Something is always wrong with my food here and rarely are the drive thru ppl nice. The practice throw your food bag in your lap and as if that wouldn’t pissed you off enough they turn their back on you at the window and ignore you asking for katsup.
Just sad that ppl can act like that.

4 for $ 4 meal is insanely good!
Natural Cut Fries — Seasalted fries? Yes please! Thankfully, each time I have come here I have had fresh fries & none of that 4 hour old batch deals other fast food chains do.
4-​piece Chicken Nuggets — Juicy white meat. Must eat with honey mustard sauce.
Jr. Cheeseburger — I enjoy their meat patties. Served with ketchup, mustard, onion, & pickles.
Small drink — Substitute for their Strawberry Lemonade! Wendy’s has the best yet! Sweet & refreshing! & has muddled strawberries, yum!
Drive true gets crazy busy during lunchtime!

Me: I’ll have a double Hot n Juicy and large fries to go, please.
Cashier: So that’ll be a single cheeseburger, small fries, and for here?
Me: …

That’s not why I’m giving Wendy’s a lone star. I’m giving it one star because Wendy’s is disgusting. The food looks and tastes low quality. The burger was gross and I don’t know why they feel inclined to top it with massive pieces of onions that gave me onion breath for the rest of the day — and that was after I took them off because I couldn’t handle it.
I’ve never been a big Wendy’s fan and this did nothing to change my mind. Sorry guys.

I don’t normally eat fast food, but when I do, I select a place that is relatively clean, not filled with weirdos, is free is homeless bums and drug dealers. This Wendy’s has it. Its a nice place where you can get a decent burger and eat it in peace. Highly recommended.

Been here a couple times when I forget to bring lunch to work. Drive thru is super fast and the employees are courteous and friendly. Fastest drive thru service ever… And their burgers look nice and aren’t falling apart or messy like other places.

This location could seriously teach a master class in how to run a fast food restaurant. The drive-​thru is on point, and is literally the fastest service I think I’ve ever seen. They always get my order right, and it’s usually ready by the time you get to the window. One quick swipe of your card and you’re on your way. A+!

Drive thru always sucks when you fail to check what’s in the bag before you drive off. I don’t think one should *necessarily* have to if the people working there do their due diligence and just check what’s in the dang bag before they hand it to ya.
And when did Wendy’s get so expensive. An order of two 6 piece nuggets and 2 junior frosties cost about $ 7.
So they forgot the two ranch dressings I requested when I placed the order via the intercom at the drive thru (see pic). Their drive thru menu is hard to decipher as it’s just hard to find a la carte items priced.
And gosh the size of the junior frosty is ridiculous. It looks like a paper cup you’d use to sample water somewhere (see pic). Sis said this is their standard size for the junior size but not sure how that makes it normal or any better. It was just my first time buying one for the nephews so maybe that’s why I was taken aback.
I couldn’t find the receipt so can’t remember if they even handed me one.
So yeah, make sure to check your purchase if you’re in drive thru. I still think Wendy’s (in general) has the best chicken nuggets around though —

Went after work only because I wanted something quick (bad, I know) and some spicy chicken nuggets.
Got a ½-​lb. Double combo and some spicy chicken nuggets. They weren’t necessarily backed up, but the cashier was very flustered. The customer before me was offered a free Frosty for waiting for her food for so long. Understaffed? Maybe, but whatever.
Got my food. Wendy’s just isn’t how it used to taste when I was growing up. Burger is dry and lacks something. Perhaps they hide this by adding huge pieces of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Best part were probably the fries that were just cooked. Nuggets have been sitting out as well.
It’s fast food, so I can’t really be overly snobbish. I also took a look around the dining area and the average weight was probably 220 pounds… in a bad way. That made me realize that maybe what I was eating was very bad.

This is a great Wendy’s location. Clean and newish. The Chibatta burger was awesome and I was served fast. Cool coke machine serve yourself any flavor very cool. I’ll be coming here again and trying something new. I’m not a huge fast food fan but this is good.

Very friendly staff! Jada in particular is very cheerful. Everything else you want from a chain fast food was there — consistency, quality, clean and fast.

I come here mainly for dessert. It’s waaaay cheaper than Baskin Robbins up the way. Frosty Float and I ask for it with Coke Zero (you can only get it inside as they don’t have Coke Zero at the Drive-​thru window).
I definitely prefer the toys they give with the Kid’s Meals here than McDonald’s. Books, family games, puzzles. instead of toys that end up all over my floor. Almost makes it okay that I’m letting the kid eat fast food.
What would make this place awesome is if they had breakfast.

Good place for a quick dinner with the kids. Overall I’d give them 3 stars, but the salads are actually pretty fresh and good, that deserves an extra star (yes, I know, salad at Wendy’s… but there are only so many places that works for our family of picky eaters)

The Wendy’s Chocolate frosty shake is still awesome in my book! It’s so creamy and thick.
I tried the caramel one and think it’s too sugary sweet after about 5 bites. I shared with my son, so between the two of us, we enjoyed it just fine, but I couldn’t finish it myself.

It’s a Wendy’s! Standard menu and same décor. That’s what’s good about franchises; they’re standardized. The only difference is the management and workers.
The food was delivered fast even during lunch time. They even had a new coke machine where you can combine favors. The bad thing about it is there is one machine for soda, water, etc so there’s a line.
The cleanliness in the seating area was below par and needed to be cleaned.
All in all, I’d eat there again!

In the past I have never really liked eating here but I had one bad experience at one Wendy’s awhile ago and I attributed that to all of the Wendy’s assuming they were all the same.
Anway, I use to live in the area and I decided to try this location because it was brand new at the time and I figured, what can go wrong. I ordered two chicken sandwiches to go. Got home and took a bite and the chicken was unfortunately not cooked all the way through. Suffice it to say, I went and got my money back and have not returned since.

This is one of the cleanest and best ran Wendy’s in the whole chain. Doesn’t hurt that the national HQ is down the street.
Quality of the food is decently good and the restaurant is clean considering the amount of traffic that this restaurant sees.

The dining room closes at 10p on a weekend night and my friend and I decided to grab a quick bite. I was in the mood for a chocolate frosty and fries. My frosty was fine, but my fries were reallllly salty!!! Hold the salt next time???
The staff that took our order was really nice and patient. The other employee that I encountered was not personable.
While I was finishing my fries that were obviously on the tray, the employee came up and asked if she could take it away. I was still eating my fries lady, geez!!! She kept insisting on taking the tray, too!!!
Sure it was close to closing, but you didn’t have to make it so obvious by replenishing your condiments and be in my way while I was at the condiment counter or start vacuuming when there are other occupants in the restaurant. (She asked the group to move to another table while she vacuumed!)
This plaza should really consider opening up a new fast food/​drive thru…
