Charging someone 25¢ to use the bathroom after they’ve already bought food? Let’s grow up a little McDonald’s

First of all whoever was the shift manager today, January 1, 2016 between 6 and 8 pm should frankly be embarrassed to even call themselves a manager. It was nowhere close to busy today as it is New Years day and most people are just recovering from a hangover.
But you wouldn’t think that from the actions of the front desk woman with the overly bloated ass and the look on her face that said «No. I DO NOT give a shit.» This moron sat playing with french fry cardboard packages, arranging drink containers and chit chatting with the drive thru person. In fact she seemed to be doing everything but what she should be doing which is taking orders. After ten minutes of standing their at the register while a line formed behind me, I asked out loud, «Who is in charge of taking orders right now? No one’s been at the register in at least ten minutes.»
She looked at me, showing she had heard me but turned and went back to putting another french fry tray into the grease machine and fiddling with the fry packages again. Finally after more than fifteen minutes of waiting to have my order taken, I said to hell with it and went to Taco Bell. I mean, I know you have to keep the fries going, but that doesnt take fifteen minutes and you should have someone on register at all times anyway. It was ridiculous.
In short, this is by far the worst example of a fast food crew that I have seen in my many years of fast food. It’s not rocket science and we dont expect you to work miracles. But come on. That woman needs to be fired ASAP and her manager should be sent to more work training classes because obviously they don’t know what the fuck they are doing.

Slow and bad service! Make sure to check your order before you drive off because you’ll be stuck waiting another 20 minutes to fix it!

This has been the WORST McDonald’s for at least the last 5-YEARS…which is too bad, because it’s PB — — heavily traveled by us locals…
They screw up 1 out of 2 orders every time… and today, I got charged $ 8.74 for an egg mcmuffin combo w/OJ…the new dude charged me for the muffin combo AND full price for an OJ!
Plus…CAN YOU GET RID OF THE HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE???
And on a rainy day… THEY’RE ALL INSIDE!!! Doing God knows what in the BATHROOMS!
Please get a NEW OWNER for this place… IT SUCKS!

One reason I write this review: Sonja!
I had not been to this McDonalds before or knew Sonja!
Yet she was so friendly and went out of her way that I was so impressed!
Sonja smiled and had no issue in answering my menu questions!
She was gracious and sets a star example of ideal McDonalds employee!
With holidays coming please reward in raises or promotions the great employees like Sonja!

Wasn’t surprised to see their low rating. I know… It’s fast food, what do you really expect, right? I’m a server I know sometimes orders get messed up and sometimes there’s misunderstandings. I get it. But on top of getting my order wrong, the manager obviously did not care, despite the fact that he had 10 workers and only 4 customers, made no apology or effort to fix anything. And you people want 15 an hour?! What a joke. I know, it’s fast food, what do you expect?! A lot more, because it’s just fast food, not rocket science, your job is not difficult. And if a language barrier is the issue, maybe you should fix that!

The absolute SLOWEST McDonald’s of all time!!! They don’t even TRY to speed things up! There were three people in line ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes to just place those orders. There aren’t a lot of people here, there are several employees and yet they can’t make a simple cheeseburger? It took them 13 minutes! I guess they play fast and loose with the term «fast food».

Restaurant isn’t as clean as it can be. Table sticky and still dirty. And get ready to pay to use the bathroom. So if you don’t have any quarters and got to go your out of luck. Talk about taking advantage of people’s basic needs! Takes forever to get your food and keeps getting order wrong. The customers ahead of us waiting 20 minutes and ended up getting their money back and going some place else. The most pathetic McDonald’s I have been too. And it seems can’t keep their employees!

Worst McDonald’s in all of San Diego county by far. The wait times here are horrendous and they can’t seem to understand that they need more than one person at the register even though they’re always slammed. They forgot my hash brown, which is forgivable. But they also bogart the soda machine so you have to re wait for some assistance to get a refill on your drink. What the heck. Don’t go here, go get some Mexican food or something.

Wow thanks for the 1 container of sauce! I order 29 chicken nuggets which first of all I would NEVER order from McDonald’s but I was starving! I sauce! Wow McDonald is sooo cheap you can’t even get 2 sauces! Bad look! Everything was minimized! Sad!

