I hit this location looking for a charger. The reviews are pretty negative about this store. I guess I was lucky, as within a minute or two of walking in, a lady asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. She answered two questions I had, rang me up, and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. I was pretty satisfied with my experience here. It took me longer to get in and out of the parking lot at a little past 5pm on a weekday.

Visited this store last week to return an item and waited almost 25 minutes for the chubby manager who was on break found out he’s not authorize to give credit. The two employees who’s on duty that night has no concern to customer spending and waiting 25 or more minutes for nothing instead the chubby manager gave an insulting «thank you for visiting their store“on my way out and I replied I’m not gonna say you’re welcome because your customer service sucks. There is a bad seed on this store and the management needs to look on that. One or more complain is not good on the business for the same person no wonder the rating is so low and this will not improve until the bad seed is in the company.

Came to this location hoping to get one on one help with a phone I was GOING to purchase. Walked in with my little one and sister– not a peep of acknowledgement from staff. One of the things in retail I’ve learned is even a quick «hey» letting the customer know you know they’re there is key. Twenty minutes later– still nothing. Ended up saying screw it and walked away.
BTW my fellow Unilocal!-ers, it was a Thursday afternoon with NOBODY else in there.

Um, how about minus 5 stars? The rudeness I just experienced there is just unacceptable. The young obese manager refused to return an unused battery because the package was open and HE could not resell it. I explained that it was an honest mistake, it has the same diameter as the size I need, and I didn’t know it was the wrong one until I opened it. –No help. I asked him if he should put his needs over the customer’s needs, and mentioned that I might have to write about this online. He then became very rude and tried to intimidate me. He told me he was going to give it to me, but now he’s not, and told me I had to leave. He wrinkled up my battery and receipt b/​c It was no use to me, and gripped it like he was going to throw it at me. Top it all of with lack of basic english language skills. As I calmly wished him good luck, his response was «I do! Every day!» Where has customer service gone? That was a ‘never again’ experience for this Radio Shack.

Cons… They NEVER seem to have what I am looking or they are always out of the item. I seem to always hear: «I can contact another radioshack to see who has one?» Its ok, I go to that one because it is close to my house.

pros… out of the way radio shack location. makes for a not busy place. usually well stocked with most items. great place to find some basic, as well as more obscure electronics parts and supplies. usually if i can’t find it at walmart i will find here. great place to find replacement cordless phone batteries.
cons…the people here are sometimes not very helpful, or are very slow to help you. they know their stuff but are just slow. parking is horrible, since it is located between many very popular stores, payless shoes, some makeup place and walmart and vons. prices are sometimes not the greatest, but they usually have what you need.
