A wide variety of fresh ingredients. Fast service which is what I like. Really does live up to its 180second fast fired pizza rule. Try the ricotta on the pizza! It’s mushy cheese… But really good muchy cheese.

TL;DR Reviews! Review slightly comparing Pieology Pros: +Whole pizza to yourself for $ 8.25 +MORE toppings variety compared to Pieology +Ingredients seem to be a lot more fresh comparatively +Spicy Marinara option as well as others +Cooking quality is a bit better compared to Pieology +Meat options seem very high quality +Fast and good service Cons: –Long lines during lunch/dinner –Wish there were more condiments /hot sauce!(nitpick) Tips: You can place an order online, go to the cashier and they’ll cook it when you get there! To-go boxes are available on the side as well as parm cheese and condiments

I got simple pie, it was good and simple indeed. I enjoy that they have great customer service with a menu that tells you the amount of calories there is in a pizza. I mean common, I am on my way to my gym at City Sports. I will definitely come back one day to try other pizzas. Pizza are thin crust but filling! Thank you for your wonderful service Blaze staff!!!

A place where they have Eco-packaging, great priced pizza, lots of choices anddddddd it’s called«Blaze»?? SF state college students are probably saying, «hell yeahhhh!» Like I said earlier, choices ! You can choose to build your own or you can get their signature pizza’s. So far I’ve only gotten their white top pizza: white cream sauce with mozzarella, bacon, chopped garlic, oregano and arugula BUT I spruce it up: no bacon sub grilled chicken, add pineapple and spinach. Helllaaaa bomb. And your pizza won’t take too long either, phew! Also, get their smores pie and ask for it to be warmed, you’re welcome. *note: depending on the time you go, there could be a long line. The staff is laid back but in good vibes. Only thing I could say is that some people were goofing off too much but no worries there. Overall, this place is great, it has definitely flourished and I hope it stays. I need my white top pizza ! *PS: check out their websites FAQ, someone’s got a sense of humor, me like!

I don’t get why some people are so picky. For less than $ 10 you get a decent sized pizza with all the toppings you want. To me it tastes pretty damn good! Not half bad and no complaint!

Love Blaze’s pizza! I don’t get to come here often, but I always get the unlimited toppings pizza with my favorite cheeses, pineapple, jalapeño, italian sausage, meatballs, and anything else that looks good. The ingredients are fresh, they make the pizza right in front of you… if I’m hungry I can usually finish an entire one of their pizzas. Hope to upload a pic soon! The atmosphere is okay, but it’s more of a get something quick and tasty to eat fast. During dinner it’s always packed and pretty loud but that’s fine with me because I come here for the food!

So since the last time i went, things has definitely changed. Maybe it was just that one day my pizza didn’t turn out right. But the Blaze team was so nice to send me some free pizza coupons to give Blaze another chance, and I’m SO glad i did! The times that i went after the first time was great! The pizza is absolutely delicious, and the crust is so chewy and yummy. No burnt pizza smell this time! I definitely will be back.

Roughly $ 9 for endless toppings and fresh pizza made just after you order? Please come to the east coast! I was never so into pizza but blaze pizza so freaken good. Maybe because I get to choose what I want on it lolol. That BBQ sauce drizzle? Oh yaaaa. What stood out to me though was not just the pizza itself, but the service. Our pizza came out burnt so they offered to remake it for us! And! They let us keep the pizza they ruined. We can’t eat the burnt part but the toppings and cheese were still edible ok. So we took home like 1.5 pizzas that night for $ 9 #baller

I always seem to have a good experience whenever I come here. Now the pizza comes out quickly yes, that is their thing. However the line can get pretty ridiculously long which ends up increasing your time spent here dramatically. So during normal dinning hours you can probably expect to wait an extra 20 mins or so. Now here’s a rule of thumb, you come here for plain cheese pizza and you’re getting ripped off. They have unlimited ingredients you can choose from and it’s a few extra dollars to make your own. Just make your own. Trust. You walk up to the assembly line and it’s reminiscent of Chipotle but with pizza ingredients. This idea is becoming much more popular in other types of cuisine so why not pizza? You get your dough or your gluten free dough. Dough is thin crust. You can choose a multitude of cheeses: fresh mozarella, shredded mozarella, parmesan, blue cheese, goat cheese, feta, etc. They have something for everyone. Then you move to meats, salami, pepperoni, chicken, buffalo chicken, bacon, ham, etc. You can get them all. I did at one point but it makes the crust soggy. So caution. Then you move to veggies, maybe some mushrooms, some peppers, spinach, etc. You decide. There are no rules here, whatever you can think of they’ll put on that pizza and make it for you. You can then add some extras, like extra cheese, pesto, arugula to put on your pie after baking to give it a little extra something. After you pay it’s a few minutes until you get your pizza in hand. Plenty of seating inside or outside if the weather permits or you can take it to go. Either way you’re in for a special treat of your own design. If you like custom-ability, having things your way, fast, this is the spot for you.

