the staff doesn’t listen to the way you want your eyebrows done. the lady that I had thinned my eyebrows way too much after I told her to keep the thickness three times. 10⁄10 wouldn’t recommend.

Do not go here. The staff is unfriendly and worse, you may not have any eye lashes or eyebrows left when you leave. And they will tell you that they just cleaned up your eye brows. They need to train their staff and also make sure that everyone knows how to do their job properly. The Indian lady I had was rough and took some of my eyelashes off in the process also.

I’m writing this review bc the problem was that my sister had a free One to use and that was the only reason why I went and they denied her when we went together after we were done bc it has to be separate purchase, it made no sense why they wouldn’t honor it and I could have just walked outside and used the free one after, it made no sense and I really hope some responds back bc I will never go back there

I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded whenever I need them reshaped or cleaned up. An okay job, sometimes very clean, and sometimes not so much, but I continue to come here still. However, this time I drove all the way to the mall to get my eyebrows done, come in at about a little after 8pm to be told that they can’t take me in because they close 30 min before mall closes and they have 5 clients in line. If this is so, you guys should change your Unilocal hours since it says it closes at 9pm. Such an inconvenience. Had to go to the other place in the mall instead.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rating. This place ALWAYS makes my brows look amazing. I have a membership at some other eyebrow place but I still come here instead. This place gives that extra umph to make my brows «on fleek» LOL

I was feeling very hesitant to make this review because I’ve been going Here for a few months and I have never had a problem, the ladies always make my brows look good. But the last time I went I asked the lady for a clean up. That’s all I wanted. She says ok, and here we go. A few minutes later she passes me the mirror, and my eyebrows are gone. I tell her that they look really thin, and then she goes on to complain to me that I wasn’t clear of what I wanted. I JUST WANTED A CLEAN UP.
After, she tries to justify what she just did to me, I tel her that the many times I’ve been here I just ask for a clean up and they still keep them looking thick, and they do as I ask them, which is just a clean up.
But then she goes in and says that she did a good job and that I should’ve told I just wanted a clean up. Which I did tell her at the beginning.
Never coming here again.

I came here since there are no eyebrow threading places in the area. This place looks run down and the employees are unfriendly. You can tell the entire staff hates their job. All you have to do is sign your name and be present when they call your name, if you miss your name you have to rewrite your name and wait again. (I think) I saw multiple women come late and get seated before me though.
The lady who did my eyebrows was good and bad. She did a good job with my brow shape but since she was not gentle she caused burning from the threads leaving multiple marks on my face that will heal in a couple weeks. I am an avid threader and feel sad there are no places that have a convenient location to the south San Jose area.

I went to Oakridge to get some shopping done quickly due to other compromises I had later in the evening. I knew I wasn’t going to have time to thread my eyebrows at my usual favorite place, so I was glad I had found this place inside the mall. I thought, «Hollywood eyebrows? Hmm. this place might be really good for eyebrow threading.» However, it was not what I had expected. I mean, they didn’t mess my eyebrows up or anything, but they weren’t exactly how I wanted them to be. They charged me more than what I pay at my usual place and they weren’t as good. I won’t be returning here even when I’m in a hurry and have no where else to go. I’ll just stick to my place by Aborn; cheaper and way better looking eyebrows!

This place SUCK. Well, BENITA DOES.
AND the girl in the front.
They’re all pretty RUDE
Do not go to her if you want your eyebrows severely fucked up. BENITA literally made one eyebrow longer than the other. She messed up my good eyebrow and made it extremely thin. They were also not smooth at all. I demanded a refund bc I was so angry; and they were not apologetic at all. They saw that I was angry, so they gave me a gift card for $ 10. BS. Why would I want to go there again.
One girl who worked there was really good, but she moved to her own place in morgan hill. I recommend going there.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EYEBROWS
AND BENITA IS HORRIBLE!!!

