Come in after midnight, they take care of you! The dude at night is a true sandwhich artist.

Came in around 1AM. John made the best looking subway sandwich I’ve ever seen! Customer service was amazing with this guy! Never had I experienced such an amazing service at Subway.

I know, Subway is fast food. But it’s my favorite fast food out there(next to Chipotle). And this location was definitely one of the better ones out there(I’ve been to a lot, trust me). The staff was extremely friendly/welcoming and definitely took care when making my sandwich. I came here twice, both times ordering a turkey breast sandwich on wheat, and both times I was immensely satisfied. The vegetables were fairly fresh and the turkey tasted good as well. I also LOVE that they offered spinach, as I definitely prefer spinach over lettuce. My only complaint is for the«toasting» service, which didn’t do the bread justice since it didn’t turn out as crispy as I would’ve liked. Besides that, this place is solid — satisfying, cheap, and relatively healthy(depending on what you get).

So many choices. Choices galore one might say. Speaking of choices, Jared made the wrong choice. Shame on him. Spice is the variety of life. If your a carnivore, there are tons of meat products to choose from. If you’re a vegetarian, there are also tons of vegetables to choose from.

First off Ritchie is the man! Great customer service! Even if there’s a line it’s always short they really know what they are doing here! A+

The food is a basic as any other subway and their customer service is almost on the same level. Once I had to repeat myself multiple times over and when I finally got the employees full attention my order was still difficult to place.

I was given a coupon yesterday at this location and they didn’t let me use it today at this location. The person helping me, Erika, was extremely rude and condescending while refusing to use the coupon, even though the coupon went through when another employee tried applying it.

The food is good, and the service is hit-and-miss — most employees are great, but a few just don’t want to be there. We have to correct the check approx. half the time, when it really shouldn’t be that difficult to get a few combos right. We’ve also had a couple of strange experiences; most bizarrely, we once walked in only to be told that there was no bread, and we’d have to wait half an hour.(The night crew had forgotten to bake bread.)

I hate this place. It’s terrible. ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE. The staff is horrific and unfriendly, the manager is a joke, and the food is repulsive. I hate this place. DONOTCOMETOTHISSUBWAY. Ever. They should be shut down for how horrible and offensive they are. Yuck. I WOULDPUT0STARSIFPOSSIBLE. THISISTHEWORSTSUBWAYONPLANETEARTH.

I came in last night and had a great experience. Richie was making my sandwich when he noticed I had a heat hat on and started to talk basketball with me. Then he offered to do things like put the onions and Peppers on before he toasted my sandwich. I honestly wanted to be best friends with the dude by the time I left. Someone give that guy a raise. I don’t even write Unilocal reviews but I wanted a way to show my appreciation for him going out of his way to give me an awesome experience.

Just finished watching a late night movie. Happy I was able to get a quick eat at the middle of the night here! Since everything closes so early.. The one making my sandwich didn’t know what a veggie sandwich patty was though. But my sandwich tasted the standard way that subway sandwiches should taste like. So that’s a good thing.

Subways in some places are 24 hour locations now! It’s great. And I’m glad that all subways are pretty standard across the board. The artists are super helpful and for the most part, super kind of atleast kind. Definitely will be back!

One star for being open 24 hours and another for being a somewhat healthier option. I would definitely try to avoid this location if I can. I’ve been here multiple times and twice I asked for 9-grain Honey Oat and the top of the bread was all burnt black and every bite of my sandwich had a foul scorched taste. This happened twice. The employees obviously aren’t well-versed in customer service. It got extremely busy around dinner time and there was only one person making sandwiches while the other decided to go get himself a drink from the soda fountain when he was not even his break. Only when the first employee asked for him to ring me up did he finally decide to put down his drink and decide to do his job. Avoid this place if you can!

See the photo I just uploaded… When I order a large peperoni & mushroom pizza, I don’t expect a medium to be delivered to me… When I buy a 12pack of Miller High Life, I expect 12 beers, not 6… When I hire a private stripper to my house, I expect a Channing Tatum to handcuff me, not a Justin Beiber/Steve Buscemi… Hence, when I buy a 6inch Subway sandwich, I expect 6inches, not 5.5inches…but maybe my ruler was inaccurate, and the sandwich was cheap and edible, so no 1 star. For now.

