Shabo Acupuncture

I have been dealing with an on going shoulder problem that has lead to pain in other parts for my body. The last few days I have been experiencing pain in my hands when trying to grip things. Frustrated with the pain I went on a search for a local acupuncturist to seek immediate treatment, being that I had to call-​out for work. I managed to find Zaynah’s contact on her alma mater website. She was able to treat me on a short notice and Unilocal brought it to my attention that she did it on her day off, how sweet of her!
Zaynah was a very easy person to talk. Her gentle and calm demeanor made it very easy to interact with her. I really liked how we sat down and went over my past and present health so that she was able to get a thorough understanding of my situation. She covered all the bases.
*It also helped that her office smelled great of soothing scents and played calming music in the background that set the ambiance and assisted in readying the body for healing.

Zaynah is great! I’d never done acupuncture before being treat at Shabo, but now I’m a total convert! It’s extremely relaxing and Zaynah is always very thoughtful about treating me as an individual. I can tell that my treatment is tailored specifically to me. I also like that she will order herbal supplements for me to pick up when i come in, which is very convenient.
Also amazing – she’ll tack on a massage at the end of treatment for a minimal amount. I leave every time a very relaxed and happy lady.

Shabo Acupuncture has made a tremendous impact on my life. Zaynah is a compassionate practitioner, who has a gentle touch, calming presence and caring disposition. She is knowledgeable in Chinese Medicine which is evident in the blissful experience I have each time I leave her office. I am very grateful for her flexibility with scheduling and easy access from the SD area to her location.

I have been seeing Zaynah for several months now and look forward to every treatment. She has helped correct my chronic neck pain and provided a wonderful addition of wellness in my life. The massage options with her treatments are also incredible!
