TMC Mira Mesa

First thing before I go here at TMC is read a review of their store. I found that many negative comment and bad reviews against them. However, I still went to TMC to give them a shot if the reviews are true. So, I decided to went there and inquire a t mobile family plan, the lady greeted me with a smile and ask me if I have some questions. To be honest, she is so friendly and professional. She explained the whole package regarding the T mobile family plan. She suggested also what is the best plan and more saving that I will get. She even offer me a Brand New iphone 4 for FREE if I sign up for 2 yrs. Afterward, I left and decided to come back a couple days to find out if the offer is true. Then, after 3 days I went back to the store and ask if the iphone 4 still free and they say yes absolutely if you sign up for 2yrs with us. So finally, I know they are telling the truth. But I read about some bad reviews that some people say that they are «scammers» but don’t believe in them. They are really honest, friendly, and they offer good deals to the customers. They also offered me a free phone for the second line of my family plan. The bottom line is TMC meets my expectations very much. Absolutely I would recommend them to those people who are planning to switch carriers to T mobile.

This place does not even deserve the 1 star. By far, the worst service ever. The guy who runs this place is a scammer. First off, he lied about no activation fees and a plethora of other things to make a sale. My dad had to pay alot of fees to T Mobile that the owner did not take care of (like he said he would). We wanted to renew a contract with T Mobile and did not need new phones. Typically when this happens customers are supposed to receive some money back. We never received money back, had to pay MORE money for fees we were not even supposed to pay. Contacted the shop multiple times, person who runs the place said he would fix it but didn’t. We were lied to multiple times that they would solve the problem. It did not happen. These people just care about making money in their pockets and not about the customers themselves.
This is a very shady store, and it is obvious we are not the only people who had bad business with them (Just google their name & read the other reviews).
I’ll never return to this place again. Stay away from these people and go to another cell phone store. Not worth the stress due to their bad business practices.
