I was worried that my recently replaced angle stop valves were not properly installed (they were not installed by a plumber). Tom was punctual and gave an honest assessment that I did not need any additional work done. While he was here, he also helped out with a clogged sink (simply had debris caught near the drain stopper) and a toilet that didn’t flush right at no additional charge.
Tom comes across as a genuinely nice guy that wants to help his customers. I’d definitely hire him again.