Not a bad McDonalds to grub at. They have the same goods you crave for: that Number 1 combo which includes your choice of beverage, warm and deliciously salted fries, and that yummy, yummy, in my tummy Big Mac. Spice is the variety of life. They even sell Happy Meals for the kiddies too.

Not the best mc donalds. Bums everywhere. Food was made like what ever. We asked fries well done. The server said fresh. Ok sure. They were mixed old and new. Still not well done. We were hungry and looking for parking at Belmont park will take a long time so we got a quick bite. Tables dirty, my sandwich said extra pickles and they put none. My hubby asked for his on the side so I ate his. The server was nice that’s why I gave them 2 stars and not one. My hubby asked if I wanted to go to Wendy’s 2 mins away. I said no. I wish I said yes. Disappointed in this mc donalds.

I waited 5 minutes at the drive through with no one in front of me. I said «hello» a few times. I had to look up their phone number in my phone (at this point 2 cars were behind me). I called the location and told them that I was waiting 5 minutes and that no one said anything. On the phone they told me to come to the second window. When I got to the second window, they had me place my order. They gave me my total and I handed them my card and they said cash only. I said «what? I only have $ 3 that’s not right» and he said «it’s fine». I got home, and my boyfriend who was splitting the meal with me, shows me that they gave me half of my order. So not only did they probably pocket my $ 3, but I didn’t get my full order and it was burnt.

Stopped at the drive-​thru to get 2 happy meals for the kids.
First they got the order wrong (twice), then when we finally drove off with our order (long wait for apparently nobody) we discovered that we had received girls’ toys instead of boys’ toys and A FILET O FISH PATTY IN THE 4PC MCNUGGETS BOX.
What are you guys thinking?! That isn’t even a menu item of any kind! I just don’t get it.

Very bad! If you going to eat over there make sure you don’t visit the bathrooms that will make you regret you eating there Grosss! Employees and manager are walking in and out of restrooms like is normal.

PLEASE READ REVIEW TO UNDERSTAND RATING:
So this place is getting a 4 star review out of pure sarcasm as this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to ever in my life.
So you’ll walk in, which is open 24 hours, there will be at LEAST 3 homeless people just hanging out eating non McDonald’s food, it’s absolutely DISGUSTING in there and 75% of the people who walk through the door are only there to use the practically public bathroom.
So you’ve mustarded up the courage to actually eat here, okay, you get food and you see all the people «working» back there who really aren’t really doing anything and it takes gourmet food time for your garbage McDonald’s…for some reason. I’ve ordered a McChicken from there, no ranch… always blessed with tons of ranch, and then I tell them I’d like a new one and its either the same one with the ranch scraped off or a new one nice and luke warm, it’s quality!
My friends and I got shamrock shakes the other day, ²⁄₄ had cherries, I guess you just gotta get lucky, are you the lucky one to get the cherry or not? You’ll never know.
The bathroom is cleaned with all natural cleaners, which is very environmental friendly, maybe if I open a restaurant, I, just like them will clean the bathroom with sour piss all over the floor. I’m thinking it hasn’t been really cleaned in months… maybe years… The mirror being disgusting and covered with spit might be to make you look good, like the mirror is the DUFF effect, maybe?
Overall, this place is disgusting and trashed and there’s even homeless people outside sleeping or yelling at you, A V O I D.

Whenever I use their drive through my order gets messed up. And I usually order only 3 items.
Not once anybody apologized for a wrong order.

They pay no attention to the people that come inside and only about the drive thru. It takes them at least 15 minutes to fill an order and this is supposed to be fast food. It’s ridiculous! Awful customer service! They ignore you while not working on your order.

Im here at McDonalds on garnet st. I purchased a large moca.
It tasted wrong.
I went back, told Gabrielle and she asked me for the reciept. I threw it away and did not keep it
But here is the exact change back for a $ 5 bill
She closed the window in the drive thru after telling me she is refusing to serve me

It’s a McDonald’s. I shouldn’t expect much. I try my hardest not to.
Even if the drive through line is 367 383 people long DO NOT GO INSIDE. They are the slowest ever inside and honestly have no idea what you’re saying because they don’t speak English. Not only frustrating but just dumb. There’s like 30 English words you need at McDonald’s. I try to revert to my terrible Spanish but that only makes matters worse.
Food is McDonald’s food. I love it but I’m a fatty.
