Welldeck Pizza Parlor

I feel that this restaurant desperately needs a renovation. Both in the food, environment, and the staff.
This restaurant’s customers are mostly navy personell. And the staff are civilians.
The staff here is unprofessional, rude, and their constant arguing is making it an uncomfortable environment for everyone. Also they’re language barrier is somewhat difficult as well.
The food is alright. Their pizza is the only thing that is exceptional. But even then they only have a limited amount of flavors and toppings.
The «dining» environment is in poor condition. And as I am sitting here and look to the floor, it seems no one has swept the floor for a good while; crumbs of food and leftover remains of food stick to both the tabletops and floors.
This isn’t a real restaurant. I feel this is more of a «dive» restaurant.
The food here is somewhat to be worked on. Their «meatball» sub just is a hotdog bun with 2 – 3 meatballs and a sad amount of what I think is cheese.
Their deep fryer has been broken for almost 2 months now. so a good third of their menu items are gone.
A «computer lounge» is available to sailors. where they can sit in a completely dark room and bring their laptops/​tablets and play on them using the free (shitty) wifi that is provided. There’s a reason why it’s kept dark in there! Tons of remaining food bits and crumbs litter the floor and the individual tabletops!
Yesterday I was eating a bowl of oatmeal (not from there) and there were 2 flies flying around me, this put me in a constant frustration. You shouldn’t be having flies flying around your food!
The window sills are lined with dead flies and other deceased bugs as well…
Fucking gross… I hope this «establishment» gets looked at by a professional.

Service was Sir this and Sir that… but you fully get the I don’t give a fuck vibe in the place.
Atmosphere was all bad, place is dark and just navitive… is there such a thing as a dive café. Lol
CLEANLYNESS was all bad. I got a coffee and there was gunk all on one of the spouts. Plus a wett rag left out to clean spills I guess but then its collecting bacteria rt?
FOOD — Never again… I paid $ 4 for a 2ft tortilla and maybe 2 eggs with stuff in it. I think I bit 2 egg shells and a bunch of fat so I tossed it… And I was STARVING.
FOR THE MANAGER — I get it. location = $$$$ made but I can guarantee if a CO ever stepped in and saw that place for what it really is you’d be fired. If your staff and the cleanliness represents how you manage…

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The service is HORRIBLE! The ladies working behind the counter are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life– I see this with every customer that comes here. The only decent food here is the pizza– other than that, this place blows.

Okay customer service with mediocre food that is severely overpriced. It’s one of the only restaurants near the pier next to the ship where sailors are on duty looking for food. Unless they have a car & have time for lunch or a break from duty they have no other choice but to go here. I only came here with friends because they wanted to try it out. Stop raping sailors for their paychecks. Never again.

Jon G. I totally agree with that. They have no idea what customer service is. The one older short stubby lady with the long pony tail is the rudest person I can honestly say I have ever met. Yells, talks trash, totally clueless of her job. The pizza is actually ok. If you order sandwiches, well basically anything other then pizza, be prepared to wait easily 30 minutes for your food and listening to that one lady. Not really worth it.

I agree crept for the fact that the food sucks big time! This is rot gut at it’s best ! No one there deserves to be any were near food! Rude like you have never seen ! They get away with murder cause they’re the only scrap on that side of base! So I can’t give zero stars! But I’d rather eat an mre…

Ok so here is the deal, the good is great, it tastes good and there is a good amount, not so much that you over stuff your face but not so little that it’s not enough. Where this place goes down the drain is their employees. They are rude and constantly arguing with each other making the whole environment very awkward. I also think this has to do with the whole «I’m a civilian contractor and I’m hot shit so I don’t need customer service skills» attitude that most civilians have on base. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and 30 minutes later after maybe 20 ppl after me got their food I went up to ask about mine. I could then hear the cooks yelling we already made 2 so he got it. I don’t have any reason to lie because I’m not a thief. So obviously you forgot to make mine so man up and take responsibility for your own mistake and make another sandwich. It’s not that hard. But like I said, most civilian contractors don’t care because they know if they get any sort of attitude from military members they can just go straight up the chain of command and get our asses chewed out.
If you can get past the rudeness of these people then the place is ok. Like I said, the food is good and that’s the only reason why I like the place.
