I’ve been going to this Starbucks since it opened, which was right around the time I moved to the area. I love being able to walk over and get a latte. Everyone that works there is great. Most of them know my drink when I walk in. In the beginning they didn’t redeem the Starbucks card rewards so I would head over to the «real store». They are not nearly as friendly there, which is surprising because the one in my old neighborhood was great. So I was really happy that they started redeeming the rewards! I recommend it if you need a caffeine fix and feel like a walk.

I’m a fan! This location is close to home. The staff are always working hard to get drinks or food out quickly and in an organized manner.
It’s easy to get in and out of and the lines or wait are never too long.
Give them a try when you are in the neighborhood.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too! The people here (Ralphs employees) clearly don’t like their job. Not the warm and fuzzy Starbucks greeting you normally get. Too many issues here. Ran out of soy milk 2 times I’ve been there in the early morning. Questioned me about a voucher I had from another store. And many more lameness. I go here because it’s close so I tolerate the crap service. I hope Ralphs management take notice.

Came in for a frap, there was a lady waiting with me. She was using the half and half. And as Marilyn, the barista, was making a man who works at Ralph’s drink, she was staring at the lady as if she was offended by how much half and half she was using. Then as the lady leaves, the man adds half and half to his drink, and Marilyn says «did you get enough?» And he says «yes» Marilyn then says «she was gonna take the whole thing» making a rude comment about the previous lady and I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. She was also very rushy with me and said «here.» As she handed my drink. At least have better manners in front of other customers.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Take the 3 min and drive across the street to the real one– it will STILL take you less time and your order may actually be right…

Omg! Horrible service. I know they’re not baristas but at least smile. You are representing Starbucks. The ladies that work there are soooo slow. I go only for convenience. Definitely with driving an extra .25 miles to go to the Dove Canyon store.

recently added to 4S commons Ralph’s
Hours M — Sun 6am — 8pm
is located next to customer service right by the registers. not sure what to say about starbucks… except that this location is much easier to get to and much easier parking that the other two in 4S ranch.
parking is relatively easiy if you dont come during a rush and because this location is still relatively NEW and it never has a line. woot woot!
we always come here when we need a coffee pick me up and need a quick coffee break from lunch.
obviously this place not have a drive thru… and they are now selling holiday drinks.
promotion buy one get one free holiday drink only during 2PM — 5PM
