Zara

Zara is great but holy crap just to make a purchase and check out is soooooo slow. One register open, huge lines and tons of employees standing around. Everyone with ear pieces… Why? It doesn’t make them more efficient.
Anyway this review was written in line.

Horrible service. Lots of employees running around the store while only one employees helping guests in a long (10+) queue. The employees seem dazed and confused.

I really enjoy shopping at Zara but the service here is terrible. Every time I’ve come there is only one cashier working. They always redirect people upstairs because there is a «shorter line» in the kids or men’s department upstairs but it’s not the case! The lines upstairs are the same wait. I don’t understand why they don’t just open up more registers instead of having only one cashier. Plan to wait 10 – 15 minutes in line when you go to pay.

We have been in the store for 15 to 20 minutes now it’s not very busy today however we have yet to be greeted or acknowledged in any way and that is why I am walking out now despite wanting to buy numerous items.

After spending 500 $ accused me of stealing smthg and searches all over me like in if i was in a police station saying they make an exception for me by giving me back my bag that i paid for

Stephanie is a great Sales Assistant the store has beautiful merchandise as well as a clean neat orderly environment. Items were held until I can get their the following day. Very helpful and a must shop!

Absolutely love this store. Amazing collection for men, women and children. Style, colors, fashion is so different than any American brand. I used to go to the fashion valley store before, but I am glad it is in UTC also now. The store is huge, the clothes are always neatly arranged and you never feel people are on top of each other unlike other stores. Zara has always been one of my favorites — it’s the perfect mix of style, price and quality !

Love the store, their clothing collection are ahead of trends seem to be right of the runway and kids department is adorable.

This is a big store! I didn’t realize it until I walked in. The entire bottom floor is basically the women’s section while the upstairs is for children and men. Aside from that, and looking at the quality of the clothes it seems like a value for the price. I’m not fashion oriented guy but it seems to hit that sweet spot between high end and high price, translation: a good value! I’ll have to include it in one of the places I browse from time to time.

I’ve shopped here for years in Spain and Pairs. It’s my FAVORITE. I wish American stores had the same bold colors and great prices, but they seem to be getting better!

I’m disappointed with customer services. Yesterday December 26^th around 8 pm they were terrible. They should be nice to people who come to the store. But they was terrible. Most of them! Maybe they get tired soon, before closing the store!!!

Jus happen to visit this store for the first time and I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the customer service. I was however, excited about the prices. Ann Taylor Loft is more expensive and their customer service is great! To be honest I felt discriminated against by the sales associate who was at the front greeting customers who came in and out of the store. She not only didn’t say hello nor asked if I needed help but gave be a discussed look and continued to say hello to everyone else. I’ve worked in retail and I greeted everyone no matter what nationality they happen to be. Let me put it this way, customer service makes a difference wether a shopper like me will spend their money. If it weren’t for the sales associate next to the reception desk who finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed assistance, I would have given this store a one star. I believe the manager was on duty and she seemed pretty nice. Too bad the rest of her employees don’t follow her lead. By the way, this experience just happened around 5:20pm at the UTC ZARA today. If it weren’t for that sales rep… I would have given this place a 5 star and I would have started my Christmas shopping.

They’re finally open! No need to go to Fashion Valley! Several stories for men’s children and women.
Tons of options to choose from and their floor is spotless and well organized!
The associates are friendly and the prices on the clothing is reasonable.
Visit this place when at the mall.
You’re sure to find something.
