Spoke with Enrique Gonzalez regarding 2 appraisals for properties in San Diego. Rains nevered SHOWED up to the 1st appointment. Made several attempts to contact Rains at 877−522−8122 and 619−793−4788 and no one picked the phone. I wasted 2 hours of my life with a business that did not respect my time.
I would NOT use this company. They are not professional.

Terrible experience and is not up all modern evaluation practices. Under valued my house by at least 30k costing us an additional $ 800 closing cost even when we provided them with comparable sells within the last 5 months of 50K more. We found these sold homes on Zillow within 5 minutes of searching. Do not recommend on any level.

I represent a large real estate investment group in San Diego and thus need the services of an appraiser quite frequently. There are many options on our appraiser provider list, but our first and only call is always to Matthew Rains and his team. We have used their services countless times over the past 2 years and have always received prompt and courteous service and accurate, in-​depth appraisals. I couldn’t recommend these guys any more confidently.
