It has an assortment of laundry loads and driers so it’s not bad. I like that its just a block away from my place.

They either need to clean out the lint filters more often or charge less for drying time. 25 cents for 6 minutes? I don’t know what the standard is but when it takes $ 1 or more to dry just my underthings, I think they’re overcharging. Or maybe the dryers are old and don’t dry quickly.

Clean & tidy laundromat!.. It’s some blocks away from my husband & mines apartment but better than the one on 25th & Clement which looks ran down. We rather go the extra & come here :)

I feel like I found a unicorn! I live within two blocks of four different laundromats, but I specifically went a mile out of my way yesterday to go to Balboa Bubbles. The place was basically empty (all the machines for me!) and, aside from some wayward dryer sheets on the floor, it was beautifully clean and smelled like fresh laundry instead of moldy broken machines. No attendant on duty, but that didn’t matter because there was only one machine out of service and it was marked as such, and the change machine worked just fine. (Even if something goes wrong, they have their phone number posted, not only for problems but «suggestions» as well. Yeah!) Lots of good places to grab a coffee or a sandwich just a couple blocks away on Geary while you’re waiting for the dryer, too. I’ve never been this excited about a laundromat!

I live right up the street from Balboa Bubbles, They have a lot of Big, new machines and are reasonably priced. You can always get a machine with little wait, everything you want in your local laundromat.

This is my go to laundry spot. It is clean, safe, and you can always get a machine. Not to mention they have some giant machines so for someone like me that likes to cram everything into one or two loads this is great.
