Order the veggie skillet! Definitely go here on your birthday and enjoy the fun song they do.

Took 10 min to just get coffee and then 10 more to get cream. Then everyone’s breakfast came out at different times, literally the first plate of toast came 15 min before the last waffle plate showed up.(wasn’t even busy yet!). Food taste average, nothing special, but the service was torture.

I have been here many times and it’s been good every time. I usually get some kind of eggs Benedict as that’s my favorite breakfast item. All have been good. The mimosas are good as well. Can have a wait but if you call and put your name in before you get there it isn’t too bad.

My new favorite breakfast stop! They have a coffee bar for you to enjoy while waiting for your table. Great outdoor seating! The menu is huge and everything we’ve had has been delicious. I love the breakfast quesadilla. Portions are very large, plan on getting a to-go box! Delicious orange juice! Also, the staff are very friendly

BLUF: A great diner in the South San Jose area. They have a wide selection of breakfast/brunch items as well as a full bar. Can’t go wrong with a quality skillet meal and a pineapple mimosa to start your late Sunday! I’ve been to this Bill’s Café location several times and finally got around to writing up a review. My usual go to is their Hash Brown Skilled, hash browns topped with jack cheese, tomatoes, bacon, sour cream, green onions, and two eggs. The crisp hash browns compliment the gooey cheese and eggs on top. However, on my last visit, I decided to adventure out and try something new, their petaluma scramble which had chicken apple sausage, mushrooms, spinach, swiss cheese and salsa. This was not as good as the food I have had here before. The sausages were over cooked and the spinach was too stringy. Also, the salsa was heated on top of the scramble so it was crusty and hard. They do have a great selection of morning cocktails. I recently tried their pineapple mimosas and they were great, they literally tasted like sparkling pineapple juice which made me wonder if there was any champagne in it at all. Overall, a great diner for brunch. Will be returning!

Always very friendly service. Great food quality. Fresh squeeze oj(which is an absolute must for me). You can expect a bit of a wait of you come in mid morning.

Love Bills. They’re one of our go to places to get breakfast. On the weekends they’re pretty packed at all their locations, but they’re quick to serve you and food comes out pretty fast. The portions are big and never had an issue at this place. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I have been to many Bill’s locations and Kooser is by far our favorite. It is a bit further for us but it’s always worth the drive. We usually go on a Sunday and of course it’s packed like crazy! BUT we always call and put our name on the list so our wait time is cut in half. & we enjoy the free coffee while we wait. :) The food is ALWAYS on point! When it gets to our table, it’s still steaming! Now to me, the main thing that makes or breaks a business is the customer service. Most places put minimal effort into satisfying their customers but NOT Kooser. They go above and beyond! We’ve had the same server the past few times & he’s awesome. Every time we requested, drinks, napkins, etc. he was back within a few minutes! The main thing that separates Kooser from other Bill’s location is their variety of Mimosas! Last times I tried a peach mimosa, this time I tried a pineapple mango mimosa. Both were delicious! From what I remember, we had about 5 different flavors to choose from. All in all, Kooser has become our regular breakfast place. It’s a MUSTTRY! Don’t let the wait time discourage you, it’s WORTHIT!

Dining in: Bill’s is never a disappointment! I like coming early to beat the crowd! Staff is friendly and the food is wonderful tailoring to what your breakfast needs are… Healthy or not! Don’t be afraid to get a mimosa to start off your weekend right! To go: Disappointed! Soggy waffle! I also ordered the veggie skillet and was bummed that the hash browns was in the same box. Soggy hash browns! Also it was like a pound of hash browns and not a lot of the veggie skillet ingredients. I specifically asked for jam to go with my toast and didn’t get any. Ordering to go you want to be in and out trusting they have everything for you… Not in this case. Dine in instead of ordering to go. The to go experience lost two stars!

My last visit at a Bill’s Café I was very very disappointed with the service and quality of food, which led me to leaving a bad Unilocal review. One of the owners was nice enough to reach out to me and invite me to try Bill’s once again. After a long night out with my friend, the next morning I decided it might be a good idea to try out Bill’s Café once again. I was not disappointed this time, we got a lovely outside terrace seat. The food was exactly what we needed to recuperate, some of the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had in a while. The fresh squeezed orange was heavenly. The waiter as well was very kind, patient, and helpful when it came to figuring out what to order. Overall satisfyingly mouthwatering breakfast, and very welcoming service. I’m very happy I gave Bill’s Café a second try, will be returning again soon.

We’ve been trying all the breakfast joints around the south Bay Area all these years when the best one is right in our back yard neighborhood that we totally missed out. Cleaned, pleasant staffs, straight forward menu & awesome foods.

