The Sandwich Place

The name and signage really don’t do this place justice. The couple who owns this little sandwich shop is very personable and gets the job done when you have a hankering for a homemade sandwich. Really, I think I could replicate these sandwiches pretty easily myself, but for the days I forget my lunch, or am crunched on time, this deli hits the spot. I’ve ordered the turkey club pita and turkey croissant, both of which are delightful. They must use a whole avocado on the pita club, because I got avocado in every single bite, which is a-​okay with me! As for the croissant sandwich, the sprouts gave it a nice crunch; however, it was a little heavy on the cream cheese for my liking. In addition, this place is speedy — I can walk from work (about 3 blocks down) to the deli and be back at my desk in about 12 minutes (without pre-​ordering). They also have hot lunch options available and are open for breakfast hours, neither of which I have tried yet. Overall, this deli is a nice quick stop for a hearty sandwich!

Stop by this place to grab a sandwich for lunch. Got there and immediately felt uncomfortable. Felt like I was in a foreign country. Customer service completely missing. The guy in front was having problems the credit card machine. Finally I suggested he try the debit option, transaction was complete… The two women in the kitchen both came to the window and just stared at me then disappeared. I order the #9 and what I thought would be a crispy dill pickle slice. The pickle was as mushy as squash, couldn’t stomach it, and I’ve had some strange foods being a retired Navy veteran. However, too my surprise, the sandwich was not bad or I was so hungry I imagined it to be good. The only reason I’m not recommending this place is because of the lack of customer service.

A small deli located in an industrial park. Service is pretty good. Place is no frills. I ordered the hero sub and it was pretty good. I got in and out in 30 or so minutes.

I had their turkey and cheese croissant with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sprouts. Man it was DELICIOUS! Delicious, fresh, and healthy. It has become my favorite. I haven’t tried any of their other sandwiches yet because I’m too addicted to this one but I will eventually. There are a variety of yummy and healthy snacks like fruit bowls, salads, yogurt, etc. They also have different kinds of chips, sodas, and candy bars. The owners are friendly and polite. They have a nice little bathroom that’s always clean. I’ll definitely be back for more.

They prepare this everyday… I cannot say anything else on the sandwiches… but these items you see on this pic… I give two thumbs up and a high five… The owners make you feel welcome and you can see that this place is a mom and pop business… don’t judge this place from the outside… I recommend you at least try their handmade fruits, fish, and salad platters

The nicest people work here. They’re always super pleasant and look genuinely excited to see their customers. They also have great food! I typically get the same sandwich (which they always remember, even when I haven’t been in for a month) but they do have a great variety. Definitely check out this deli, you won’t be disappointed.

Just tried this place for the first time. The club sandwich is simple, fresh and tasty. It was made to order and only took about 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be going back.

I always get a salmon salad/​bowl. It has grilled salmon, avocado, shredded red cabbage, carrots, cucumber over the rice with seaweed.
They also serve good breakfast burrito.

Great place to grab a sandwich for lunch. Huge variety of choices and very friendly service. Go in on thursday for a great teriyaki bbq sandwich.

One of my friends suggested this place to me and even though I wasn’t really feeling for sandwiches I went purely just to support a local business.
This place is pretty much in the middle of an industrial plaza & a bit difficult to spot unless you know what you’re looking for. The only sign out front is a big white «DELI» on the glass wall. There really are no frills to this place.
The 2 ladies there were absolutely the nicest. The woman at the cashier helped me choose from the HUGE list of sandwiches and lunch combos that are available. I ended up getting a «bulgogi» (marinated beef) combo and my friend got a club sandwich. My combo was honestly a lot of vegetables («salad» but no dressing) and a decent portion of meat & rice. Pretty good, not bad… but then again, I’ve never really had bad bulgogi. My friend said he enjoyed his sandwich too — good but nothing amazing.
Honestly, I’d come back just to support the business. My mom used to own a small deli in the middle of an industrial park as well and I know how hard it is to do so. They were friendly, helpful and made pretty good food — that’s fine for me (: So if you’re ever in the area and need a quick fix or work around here, definitely check it out

30 YEARS !!! What the Haal? this place has been here for 30 years and not 1 review !
Well at least not till I rolled in to this fine Deli. This is your typical industrial park type setting Deli. No frills, get your mack on at a decent price and quick. What I do like is that they have fresh cut fruit bowls for only $ 2.75, great snack. The sandwich’s are always good, I have been here a few times and never been let down. The daily specials are something to check out too.
A very nice couple own this place and my hats off to them for staying in business for 30 years, they must be doing something right :)
So stop in next time your in the area you will enjoy this mom n pop style deli.
