Wendy’s

Yolanda is the WORST drive thru reps I’ve encountered throughout ANY fast food restaurants. Not only did she NOT take the time to make sure our order was right, OR give us a receipt for the FIRST time we went (and then NOT believe us when she got the order wrong) she pulled a ¹⁰⁄₁₀ crap attitude when we came back to correct our order. She was defensive immediately when we told the speaker system our order was wrong, at the window when she said «so what.» And as my husband gave her our debit card to PAY FOR THE ORDER AGAIN! I will not be back to ever be served by Yolanda. I will happily be on my way if I hear her non understanding voice through that speaker ever again. I’m also upset enough to call the manager and whomever else I need to in the morning so hopefully this wrong illiterate woman never makes us REMADE REHEATED WRONGLY MADE ORDER AGAIN!

It’s wendys, you know what you’re going to get. It’s not the best, but they do get an extra star for having the fastest drive thru in pb.

Horrible service at night time. Will not go to this Wendy’s ever again. The night manager needs to be trained better at customer service.

The little Benedict Arnold working the drive thru attempted to ruin my life on October 3, 2015. I am hungover and believe the only cure was a number 10. Now those of you not familiar with a number 10, it includes a 10 piece chicken nugs and side of fries. Well, the fast food villain working the window neglected me and left me fry-​less.
Can you imagine the agony of opening my paper bag of sweet fried goodness only to find it missing the essence of my being… Also known as fried taters?! I will forgive you Wendy, but I will never forget this day.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. There were flies flying all over the food area behind the counter. The employees didn’t seem to care, like it’s normal procedure. My daughter had the kids meal and the Nuggets were all soggy.

Went here last night about 9:30pm and will never return again. It’s a block from my house and I would rather drive to another location than walk 2 minutes to this place. The cashier/​emo chick Avynna I think is her name should not be employed there. To be honest the whole staff were zombies. Wasn’t greeted upon coming in, were the only ones there and waited 15 minutes for one meal. They would walk right past me while I was asking for water and ranch sauce. Would purposely go in the back or look the other way when they saw me standing there. Complete disregard for their job and a measly 99cent frosty for free doesn’t make up for terrible service, or lack of. Or terrible food. This place needs a makeover.

I’m really astonished at how shitty this Wendy’s customer service was. If I could score this place negative 100 stars I would. My friends did not get food but when one of my friends and I went up to the register, Avynna the wonderful, rude, disrespectful young lady took the longest time to acknowledge we were standing right in front of her. When she finally did ask what we wanted she had the poorest attitude and seemed not in any bit interested in giving us good customer service. While we were waiting for our food, countless of the employees behind the counter ignored my friend and I when we would ask for water and condiments. As they kept avoiding helping us, regardless of the fact that there was no one else they could of possibly been busy with, after receiving our food it took about 5 mins to get 4 cups of water, then another 5 mins for 2 things of honey mustard. Regretting ever coming here, I will never come back… and I actually love Wendy’s…oddly enough. How traumatizing.

My gf went though the drive through, she ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, with no mayo for me, and FOUR SIDES RANCH, the gave us bbq, r u kidding me, all I wanted was ranch, this will be the last time u get any money from us

Worst Wendy’s ever. Go ANYWHERE in pb but here. You’ll regret ever wasting your time at this Wendy’s. They mess up orders, treat people like dirt, and don’t care about it. Go ANYWHERE but there.

I get drive through every once in a while. I ordered 2 – 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets. Instead of just telling me they were out, they gave me 3 regular ones. Not a big deal, I would have been ok either way, but don’t just throw them in with the rest and try to pass them off as spicy without telling me, have some integrity! Oh and when someone orders the chili with everything, don’t follow up with the question «do you want cheese and onions in it?» This is why I will never vote to increase the minimum wage!

I only go here to get strawberry tea or strawberry lemonade and love them both. The price for the size is reasonable and it’s fresh (like good get from a specialty vendor at a ballgame).

Ya I know its fast food. but it was Yuk. Wish they had a money back guarantee..

Overpriced, terrible service, and gross bathrooms.
I went here around noon on Sunday 2÷22÷2015 with my family.
We walk in to this kinda dumpy seemingly normal Wendy’s. We are greeted at the front counter by a lovely, lethargic and just now giving a s*** gal named Kimberly. It took her about half a minute to ask if I was ready to order because she was speaking with the lovely as well and snotted LiLi. These gaggle of gals were a lovely couple the made my experience quite sub-​par.
In attention to the, not horrendous, but something like that (more rude with a mix or snootiness, and lack of customer service). The prices are hiiigh… A typical chicken sandwich at majority of Wendy’s for 99cents is $ 1.89 here as well as the Jr. Cheeseburger, Value Fries, and Value Drink.
On a side note: need a token for the bathroom… Ask three people before someone spoke enough english to give me a token.
In conclusion, bad service, expensive (and not so good food), and nasty bathrooms.
Recommendation: go to the one down below Sea World!