Nomomnoms. Came here with my sisters for brunch the other morning — love it! The vibe in here is so lively. The staff definitely do know how to celebrate a Birthday brunch!(Not that it was any of our Birthday’s, but we knew when it was someone else’s). And the food here is delicious! I’ve been here a couple of different times, but for whatever reason this last time was prime. I ordered a Salmon Benedict and it was on point, bomb. I was guilty of licking my plate clean. A little tip, do call in and put your name on the waiting list before you come here. The wait can sometimes get a bit lengthy.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Just as popular and good as their other locations. I had the BLT w/avocado on sour dough. The bacon was cooked well and was good quality and Not skinny, skimpy bacon either. They put just the right of mayo(places can put a little too much mayo sometimes. you know how it is). My breakfast buddy had eggs Benedict. I didn’t try it but there weren’t any complaints and the plate was clean and I wasn’t offered(haha). Conclusion, good for breakfast and lunch. Tip– if you go during the week you can get half orders of eggs Benedict, if there’s a wait they have free coffee outside while you wait, they have patio seating, go on off hours to avoid the wait.

Chose this Bill’s instead of the Willow Glen location because I hoped to not have to wait as long. It was about 9:15 on a Sunday for our family of 4. Near perfect timing — a few others were arriving at the same time. No crowd, but the wait got longer just as we arrived. We waited maybe 6 or 7 minutes for a table.(when we left there were a lot more people waiting) Service was friendly and quick. Our breakfast arrived quickly. The kids loved their french toast, I had a California Benedict with hash browns. My husband had a scramble and some biscuits and gravy. The food was great. I had the fresh squeezed orange juice too. I’d been to the downtown location which was nice too. But I would probably come here again first.

Always open seating at their bar area. Yes this place actually serves mimosas and micheladas. Perfect for morning drinks :). They also have liquor too if you want to pair that drink with a shot. Service is always quick, so you can be in and out whenever you please. Till this day I only eat breakfast here, and do not plan on trying anything else. The breakfast is average, but I come here because it’s more fresh and not as greasy as other breakfast spots around this area I go to . Enjoy

Yes, I am a fan. I won’t compare this particular location to the others, as I don’t know them. That place is nice. clean, outdoor seating, very friendly staff. What I enjoy about Bill’s is their Bloody Mary. To me it’s the best ever(and believe me, I tried a lot of bloody maries). 1 $ tequila shots They always have nice daily specials. They do great brunches. The food is fine, I won’t say«great»(I’d rate the food itself 3 to 3.5). Nice vegetarian squillet option. 4 stars as a whole, for the atmosphere on sunny Sunday morning, the staff, the drinks and the food.

Definitely a regular brunch spot on your calendar. The menu was extensive, and everyone’s order was ample size and visually appealing. I had the Parisienne French Toast(2 croissants made french toast style) with 2 eggs and chicken apple sausage. For the price, the quality exceeded expectations. The mimosa was also a great choice and I only wish they gave a larger cup. 45min wait at brunch rush hour(11am on a Sunday), they provide ice water for the waiting crowd. The atmosphere inside was quite loud at times(you have to yell across the table), so next time I would ask to sit outside. Staff was friendly even though they were clearly busy. Will go back again for the crab cakes and poached eggs.

Been to Bill’s plenty of times, but it was a first for this location and I have no complaints! My buddy and I decided to try this location since it was the closest Bill’s to where we were going to watch a movie. I was in the mood to have some drinks before going(it was going to be my second time watching 50 Shades of Grey. .. so do you blame me?! I had made a promise I was going to watch it with her so I couldn’t break it!) So, Mimosa’s and $ 1 shots — done deal! This was the place to be! Since we came on a weekday there was no wait. I usually order an omelette with a pancake but I wanted something new so I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict with country fried potatoes — it was delicious! Can’t believe I’ve been passing up on this! My friend loved her Eggs Benedict and she was surprised that she ate her whole plate. It was that good! We had just missed the weekday«mini specials» which is half of the meal for a cheaper price. It had ended at 11am, but since we ate most of our full plates we agreed that it was a good thing we didn’t get a mini meal. We would have still been hungry(and way more buzzed!) Mimosas of course were on point, our server was attentive and made sure the drinks kept coming. The dollar shots that day was Sauza Tequila… pretty rough going down, but we had just enough to get the job done =P Overall, great service and food! I’ll be back! And in case you were wondering, those drinks made that movie so much better!

I reeaallly like this Bills location. Its the one i always go to when i want mimosas and those addicting benedicts LOL. This location is also the one where my friend took me over a year ago to try bills café for the first time! we got the super popular crab cake and smoked salmon benedict! Exceeded my expectations for sure. I usually go to this one because its the closest to my house! Parking lot is accommodating to the number of people who come here to eat. It seems a lot nicer and bigger than the other ones as well. There is a great patio to sit and eat outside when its not raining or warm/sunny outside. The wait is never long here(10 – 15 minutes) and there is a table outside with water and coffee. Waiters and waitresses are attentive to your needs and helpful. Since the regular benedicts are too big for me, I usually get the mini crab cake benedict with country potatoes! Smoked salmon benedict is also good because you can tell they lightly toast the bread to really compliment the softness of the salmon. They also add capers and a few grilled onions. The biscuits and gravy are also super good here. Gravy is warm and flavorful and goes well with the soft biscuits. cranberry and orange mimosas are also a great plus here! Waiters are always happy to refill your glass with that or water hahaha I think if you ask, they’ll sing happy birthday if its your birthday? but i will definitely come back very soon