Alright, UTC Subway, I gave you another chance. I have to admit, you stepped it up, so I’m raising you two stars! You have now been deemed a viable lunch option. There’s nothing you can do to fix the parking situation, but you did fix two of my biggest issues. This time there was fresh brewed unsweetened tea and the toppings were amply added to my sandwich without me having to ask for more. You even had the yogurt parfait available with the meal in lieu of chips. The only issue this visit was that the lady slicing the avocado for my sandwich was a little careless and left a bunch of the peel on. I didn’t want to be that person who asked for the avocado to be neatly re-cut with a whole line of people behind me, so I ended up having to pick through my sandwich to remove the avocado peels. Can’t win them all, I guess. A guy who appeared to be the owner was running around and ended up ringing me up. He was very nice and seemed to be keeping the place in order and running smoothly. Now, if you would just serve breakfast all day, you would be the perfect Subway(parking aside)! Thanks for fixing my gripes!

I stopped coming here about a year ago when I was insulted by the employees. At the time I was well overweight and had just moved to SD so I can start the next chapter of my life. I ordered a sandwich and the employee taking my order asked,“Shouldn’t you be eating a salad?” He and his coworker started laughing hysterically. I got pissed and finished making my sandwich, but never paid for it. I got everything on it, too. I figure that it has been long enough and at the persistence of my roommate, we went down after a long night(I was studying and he was working on a project). We live literally right next to the place and it is the only thing open 24 hours in the area. Much better treatment this time. The two fellas that I talked about earlier are not working there anymore(no surprise). The sandwiches aren’t the freshest, but it is what I come to expect from Subway. I do like the 5 dollar footlong of the month and the $ 5 meals they have. I have been back a few times and am now a regular, according to Unilocal! This will now by my late night spot. BTW, I have lost nearly 100lbs since my initial visit, but it has nothing to do with those punks mentioned in the first paragraph. I was losing weight prior to the visit by becoming more active and eating much healthier. I stepped up the routine nearly 3 months following the incident with the rude employees by doing two rounds of P90X and maintaining a high activity level.

Subway Eat Fresh?! Actually this Subway can eat a Dick… Tracy was my sandwich artist. Oh wait, it was actually some rude guy who seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I mean come on, there are people out there who can’t find work. You are fortunate to have a job. Cheer up buddy. Right off the bat I can tell this guy was going to make the best sandwich ever.(sarcasm incase you didn’t know.) Instead of the usual, «welcome to Subway, what can I make for you?» I get a «sup.» I know I look gangsta but damn, can I get a proper greeting? I order the Subway Club. He layers the Turkey. No problem there. Now for the Ham. No layer there, he stretches the meat so only two pieces fit on the sandwich. I look in the container, there is ton of ham. I could understand if they were short and too lazy too refill it, but DAMNHOMIE that container was full! Next comes the roast beef. Same deal. Only this time he shreds apart the meat to make it «fill» the sandwich. SHYSTY. Now for the veggies. Spinach please. I’m trying to get my popeye on and he treats my sandwich like its for Olive Oyl! I’d say he put like 6 or 7 leaves of spinach on my sandwich. Maybe the spinach had radiation in it and he was looking out for me. Right? I think NOT. Same thing goes for all my other veggies requested. At this point I was about to get ready to jump back there, toss this fool outta there and make that shit myself. But he didn’t put enough spinach in my sandwich so Popeye mode didn’t happen =( Only good thing about this place is that it’s open 24 hours. You hear that ladies(and gents?) you can get a footlong in you all through the night!(ya freaks!!)

UH… NO! Cannot believe what happened at my visit here. I ordered the turkey, bacon, avocado footlong. The woman prepares it to order and then asks if I would like anything else. I simple reply, «Could I have the avocado in there???» She answer, «Oh, we’re out of that.» Simple solution to prevent this type of awkward scenario: Let the customer know that you are out of a vital ingredient of your signature sandwich BEFORE preparing the order. You’ve wasted my time and if I knew from the get-go I woulda ordered something else. Why would I want a turkey, bacon, avo sandwich without the avo? Nice job you had me going for a minute.

Came in for dinner the other night when i was craving a sandwich. Pretty much a typical small Subway. I got my footlong turkey with my usual toppings and sat outside to enjoy it. Extra reasons to check this one out: My receipt had a coupon on it good for a deal between 12 am and 6 am. At first i thought it was a typo. but no. it’s a 24 hour subway. good to keep in mind since very little in the area is open really late. Other reason: you can park in the underground parking and come up the never-working escalators right next to the subway. And you can sit outdoors and people watch while you enjoy eating fresh.
