Got the salmon burger, was not that tasty or fresh. Buns weren’t even toasted. As far as airport food goes you can get better bang for your buck elsewhere in the food court

Good burgers and fries. I was pleasantly surprised. Had a nice hearty meal while waiting to fly back home. I say avoid the typical McDonald’s or burger King and come to Lori ’ s over by the United terminal near gate 80

Steak and eggs with a flimsy fork and knife. Will not come here again. The cook is not performing to the best of his potential. Would not eat hear again. The cook was also very rude, the manager on the other hand was very nice!

Food was great but the service is horrible and I would avoid. I asked for my food to go and the server seemed annoyed(mind you it’s a walk up counter so everyone was getting food to go) and he literally dumped only one of my items in a box then left the other two on plates and walked away. I had to reach behind the counter to grab my own containers. He was so rude it makes me angry.

On our way to Texas this morning and needed some breakfast before the flight. Probably shouldn’t have picked this place. I was shocked when she told us our total for a breakfast for four people. Shocked. It would have been semi ok if the food was any good but it wasn’t. We ordered and the food was ready in about 5 min. Almost like it’s pre made? And that’s the way it tastes too. Don’t eat here if you have the choice. Save you’re money.

Great burger and fries. Outstanding when you take into account that it is located inside an airport.

Do your taste buds a favor and eat somewhere else. Yes, I realize it’s airport food, but I think Lori’s is a bit worse than average. The Lori’s special omelette was quite mediocre, and the hash browns that it came with were flavorless and uninspired — just a big brick of hash browns with a slight amount of browning on either face of the brick. The food came out quickly, so that’s just about the only nice thing I can say about Lori’s.

Got some French fries! Not really good. Not crispy and hot. Staff are nice. Make sure you hold on to your recipes bc don’t forget your order. It happens to me today, luck I get my food on time for my next flight. I order something else at the same time, it ends up not getting until everyone was done.

Ugh. The five reviews must be somewhere else. The food was nasty and the counter kitchen and employees need a visit by the health department. Breakfast was slow and turned up as a dry pasty cold mess. I waited for 15 min for food. Even orders that were after me showed up but not mine. So I asked about my order and guy says«Not ready yet». Another five mins and ask for refund because I would not have time to eat. He says what is number? I show him and he pulls a tray of food that has been sitting under fan the whole time. I saw him put it there earlier but he didn’t call out number just stuck it under fan. All the other food he called out number. I asked for it to go now. It has been over 30 mins and he makes a rude noise and unceremoniously dumps the entire plate into a box. Horrible. Service horrible ice cold food Never again

Well this place was a huge disappointment. Our flight came in and we were starving. So we walked the food court and decided on this diner because the prices were cheaper than the other places at the food court. What a big mistake. You get what you pay for I guess. There was 5 of us in our group, we each ordered something, and all of us ended up running to the bathroom about 30 minutes after we ate… We all had the $hits. Stomach cramps and food went straight thru us. The eggs in the omelettes tasted funny, and everything was just blah tasting. I mean if something tastes amazing then I will deal with the $hits afterwards and its a necessary sacrifice. But this place… Just avoid it!!! There’s way too other options to chose from. Better options that don’t make you run to the bathroom hoping you can make it.

Decent bacon cheese burger in the airport. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When I walked up the lady at the counter looked at me and then continued talking on the phone. After several minutes she hung up and took my order. After waiting a reasonable amount of time the cook came to the counter and yelled something similar to an order number. I asked him if he called out 135. The less than friendly man grunted and walked away without answering the question. I walked away from the counter hoping the burger was meant for me. I wish the service was as good as the food…

I love hash browns! So I ordered that and ordered it extra crispy. For a little over $ 4 you get two thick strips of hash browns crisped just perfectly. Mmmmm… I got a breakfast sandwich from boudin a because it was the cheapest option, but I really wished I forked over the extra bucks for a lori’s diner breakfast. They actually cook it on a grill. Next time…

This is actually a really great place to grab breakfast if you’re ever in the airport. You can’t get to the food on the Domestic side if you’re not flying, but if you walk over or train to the International side most food is available to the public.

I’d give them 5 stars for the thick, crisp, tasty bacon in their breakfast but felt the need to deduct 1 star for the price. Yes, I know this is the airport but still … $ 16+ for a breakfast with a drink and taxes? The eggs were good — cooked as ordered and the pancakes were nicely browned and fluffy. Hash browns weren’t bad and they gave a lot but didn’t taste special.

Understand this is a restaurant in the airport, but $ 35 for 2 coffees, a veggie omelet and a French toast combo is in my opinion unreasonable. Add to that the coffee was so strong it had a burnt flavor, the hash browns were burned on the outside, not quite warm on the inside and the sausage was crunchy in the middle amongst other issues. Needless to say breakfast was basically inedible and ended up in the trash. As a positive, the person working the register was very friendly.

Despite the other reviews our two burgers were very good. On the downside it was a bit pricy but that’s what you can expect in an airport. The combos are without any drinks though, and they do not offer any standard beverages(coke etc.) at all, so you have to get them from a nearby bistro…

The complete diner breakfast experience at SFO. Having a good amount of time before my flight and a big appetite, I decided to get the country breakfast. My over-easy eggs were perfect, sausage was tasty, and the large slab of hash-browns was not bad. The pancakes were good too, even with the less-than-ideal ‘pancake syrup’. My least favorite thing on the plate was perhaps the bacon, which was on the soggy side. You will have to find seating at the food court, which can be tricky sometimes. If you have time and are hungry, Lori’s is a good option. The ‘airport food tax’ will cost you, as my satisfying breakfast cost me around $ 20.

Located within SFO, this restaurant offers semi-satisfying, edible, expensive airport food. Dined here while awaiting our departure flight to Lihue. Ordered breakfast. Nothing special. Expect to pay at least $ 20 per person for breakfast… and assume they charge more for the lunch and dinner menus. Not likely to eat here again.

The flight was delayed for over 5 hours so I grazed, walked, read, played Candy Heroes and tried hard not to be in a bad mood. I could have left for the airport so much later. The friends who we were supposed to have dinner with in Honolulu were told to forget about it as we were not scheduled to arrive until after 11 pm. Another friend who was to pick us up at the airport there was texted to say forget about that too. We’ll take a cab because it’ll be late etc. Anyway, I had a fantastic, bacon cheeseburger at Lori“s Diner here in Terminal 3. They made the bacon extra crispy(as I asked) and I opted for the fries instead of the cole slaw. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The serving size was substantial. I’ll hit the beach tomorrow when the belly goes down a bit. Still not too happy with United…

The popcorn shrimp, fries & coleslaw is expensive but massive and tasty as hell! Great treat prior to catching a flight.
