Our 4 year old twins have been enjoying Sandpiper Music for several years now. The owner, Gina, has 45 minute classes where we sit in a circle with our children and everybody sings and plays with instruments (small drums, sticks, tambourines, etc.). It is great fun.
It has been so much fun watching my childrens’ love for music blossom. My son and daughter sing the Music Together songs at home when they are playing, and it’s clear that the music and rhythm have become a part of who they are.
Gina relates really well with the children and they are encouraged to have fun, be silly, and express themselves during the class.

Gina is the best Music Together teacher that I have ever been in class with and I get to share that with my kids. Her teaching style is unique in that she teaches the kids music and the adults why we are teaching the kids in the way that we do. I learn something at every class. I have 2 girls ages 17 months and 3.5. My 3.5 year old has been in her class here in San Diego since she was about 15 months old and my 17 month since she was in utero. It has been amazing watching them both grow musically and I owe it all to Gina! I highly recommend Gina at Sandpiper Music.