This place is beyond awesome! Whoever created the idea of making pizza in an assembly line and able to bake it within 3 minutes is genius! Though there are a few good choices on their menu, I always get a customized pizza. For the price of under $ 10, you can build your own pizza with unlimited toppings. That’s crazy cheap. So first on the pizza, you would choose your sauce. My favorite sauces are the white cream sauce and spicy tomato sauce. Next, they sprinkle on the cheeses. The best ones are mozzarella, ovalini, ricotta, and bleu cheese. After that, you choose your meats and your veggies. You pay for the pizza and wait for it for be done. After baking, you can top it off with things like pesto and olive oil drizzle. But make sure you ask for the finishing toppings at the cashier or else the workers at the end will tell you to do so next time with an attitude.

Usually, when the suggestion of build your own _____for a meal come up during a conversation, I will politely decline. Listen lady, I’m hungry, impatient, and I don’t have the energy to tell the nice young man behind the counter how to do his job. Blaze pizza is a do it yourself, build it yourself, smell it yourself type of place in the vein of Pieology, Mod Pizza and my mom’s kitchen where she tells me to buy the ingredients and do it my damn self. It’s 7.99(?), big enough to feed two moderately snacky people, and takes about 10 minutes if there’s no crowd. It’s not particularly exciting pizza, it tastes fine if you’re into thin crust and if you’re a nosey person who likes to judge others’ choices(why the f would you get ALL the toppings?).

Another Chipotle-esqe fast casual joint where with mass customization of your meal, quick preparation and no table service(hence, no tipping). I really like how they are generous with letting you load up on different cheeses and meats; those higher value toppings would really run up the tab at non-chains. I seriously had to fight the urge to order everything. Doesn’t compare to the fancier sit down pizzerias in San Francisco, but pretty good for mall food. Custom Pizza: My configuration was cheesy, meaty and filled with tangy vegetables. Spicy Red Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Blue Cheese, Ovalini Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon, Italian Sausage, Roasted Garlic, Artichoke, Red Onion, Oregano. The sauce and toppings were quite nice. The dough was a bit reminiscent of frozen pizza from the supermarket. Not fluffy or spongy, just kinda flat and crisp. I guess if you load up on toppings, it doesn’t matter as much. Blood Orange Lemonade: Was better than the powdered stuff, but didn’t taste freshly squeezed. I didn’t detect any pulp from the lemons or blood orange. Also, wasn’t that tart despite the ingredients.

This was the first time I’ve been to a «fast casual» pizza place and I’m pretty impressed. I heard that Blaze can be described as the Chipotle of Pizza and I agree that it’s a fair comparison. I ordered a custom pizza with red sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, topped with sausage, mushroom, sausage, basil, and garlic. The pizza was ready in about 4 minutes. The main reason why they’re able to prepare it so quickly is that they have a machine that presses a perfectly flat and round pizza crust. The crust was thin with a slight crisp and was slightly chewy — kind of like a cross between a Neapolitan and NY crust — but without any bubbles or any uniqueness that one would find with a hand tossed crust. The pizza itself was pretty good and tasty, and a very good deal for less than $ 9. It’s not quite as good as a excellent hand tossed pizza, but it’s far better than mall pizza or most of the chains.

Just BLAZZZZEEEEEEE! I made so many Just Blaze(a DJ /producer for y’all not in the know) references prior to my visit, I practically put this place on a pedestal. I came to dinner here with my lady friend and I couldn’t decide if I wanted to order 2 pizzas(to *share*, of course ;)) or to order my own fully customized pizza. I made the grown-up decision to order 1 pizza with a whole mess of toppings and a cheese pizza for myself. + Food: The pizza with a mess of toppings($ 9) was all pretty decent. The produce looked and tasted fresh, a decently large variety of cheeses, and an average, at beast, crust that needs some more salt. My cheese pizza($ 6) was pretty delicious. They forgot to cut it but no worries! I folded it like a taco and ate it. It’s like a uhh. Mexican — Italian fusion. You should try it! + Drank: BEEEERRRRRRRRR!!! I just love that they serve beer($ 5) and wine. The only way this could be better is if they had a full bar *cough cough* + Service: The service was outstanding. Maybe I got lucky. Who knows? I use«outstanding» because these are freakin college kids on the grind serving an endless line. If that was me, I’d probably be annoyed the whole time. Props to them. + Location: Close enough for me to Blaze whenever I want but still far enough away where I need to make some sort of effort. Located near SF State, inside Stonestown Galleria and right off off the M line. Now if someone can replace that Olive Garden with a Shake Shack. Bottom line– for what it is, it’s an easy 5 star establishment, especially for the food quality, decent location, reasonable price and customer service.

