–noodles not fully cooked, chewy. semituff noodles in reddish semi-​spicy sauce
foodnotes:
–booth understaffed.
–single lady did the selling, cashiering, and dispensing food.
–line very slow.
–noodles undercooked, gado (salad) probably better
–signs unclear what they were selling… food on display but couldn’t tell what is was by looking (staring) at it
–2 stars: an anamoly but that’s how the noodle rated. price ok.
