Because of the nature of my company, I’ve worked with tons of printers. I’ve now been a very loyal customer of The Printing Shoppe for a few years now and I pray that they never go out of business! For both large and small volume orders, TPS has professionally managed my company’s many printing needs and helped me to grow my company. I am constantly impressed by their professional work, their great rates, their friendliness, and the outstanding customer service of their entire staff — seriously there are no weak links here! If I make a mistake by giving them bad art, they correct it (usually with no extra fee!), if I have a grammatical error in my file, or if something looks off, they catch it and fix it. If they make a mistake (with is hardly ever), they immediately own up and take immediately steps to fix any issues. I’ve also been very impressed with the scope of work they can do. More than once I’ve found myself in a conversation discussing a project I needed done (for example, die cutting custom shapes and manufacturing retail store boxes), only to have someone there say, «Oh, we actually do that on for you.» And I also love that they operate on wind power! I could really go on and on about TPS, but the bottom line is if you are looking for a printer, whether to help improve and grow your business, or just for a one-​time job, this is where you should go.

I had the need for custom invitations using my own artwork to be printed in a short time frame. A friend of mine who repairs equipment for print shops all over the Western states recommended The Printing Shoppe. Although our relatively small job didn’t seem like it would fit into their typical work (their website is biased towards the business market) they gladly worked with us. I was surprised at how reasonable the cost of the job was, even when I had to make a last-​minute change and have one item reprinted. Instead of steering us to the more expensive paper stock they focused on what would look best for our invitations. Best of all, the finished product is FANTASTIC!