Came during off hours(4:45 pm). No line, no wait and friendly helpful staff. One of the staff even swung by our table(not once but twice!) to clear our empty pizza pans. Super affordable and for $ 1.70 more you can BYO(build your own pizza w unlimited toppings!) I’ll be back!

Easy to order, fast, & cheap ! — Check Delicious thin crust pizza with the same concept as Pieology. BYO(Build Your Own) or order their signature pizzas! To create your own: Select your sauce Select an UNLIMITED amount of meats/veggies Don’t be intimidated by the line as it moves quickly. The workers were friendly and very efficient. Great place to grab a quick lunch if you’re tired from shopping.

What can I say, Blaze Pizza is created in a blaze(literally in the open-flame oven and metaphorically in their efficient operations) and so delicious you consume it in no less than a blaze. $ 8.25 gets you an unlimited, premium quality toppings(yes, you could technically get a pizza with ALL the toppings. However, I suggest not being too greedy as the crust is thin and could get soggy). My favorite toppings include: — Turkey meatball(turkey always sounds healthy) — Roasted garlic(so good! Totally worth the risk of breaching social etiquette via garlic breath) — Ovalini mozzarella(may have second guesses seeing the bucket of cheesy water, but it’s tasty) — Ricotta(unique and surprising good on pizza) — Spicy red sauce(just the right amount of spiciness for a kick) — Arugula finish(because arugula topping always makes pizza look fancier and taste better) Personal size is personal size for an average person, though I do suggest coming with an appetite because 1) it’s by no means a small portion 2) leftover pizza is always meh 3) it’s tasty so you will want to devour everything. Yes it’s a chain, but it’s definitely a staple. Wow, Blaze. Society has come a long way from the pepperoni and cheese DIY pizza lunchables back in the day

I was throughly surprised by this place. I didn’t think it was going to be decent but it was actually better than what I expected. For a pizza made in 180 Seconds it was definitely tasty. I opted to go with the green stripe pizza and you can add on whatever you want as well. I liked that I had my main ingredients going on the pizza and I could add any other toppings for no extra cost. The line went fairly fast, as it’s an assembly line style and the workers were all pretty quick with putting the pizzas together. Next time I come back I’ll probably build my own if not I’ll probably go with another one of their specialty and add toppings on! Total for 1: $ 9

3.5 but rounding up. fast-casual pizza shop that is assembly-line style(think Chipotle). If you get a simple cheese pizza it’s about 5 dollars and some change. If you want unlimited toppings, it will be about 9 $ for your personal sized pizza. They also have some signature pizzas on their menu if you can’t decide. It’s quick. They fire up the pizza and it’s ready in 180 seconds as they claim. They also do half/half toppings so I got a 1 topping margherita and a bbq chicken with pineapples. They ran out of chicken and it wasn’t even close to closing so we substitute the chicken in our bbq chicken for Italian sausage. How do you run out of a major ingredient? Not bad for a quick snack at the mall.

Easy. Check! Fast. Check! Tastes good. Check! Cheap. Check, check! All the qualities which Blaze’s pizza has! The first time I saw Blaze was in Glendale, CA(SoCal) and I never got to try it. I heard Blaze was coming to Stonestown(my old stomping grounds) and now I finally got to try it. At Blaze, you can customize your own pizza with unlimited toppings or just order one of their speciality pizzas and add toppings on it as well. All for the price of eight dolla and twenty five cents! WHAT! What a deal. I decided to choose the speciality pizza — green stripe. It had pesto drizzle over chicken(yum), red peppers, garlic, mozzarella, argula and bunch of my miscellaneous toppings. The pizza came out pipping hot! The crust was thin and delicious. There was a great amount of toppings as well. Opt on the salad or side salad. Lately, I’ve been pairing pizza and salad at every pizza place I go to. The salads are already pre-made and boxed up. What’s the catch? More of a chain like pizza place/fast food pizza place. But besides that it’s such a great place for a quick fix for pizza.
