Rock Cancer C.A.R.E.

Rock Cancer CARE is amazing! I’ve seen the compassion, dedication, and loving support it freely offers and how helpful its been to those battling cancer in our community. Such a blessing.

I had the pleasure of both volunteering and working for this non-​profit. Tamela Reed and her team are the most compassionate, selfless, loving individuals I’ve ever met. After being diagnosed with cancer herself, Tamela made it her life purpose to help ease the suffering of other cancer patients by starting a non-​profit, Cancer C.A.R.E.
Cancer C.A.R.E. provides numerous free services to cancer patients (who are often low-​income, alone, etc.) such as rides to appointments, groceries, financial assistance, support groups, etc. Tamela takes the time to get to know every individual patient and their needs, and almost always would tailor a plan to help that person’s particular needs. RCC has done everything from pay patients’ rents, to helping pay for medical bills to hosting weekly support groups and reach-​out events.
RCC is such a beautiful pillar of hope in the community. Tamela and her volunteers have touched hundreds of hundreds of lives and continue to do the Lord’s work every day. What a blessing! I highly recommend their services!!!

The heart of this organization is beautiful. They do CARE. I’m sorry Lindee had a different experience but I can reassure you this organization is the real deal. I wish it existed when my mother battled cancer. They are a real blessing.

This is such an amazing and helpful organization. They give so much to people going through horrible times. There is so much support. I highly recommend Rock Cancer CARE! Wonderful people and a wonderful cause! The volunteers there are so kind, friendly and caring. I cannot say enough good things about them.

C.A.R.E., N.O.T. During a tragic time in my life they came to my home and took things I didn’t give them permission to take. They didn’t even ask. Thieves & greed, Really heart breaking, sadly.
They are definitely not and example of someone serving the Lord!
