Was here the other day during the weekly farmers market. We didn’t have their coffee but we DID see their house made kombucha on tap. Great flavor, ginger’y and delicious, refreshing on a hot day. Not too sweet and pretext balanced in the sourness/​tartness category. Definitely a surprising and welcomed treat. So by after you grab one of those world famous porchetta sandwiches around the corner at Roli Roti and cool off as you peruse though all the wonderful samples of plums and seasonal fruit.