Warning! Be careful when you get your eyebrows threaded at this location. I went in a couple of months ago to get my eyebrows cleaned before taking a Hawaii trip. Big mistake! I asked the threading lady to clean up my eyebrows and to leave the shape. Instead, the lady threaded off most of my eyebrows and I was left with 2 thin lines for eyebrows (sharpie eyebrows). Thank God my eyebrows grew back. I will be shaping my own eyebrows from now on.

I go here often for my brows, the ladies who work there are all friendly. Sometimes though I do get uncomf when the workers look at me, speak a foreign language and laugh. Aside of the awkwardness, ive only had good experiences here. The brows ladies are awesome!

Place gets the job done for a reasonable price. Not the most friendly staff but they’re quick to take you in during weekday afternoons considering the location is inside Oakridge mall. I will continue to go here because of the price, until I find a more friendly staff.

I LOVE this place. Each staff knows what they’re doing! I usually hate going to a new threading place because I’m always afraid they will mess it up. (which they have before). However, I love coming here. Whether i’m an hour away. I’ll still be coming here for my eyebrows!

Currently my negative opinion and review on this place is because of their customer service as I have yet to complete a treatment here. I saw they listed their hours until 730pm when I was finishing up my clothes shopping around 7pm. I stopped by on my way out around 710pm only to be greeted by a «we’re already closed» statement. No «hello» or «welcome». Awesome– so your hours say you’re open for business until 730pm but you turn away business at 710pm. I guess I really have no incentive to return given their apparent apathy towards customers. Their mall location doesn’t make them any more appealing and the terrible customer service seals the deal. The least the staff could do is throw in some empathy and apology. Thanks but no thanks.

When you get here, sign in, take a seat and they’ll call you when they’re ready for you. My wait on a Saturday was about 10 minutes. I wish they had name tags, or introduced themselves with names. I felt awkward having someone work on my eyebrows, and not know their name.
It’s very important that you know what you want. asking them to clean up your eyebrows according to the contours of your arch, isn’t descriptive enough. Also telling them to not go too thin, or too thick isn’t enough info either. Always err on the side of caution, because you can always tell them to thin it some more after.
I didn’t do any of the above, and my eyebrows came out too thin. A week has passed, and it looks better now because its grown back in some.

…and then my face had bumps all over it.
Came in for a threading to groom my face and only had to wait ten minutes. The lady who did the threading had a gentle demeanor but vigorously threaded the hell out of my skin. As a result, I had subsequent breakouts.
With that said, the location is convenient and the prices are really cheap. It operates on a first come, first serve basis so you can easily gauge the wait time by the number of people ahead of you on the board and those lounging around (not so much quote time).
Ehh, wasn’t worth the savings and convenience for me, but could work for others. Accepts credit cards.

Used to love this place but they keep disappointing me lately.
First of all the receptionist doesn’t know what she’s ever talking about. Told me I had a 15 – 20 minute wait and I was been waiting here for over half an hour. Not the first time either. Another woman I was waiting with was upset as well.
When it finally is my turn to get my brows touched up, the last I get is extremely rude and quick. I’m wanted a touch up and when I looked at my eyebrows they were a lot thinner than before and uneven. I’m not paying money to nrg up with lopsided eyebrows. Eyebrows take forever to grow out once they’re messed up!
Overall? I used to live coming here and giving them my business, but they’ve just proved to disappoint the past few months of so. Going to be looking for a new threading place.

I have been coming here regularly for a year now and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. I come every 2 weeks or so to keep my brows in check. I got my lip area done once too but I don’t do that regularly.
They always work pretty quickly and make my brows look nice. The receptionist is always friendly as well. For $ 10 plus tip it is most definitely worth it.
Sometimes there is a wait, but it usually not longer than 5 or 10 minutes. I have been to three of four different ladies and each one has done a good job. It hurts a bit but it is worth it, and I love that it is totally natural, just thread!
