I usually get the venti chai on ice and go on with my day. But today I felt the need to change up the usual and looked up some favorite drinks of Starbucks through Google and found«The Nutella» I asked the Coffee guy for The Nutella and he said he didn’t know the menu and asked me to look up the ingredients and which I did. I showed the ingredients and the coffee girl didn’t know how to make it… even with the ingredients. So, that’s that. Just went back to the usual vent chai on ice. Maybe ill need to find another nearby Starbucks who is able to read ingredients and make a drink. I will have you one day Nutella drink… but not today.

This Starbucks is my favorite location in Mira Mesa. It’s small, but perfect. I love this place on the weekend when I can order through mobile app and then come in and get some reading in. The baristas are always friendly if and when the mobile app is down. I also get my cup of joe every morning here before work. Of all the Starbucks in Mira Mesa, this is my favorite.

It’s not always easy to find a parking spot. The employees here do deliver fast service, and keep a clean store, but they aren’t always the friendliest. Limited space inside to sit down and do work, and when it gets busy it’s a little cramped. Overall wish they had more space. But the coffee is always the way I ordered it, and thoroughly enjoyed!

Typical Starbucks. The service is friendly and there’s lots of tables outside so you can enjoy the sun while drinking your coffee. The parking here kind of sucks when it gets busy so be prepared for that. Otherwise, grab a cup of coffee and head over to Waba Grill next door for lunch.

I love starbucks but this place takes forever to get my drink out :/so pretty disappointing. Customer service is good, friendly employees that will greet you hello and come again soon. But i can not come here before work which sucks :/

The coffee here is typical Starbucks coffee… which is pretty good. I usually get here around 9 a.m. and the place has a nice line that progresses in an orderly fashion. The workers are friendly, efficient and constantly busy. I call this Starbucks«My Dirty Starbucks». The«condiments bar» has consistently been trashed when I get there — everything spilled and in tatters as if a troop of children on a field trip to Starbucks had just left. This is probably because this store is short staffed or they don’t clean up the«condiments bar» until 10 a.m. Whatever. You can always know where you are because the«condiments bar» will likely be the worst shape of any Starbucks. If I ever visit the store and it’s clean, I will likely get vertigo, fall over and not be able to get up. If per chance you see me on the floor with a dazed look, please scatter a little sugar, slop some half ‘n half and drop some napkins around me so that I might recover.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, and I’m always here. It’s next to Waba Grill and across from KFC. It’s a little on the smaller side with one large table inside and a couple small ones next to the windows, so if you’re coming here to study, I suggest going early or spots will be taken. There’s a small outdoor seating area as well. Overall, it’s comfy and cozy, but sorry drivers, there’s no drive-thru! Great and efficient service every time I’m here. The workers never mess up my orders, and they’re always willing to offer suggestions if you’re feeling brave and want to try something new.

This is by far the best location in Mira Mesa. They get through rushes quickly and you still receive the quality that you want. The workers here are very friendly and they’re conversational with you. There is wifi and seating, so expect people to be in here doing work.

I feel bad for the baristas! Came during a Saturday afternoon to see a line of people waiting for their drinks, but there were only two baristas! Since they were busy, no one was attending the cash registers. Then I was given whip cream when I asked for no whip. Other than that, drinks were good. It’s Starbucks, can’t go wrong.

I love this Starbucks! One of the guy Workers is super cool who remembers your name and your drink so by the time you pay its all ready! The only issue is there is a bunch of rude people that hog a bunch of table space for all their«work» stuff or people have pyramid scheme meetings here lol

Let’s just say I started going here due to nursing school. I needed coffee in my life. And I wanted to finally reach gold card status. This location near my house is great. The baristas are friendly and you get your drinks quickly. They can make really good frappucinos. Like everything else food related, I customize my orders. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different syrups, it makes your Starbucks experience better. Here are some fraps I usually get: –Caramel frap with a pump of hazelnut and java chips mixed in = Twix –Strawberries & crème frap with a banana blended in –White chocolate mocha with java chips and a pump of caramel syrup –Smore’s Frapp with java chips and extra graham syrup Add pumps of syrup according to the size of your drink. For a grande the most I would add is 3 pumps unless you want it to be super sweet. Look online for more«secret menu» drinks. I also like to get iced coffee like an iced white chocolate mocha or a caramel macchiato with extra caramel. If they are available, get the frappucino cookie. Perfect pairing to eat with any beverage.

*Where everybody knows your name* Okay, so I’m biased – I(heart) Starbucks. However, I frequent this place, specifically for the service and the friendly baristas. I know you can’t forget a name like mine, but they are definitely more courteous than their counterparts at other Starbucks locations(and I’ve been to a few). My current morning drink: Tall Iced Coffee, 2-pumps white chocolate, breve(half-half) My all-time favorite: Venti Iced Black Tea, 2 Splendas(shaken, not stirred ;) Their croissants — delicious

This was my study spot for the years I spent as an undergrad student at UC San Diego. What I liked about it was that it was relatively quiet and there was usually a seat available. Granted, the seating is sometimes cramped but the other customers there were always nice enough to scooch their stuff aside once you sit down so you have enough room for yourself. The baristas are sweet and are very attentive, though there was one that left a really bad impression on me. I’m a frequent coffee drinker, so naturally, I’m always getting coffee to sip on while I study or work on my assignments. Around March, I swung by this Starbucks to get coffee – surprise, surprise – and the cashier there(a tall Caucasian guy, no glasses, and light brown-ish hair) said to me: «You always get coffee right? You get the cheapest thing we have and steal our internet for hours.» I didn’t know how to respond to that and I really wasn’t in the mood to argue so I just pretended to laugh it off though I was very offended. I mean, geez, I’m sorry I like coffee so much and that I come here to study. I would’ve given this place a four stars for the baristas and how quiet it is, but I unfortunately have to drop a star because that one incident really ruined it for me. :/I’ve never had a Starbucks employee, let alone any employee, say something as rude as that to me before.

I work nearby and the lines are always long(long lines = long wait), & out the door before I head to work(I work 8am m-f) maybe they should get one more register? But the the cashiers and baristas are always nice.

This place is average and I live just minute away. Regularly I usually avoid this location. The reason being is that the Elder men that hang out side just remind me of some loitering thug from my childhood neighborhood. This is not to say anything about the character of those men, yet that the store doesn’t really have policy against loitering I guess. Not only that but service has been sub-par on multiple occasions, as well as drinks being taken by freeloaders. So Yeah thats it I guess.

This location is right across la fitness on mira mesa blvd, so I go here right after working out early in the morning before work. I like it because it’s never as busy as all the other Starbucks in mira mesa, even during the peak hours. The workers are okay, no complaints about their service, but also nothing that stands out. The drinks are okay as well, never had a problem with mine. The only thing is that this location is smaller than the others, so you may have a harder time finding table room.

Have to say, this Starbucks knows how to treat its customers. Not the busiest Starbucks which is awesome! We stopped in for a quick treat(Venti Peppermint Mocha). There were 2 baristas and 1 was busy with a customer on the phone. The other barista was working it with a handful of customers — taking orders and making drinks. Kudos homie! And for the wait, the barista apologized for the wait time and gave the customers discounts on their drinks. Talk about customer service!!!