Went through the drive through my order was ready literally as I pulled up to the window, which means not made to order. I got a large chili and a few other things here and they put the bleeping thing sideways onto the bag. Five minute heading out I notice a huge puddle of chili all over my passenger seat. Wasted my money and spent a good afternoon cleaning out my car.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Webt thru the drive thru… we have three people in the car, we all know what we want. So we start ordering, no pausing bo nothing.
Employee «hi, what do you want»
Husband «uh…okay? Hi can I get a number 3 medium, hi-​c»
Employee: «okay, that’ll be 10 dollars at the next window.»
Husband: «no, we arent done. Hello? We have more»
Employee: «okay»
Husband: «number 8, medium, diet coke»
Employee: «okay, that’ll be 18 at the front window»
Husband: «excuse me, we still arent done.»
Clearly frustrated employee :“OKAY“
husband: «number 5 medium, but do you have sweet tea?»
Employee: «no. We dont have sweet tea. So what drink do you want?»
Husband: «just a tea than.»
Employee: «okay next window.»
Husband: «whats the total?» (Since she kept redoing it we had no idea of the price)
Employee: «ill tell you at the next window.»
Okay. So that was just stupid… never have I had that happen to me… so we pull foward thinking maybe her english is just bad and doesnt know shes being rude?
At the window we pay, without them telling our total even though we asked… no big deal, whatever.
Maria, the lady handing our food out, yes her name is MARIA, avoid this person because you wont believe what shes about to do.
Maria hands us or food and says «okay pull foward we will get you the last of your fries in a second»
Me: «theres no way to pull foward… theres no parking, and its a right turn, and no u-​turns anywhere near. So we will just wait for the fries»
Maria: «PULL FOWARD. We will get you your food!»
Me:we cant pull foward! We will be in the street. So we will stay.“
Maria: «MY GOD! FINE.» while throwing her hands up.
At this point im extremely shocked. What the heck is happening???
5 SECONDS LATER our fries are done. What!!! You wanted us to pull foward because it would take 5 seconds!!!
They never asked if we wanted keychup or anything, I had to ask 3 times for ranch, they never we polite, they never smiled. They YELLED at us. What the heck!!! And these people want 15 an hour!!!
I called the manager, and she didnt know what to say. And just said «we will talk to them» her name was victoria. She offered us two free combos, I declined because I will NEVER come back here. These women shouldnt have yelled at us for NOTHING. If you hate your job QUIT. Dont take it out on me while we are all trying to be nice to you so you wont spit in our food. I never say this or even think it, but I hope these women lose their jobs, because we saw the person behind us haveing the SAME problem us as.

In the last 3 years I have maybe eaten fast food 15 times total. However, over my lifetime I have eaten it A LOT A LOT A LOT.
I’ve never reviewed a fast food place before and hopped on Unilocal to review another place and saw a slew of negative reviews for this particular Wendy’s in PB.
I have eaten food from this Wendy’s about 5 times in the last year (drive through only).
The food has ALWAYS been delicious (as good as fast food can get).
The service has always been pleasant and PROMPT.
My order has NEVER EVER been wrong.
I realize this may not count for much if people are eating here like 50 times a year… you’re bound to have slow service or an incorrect order in that time… BUT when compared to the other late night drive-​through options in PB… this place ROCKS.

3-​stars for there mere fact that that is as high as any fast food joint should get. I don’t understand all the hate on this place. I’ve always received my order quickly and it has always been right. The staff has been friendly and courteous, too. The quality is consistent with other Wendy’s. Don’t expect more or less it’s fast food.

I love Wendy’s but this location is not a great one.
Inside service is so slow!!!
Drive thru is ok. But this place really needs to improve their inside speed efficiency and overall customer service. They can start by moving the drink fountain out from behind the counter.

Why such the bad reviews?
I could only think of a few reasons… the place is located at pb, who wouldn’t be happy about serving drunkards coming back from a bar?
The food came fast and hot, and the order was correct. No attitude, probably just them reflecting off the attitude you gave to them first.
What really got me were those who said they didn’t give them a «hello» «thank you» etc. this isn’t a fine dining restaurant. Are you tipping them? Take the food and be thankful that they’re open so late.
You want that kind of service go to a place that charges $ 5 for a bowl of soup and not a place that charges the same thing for a whole meal.

When I saw the bad reviews of this place, I thought, «How bad could a fast food place be??»
Now I understand.
This Wendy suuuuuuuuucks. Please don’t eat here. They will get your order wrong, you’ll have to wait awhile for it, and it’ll probably be cold. Just go elsewhere. I normally like Wendy’s but this won’t satisfy your craving.
