Rudi’s Autohaus Stuttgart

Brought my Benz in here for repair the other day and they did a great job fixing it up. I did remove a star because they don’t call you for an update, I had to call in to find out the progress; other than that they were very detailed as to the work they did on my car, customer service was great and best of all they guarantee their work.
OK, I put the star back on there because of that.

Having just moved to the neighborhood and being far away from my long time trusted mechanic, the idea of finding a new honest and reliable mechanic was making me a little nervous. All of my apprehension and weariness went right out the door as soon as I received an email back from Daniel. Right off the back he was polite as well as informational, giving me an estimate via email for what my service B would cost. My experience only got better as soon as I arrived the next morning and was introduced to Charlie who was prompt, informative, and an absolutely pleasure to work with, especially at 8 am. I am 23 year old female, who does a know a little about my car, but I would say I more or less fit the stereotype of females and cars, and I can say honestly, at no point did I feel taken advantage of, felt like I was getting sold into anything, and really just felt like these guys wanted the best for me and were going to give me that, even with some of the financial strains I had. Long story short, this a wonderful place to take your car on every level, I will be coming back for all my C230 needs in the future and look forward to working with everyone at Rudi’s!

Great people, great service. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. They are super honest and aren’t huge on the up-​sell. I trust them with my car and know that they are not trying to take advantage of me. They offer a rental car service on the house if you need it and will wash your car upon return. They really do do what’s right for the customer.
