We are switching to a different provider after a long ordeal of dealing with very incompetent staff. The front desk person who helps with billing is incompetent. She seems unaware of routine billing procedures, providing incomplete information to the insurance company. Yet the dentist and staff are quick to charge you for the services out of pocket. They have been very reluctant to return the amount even after the insurance company has paid them.
The dentist has had a low tolerance towards children who can be challenging. She has been recommending expensive preventive care that is not covered by insurance. Overall, this is not a place you would like to avail care.

The office staff is very unprofessional. The office made a mistake and schedule my kids appointments to frequent and it wasn’t covered by my insurance. They basically said yeah it’s our error but you still need to pay. I said that I would pay but I would let everyone know about their poor business practices and the office lady told me I could just pay and leave. I got really upset at that point because she had an attitude and I was only telling the truth. DON’T GO HERE.

We won’t be going here again. She is probably a competent dentist, but she is always recommending expensive procedures not covered by insurance. Our daughter is four years old, with all baby teeth. I won’t even get into how much in fillings, root canals and fancy composite work this dentist has insisted upon. And she and her staff are not friendly at all to the kids (or the parents). Avoid!
