ones to get, we had a bag full of products ready to purchase when Charles, the owner decides to rudely kick us out of the store. I STRONGLY dislike this store, he has no manners and no experience with people obviously. He said«Dont come back.» I thought this was extremely disrespectful especially after we were not doing anything wrong, he has no common sense and should NOT be running a business especially because he was yelling in front of other customers. Not professional. Not a good businessman and definitely, NOT recommended. If I could give negative starts I would!

From 4 to 3, to 1 star… this business has shown it’s true colors. My experience here has becoming increasingly frustrating and upsetting all because of one single(but expensive) purchase I made here. I bought an item here and within two weeks without any fault of my own(I was very meticulous in care) the item was found to be defective. The first chance I got, I came to talk to the owner, Charles. Now, I have made many purchases in the past from other stores and understand that for most stores– it’s a no exchange/no return policy. However, because this was a very UNUSUAL circumstance and because of the price point and short period of time I had the product, I was hoping he’d make an exception. I told Charles up front exactly what happened, what I did and what I DIDNOT do. I had no reason to lie. If this was a cheap product, I wouldn’t have even brought it in. However, when purchasing the product from the store, I was repeatedly bombarded with promises of «high quality». Anyway, I came back and after explaining the situation, Charles had agreed to compensate me by making an even exchange. Fast forward a few days and I come back when he said it would be in. I walk in and he did not have the item and said that he wouldn’t have it for a few weeks. He offered a better model type(without any mention of me paying more) for the exchange. I told him that I was on a. time crunch and needed it ASAP. He said he’s call me, which he didn’t. I called him and his exact words were, «Oh I should have called you… the supplier doesn’t have it in stock». So he said he’d call me back in an hour to let me know if he found another supplier. He calls back and says he found one that was«similar» but not the same. I tell him I’d have to see it but he continues to dismiss what I say and says I will love it and when it comes in, he’ll call me. I had to wait another 4 – 5 days for the item to come in. When it arrived, I came back to the store. Now, the only thing I had EVER asked for was an EVEN exchange… never anything more.(He would not refund me). When I came into the store, Charles asks me the same questions he had asked me 5 – 6 other times. I repeat the same exact words as I did. This was frustrating because I’m not lying. I told him the truth. Then he shows me the item. I say«ok» because at this point, I just wanted to be compensated for my wasted money and time with something at least somewhat suitable. What happens next… just floors me. Charles announces that since he «gave me a discount on my first purchase»(In fact: his wife offered me a discount on my purchase the first time without me asking as a «new customer». This was completely THEIR decision and although grateful had nothing to do with it and was before the discovery of the defect) that he was taking the full price of the original item and subtracting the price of this new item… and that I would be responsible for paying for the rest… uh, excuse me? What? Are you kidding me? 1. I NEVER asked for an item MORE than what I paid for– Charles is the one who OFFERED to give me a higher quality item and NEVER(until today) mentioned ANYTHING about paying more for it. 2. I did not do anything to the item to be held responsible for damage for the item. Since he refused to give me my money back(I never even wanted it back. just an exchange) I just wanted an EVEN exchange. 3. I was inconvenienced(this happens, I was very patient, I was very curious and nice on the phone and in person with him) and most of all I was always respectful to him even in this frustrating experience… 4. After he had the audacity to say that he was(all of the sudden) «doing me a favor» by exchanging it, I was flabbergasted. He begins yelling at me in front of customers(quite inappropriate and unprofessional). Then he begins to lie. Saying that I had«agreed» to paying. This is just absolutely absurd and never happened. He continues for what seems like forever then finally chucks the item and says«FINE!». Honestly, if I wasn’t out ALL the money, I would have given him a piece of my mind and just left him and his shady business practices behind. But, I am not fortunate enough financially to just pretend that much money is disposable income(three digit figures here). So I took my item and left. After everything was said and done, I am quite disappointed to find out that a store that I really wanted to support ends up trying to screw their customers out of money. I will never return for I rather have my money go to places where they don’t have shady and deceitful business practices.
