After four bad experiences at this location in a row, I am finally writing a review. Tonight I ordered my usual, java chip frapp & coffee cake… the frapp never tastes like it used to anymore and this is not the first time the coffee cake is given to me in its packaging… really? Get it together. I have been coming to this location for 12 years now and have NEVER been so disappointed with the service & quality. Last visit the young girl working the drive through with short dark hair and a nose ring was in the worst mood ever… as someone who has worked customer service before I know you have bad days but getting snippy with a customer is not going to make your bad day get better. its just going to spread the negative energy. Amiright. Anyway, from now on I’ll just have to drive the to the location on Foothill.

I usually go to the Sylmar location on foothill but I was driving by this one, so more convenient to stop here. I remember why I stopped coming here… Drive through seems to take forever, not sure if short staffed or what, but cars in front of me always seem to be giving back their order as if they get it wrong? So that takes forever to have to wait for it to b corrected. Very frustrating to wait in line because of this. Has happened to me on more than one occasion. I did try their white tea granita, avail after 3:00 pm. It was tasty and refreshing, just won’t b back for it at this specific location.:(so basically this locations drive through SUCKS!!!

In my years of patronizing Starbucks locations I have always been happy with the friendly employees. Not here. One of the young men working as a cashier was particularly rude to me, a first for Starbucks. If that isn’t enough to keep you out: consider the parking. Cars lined up for the drive-through service block those parked from backing out to exit. Advice: stay out!

WHEREAREMYPEOPLE!!! I have been a regular at this location for about a year now. I get the same thing every single day. The staff was so nice and even learned my name and my drink. Within the last few weeks, maybe months, the staff has turned over completely and they cannot seem to get it together. I sometimes walk up to a register and I don’t even get a simple«hello.» My drinks are almost never right. When I asked them if they can fix them they sometimes give me attitude and one time they re-made it exactly the same way they made it wrong the first time. Today I had to repeat my order 3 times for one drink and 2 times for my second drink and they didn’t even get one of them right. We have started exploring different locations, unfortunately there are not that may coffee places close by so I have no choice but to go back for the poor service they are offering. Where is Jeanette? And Erik? And all the nice people? When the service changes I will update the review, for now I can only hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Not from these parts, but I can see why this Starbucks has such poor reviews. Employees not friendly, service slow, and drinks not made well. Watched my Very Berry Hibiscus being made with ingredients hastily thrown into the cup, not enough ice. Whatever that ingredient is that gets squirted in from a box, there’s too much of it and my drink tastes off. I know, I know, #firstworldproblems, but seriously, make a little effort.

Just went to this location and wanted to take advantage of the automatic gold status for April-May 2nd, and needed assistance setting up the app. The girl ringing me up, Patty, was extremely polite and helpful, and another employee opened up a second register to help the customers behind me! Overall I found the customer service friendly, polite, and helpful. What more could you ask for?

This place is great. I stop by here twice a day and despite of how crowded it gets and how many teenagers stop by there after school it’s one of the cleanest Starbucks I have been to. I have to to a lot of them. Great service

I live 3 mins away. I try not to go. Had to recently cuz I was late. Always disappoints. This time no flavor at all. They need to get their training on drinks together. Nothing against the people that work there.

Okay, sadly this location is the closest SB to my boyfriend’s workplace. On a usual day I can ignore the lack of service or the slow wait. Today was just horrible. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Literally the cars infront of me and behind me stopped their engines because of the long wait. Also, before a iced white mocha automatically meant you get whipped cream, maybe the times have changed. So nowadays I make it a habit to ask for whipped cream. &of course, everytime I ask for whipped cream, particularly this location, I never get it! If another location opened near my boyfriend’s workplace, I’d definitely skip this place.

