Avoid going here at all expenses. Twice I had issues with receiving my clothes. The first time I had another sweater and blazer instead of mine … Luckily the owner of that wanted their clothes and contacted me. But two weeks later I drop off a dozen items again and this time they don’t have my clothes at all … They had my claim ticket on a mans clothes that is 3 times my husbands size. And yet no phone number or idea of where my items are. Luckily the wife realized it but not for a week

I went in and asked the lady to clean my clothes so it doesn’t smell. She wouldn’t put a note on my clothes even though I asked. Of course I come back and my clothes still smell like sweat. Im like this is not clean. Shes like ok, take it home and wash it… Ummmm what?! So I just paid for you to press it? Should have told me to wash it before you press it. With her terrible service she had the audacity to say«next time»… Be advised. Go somewhere else :/

I thought I would give this place another shot for convenience and price and I screwed up. I had to return 5 shirts to be redone. 2 of the shirts had what appeared to be burn marks and the other 3 didn’t even looked pressed. After picking them up again, they did remove the marks but the shirts were poorly pressed and had significant wrinkles.

If there was a rating below zero I would have given this place a negative –5. Not only did they ruin a brand new button up shirt that was less then a week old, they managed to ruin the slacks that I purchased to go with it. Button were broken and ripped off my shirt, they snagged the shirt and the slacks I were even worse. When I walked right back I. After reviewing all my clothes, the owner could care less that my clothing was ruined. Honestly, how does this place stay in business. Warning, cheap cleaning means cheap services!!! If you’re an individual who uses cleaners as much as me, STAYASFARAWAYASYOUCANFROMTHISPLACE!!!

Their prices are great but they only take cash or check. If you bring in any more than 8 items, they give you the 10 item discount at 1.95 an item. GREAT! And the lady is so nice and always smiles at you. And did I mention they are fast? The clothes are ready in about 2 days. Always!

Best prices I’ve ever seen… I brought in ten dress shirts and it was only 1 dollar a piece to get it laundered! Nothing beats 1 dollar wash and press. They also will take the time to clean out your smaller stains at no extra cost! Love this place

I used to go to the location near work but since they opened a location near my house, I’ve switched! Still a loyal customer. Their prices are the best in town! If you bring in 10+ items, cost is $ 1.95/piece. If you go anywhere else in the RB/Carmel Mountain area, you’re looking at paying on and around $ 3−4/piece. They are also very thorough when you check your items in — i.e., they noted that my jacket had a belt, gave it a separate tag and all! Oh — and they can turn your items around within the next day if you bring it in early enough in the day.