As long as their line is outside I was waiting for 15 minutes and an employee came out and put cones in front of me and told me that I couldn’t go through the drive-through but I was welcome to walk inside one of the most frustrating situations I’ve been in at the Starbucks thank you for wasting my time and patience

So I am a frequent starbucks drinker, I have the app, the gold card and everything. I go thru the drive thru to order my FREE rewards drink that was about to expire that day! I get to the window to pay and the person at the window says to tell her the code for the reward, we’ll there are no codes on the app for the reward free drink. So I tell her there is no code and she looks confused and says«Oh I’m sorry we can’t redeem your reward without the code.» So what should have been a free drink was not… and it expires today so I lost my reward. I didn’t want to make a fuss since people were behind me and apparently no one else in the establishment knew how to register the reward I guess. Very displeased as I sip my frapp, knowing it should have been free.

Service is ok… I just hate coming here because the location sucks! That lot is too small and people always, I mean always fight for the drive thru … It’s ridiculous, they act like children. So for that reason I rather travel more to avoid the people from the hood who don’t have manners.

To start this review off, I want to mention that I love Starbucks and I’ve never had an issue with any other location. I come here very often since it’s right next door to my job but I really wish they were a bit more professional here. I order from my mobile phone so my order can be ready on time but half the time I arrive my order isn’t ready. I once ordered a hot sandwich and the app said my order should be ready soon. I rushed to Starbucks just so the cashier can say they don’t even carry the sandwich I ordered. Right when she was gonna give me my refund, I decided to check for something else and found the sandwich i had ordered :(There were 3 in the fridge area! She obviously didn’t look for it and it didn’t seem to bother her. I keep coming cause it’s convenient but I hope some of the employees attitudes change.

I can’t say I’m crazy about this location, but it’s not so bad since they haven’t messed up my order and I get my food and drink in a timely manner. What I did notice is that the location’s parking is always so crowded(go figure) and the way the lot is structured may easily cause accidents. During my particular visit, I parked on the street to avoid the parking lot craze. Once I have ordered, I was looking for a comfortable seat to do my work in, but alas there were only stools and high tables available. I don’t think i can even find a wall plug to charge my electronics to work on my iPad. I think with a few upgrades, this Starbucks location can really take off and be a more desirable location, especially with the college and high school close by.

The service here has vastly improved over the last few months. There is often a lot of customers coming in and out, but for the amount of traffic it has the store is clean and the service is great. Very friendly staff and when the occasional mistake arises they handle it well and address it immediately.

Not a fan of this Starbucks at all! Slow service, the drive thru is terrible, always run out of bakery goods and some of the employees aren’t that friendly. Can’t wait until they open up the Starbucks in Sylmar!

If you come here and decide to park and come in, be aware that parking space is limited. If you are coming to experience their drive thru, you will need to come at certain times, because most of the day the drive thru line is ridiculously long. And the way the drive thru is set up, it’s only time until customers end up fighting each other on who was next in line, and a video ends up on worldstar. My wife and I only come here cause it’s close by, if there was a even closer one we would go there instead. But the next closet decent one is far, but probably worth the drive. My breakfast sandwich this morning was cold, the egg inside was not warm. Had to warm it up again when I got home. This location will be in trouble if a rival coffee shop opens and offers better quality.

Okay, so somebody pointed out(I deleted this«compliment» because it was not one) that I was not writing about an experience but was«being a baby over the customers.» It’s so perfect, so deliciously ironic that I just so happened to think the SAMETHINGMYSELF and actually went to the Starbucks that day. Now, let me tell you, after much deliberation, I not only stand firmly by my review but can honestly say: overpriced, long wait, poor quality, tense. If you’re a worker, I do commend you, it’s a busy job and you gotta stay on top of it. The employees do a fine job, and that is the same for MOST other Starbucks I’ve been to during my little phase. Now, the reason why I stick by my previous review is simply because it IS an experience with the establishment. The establishment chooses to reside here when it could be anywhere. The construction is not well thought out at all and takes only into consideration their own business and not the well being of their patrons or those in the area. I do not mean to judge the customers or employees, but I do think they should be aware of their options. The corporation, with their BLAH product and lack of concern, is the bad experience.
