I’m not a Phở enthusiast, by any means. But this place is amazing! My fiancé and I have been coming here for 3 years and we LOVE them! Phở is amazing, the service is quick and the staff is very friendly. We’ve only ordered to go in the past, so I can’t comment on their«in-house» dining experience. But I’m sure it’s great! Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Horrible service. I came here with my family Friday night and when all the food came out they forgot mine. No problem but when they did finally bring it out it was watery and tasted bad. I let the lady know that my order was not cooked correctly. the lady then came and reached over me, took my spoon out of the stew bowl and threw it on the table and took the soup. I was surprised and in shock as she walked away. Honestly what was the point of that. Sorry ur stew is crap, liquid crap at that. I will never come here again.

2 stars because of the horrible customer service I have ever had in my life. Not even being dramatic, the worst.. I come here several times because don’t get me wrong their phở &BBQ chicken spring rolls are delicious but the customer service kills everything. The workers there are extremely rude, they have that look on their face as of they’re life is so miserable not even kidding. They never come to you and ask you for a refill or just to come check on you to see if everything was OK. I believe it’s the owners daughter who’s in her mid twenties, she’s the rudest of them all!!! She’s ALWAYS on her phone even when taking your order or when you’re checking out to pay. seriously that is not professional at all. No wonder everytime I go to pay they mess something up and over charge me or put something I never ordered so make sure you check your receipt twice. So like I said food is delicious, but worst customer service. Wish the people can step it up a bit then I won’t have to write such a bad review.

Good mom & pop restaurant. It does get the random military guy from Middle America talking about racist, sexist, & homophobic stuff but i dont hold that against the restaurant. Just feel weird sometimes as a gay Asian guy. Overall I like it & the portions are really good.

I come here frequently because it’s the nearest phở place to my house. The service here is really, really bad. The workers look like they seriously hate being their and don’t even acknowledge you when you’re seated. The food is «ok», and by that I mean they give you dried spring rolls and give you small quantities of proteins in your phở. Again, service is terrible and food is «ok».

The restaurant is clean and organized /decorated nicely despite the awkwardly long and narrow dining area. The rare steak phở was good, but didn’t blow me away. The rare steak looked awesome when I received it(I order it on the side so I can eat it when it’s more rare), but it wound up being chewy and without much flavor after I cooked it in my phở. Their fresh shrimp spring rolls were very good though! 3⁄5 stars because it was just good(not great: 4, or extraordinary: 5). I would return for some lunch phở because it’s the closest phở place to my office.

This is the first place I have ever tried phở and I fell in love! My first time was in February 2015. Since then I’ve been to two other places and their phở was good, but I found myself always craving phở from this place. I get the rare steak. & my bf gets the bbq beef(which is a great plate for non-phở eaters lol) by the time I get my plate my meat is slightly pink and then cooked by the time I get to eat it. I prefer the rare steak bc it’s softer when it’s cooked. Service here is nice when they are not busy… the evening and weekends are their busiest time and its definitely worth the short wait. If you go when their busy don’t take it personal if they are rushed… they get so busy and they are human… if you were busting your ass to serve a bunch a people I’m sure you’d be the same way… Overall great place great food great price!

I go here 3 – 4 times a month. I have never been discouraged to continue being a regular customer. Now, the cashier knows I want extra sauce and she actually puts it in the bag without asking. Excellent prices too, $ 6.95 for a phở soup or vermicelli rice w/your choice.

A friend and I come here on a weekly basis. The quality of the food is what makes us keep coming back and the quick service certainly a plus. Once you get to know the family a bit, they’re quite friendly. To me, the little family owned, «hole in the wall» places are usually the best restaurants to eat at. It’s the quality of the food and friendliness of those who work that matter. If there’s one complaint it’s probably the fact that their customer service with you is bit of a minimum. So they don’t check up on you much, but I prefer that over the constant«checking up» when you haven’t even had the chance to taste much of your food when you just received it. Other than that, try it out! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I’m not sure of the girls name that works in the front of the house, but she holds this place down for sure! I order spring rolls for my 2 y/o and I and Thai tea at least 2 times a week for brunch– always consistent. Not to mention the delicious phở they serve! I don’t dine in often, but I’ll usually try to make it during down time because(as a restaurant worker I know) it can get busy which overwhelms the staff a little bit so the service gets compromised. I’ve recommended & taken many friends in/around IB here for years. Loves it

Thank you for being in the IB area!!! My husband and I were craving Phở and remembered this place since it’s next to another great food joint — everything was delicious-the egg rolls my husband got were fresh-my shrimp spring rolls were crisp-we will definately be coming back for more!

Came in for a quick bite for lunch. Order took a little long to come. The dish I ordered was vermicelli cold noodle with egg rolls and BBQ beef. Looked really nice and appetizing. Drizzled the sauce. Took a bite and… disappointment ensued. Sauce lacked punch: no tanginess, no spiciness. No cilantro, no mint, no basil, no peanut shavings. The whole bowl was… mehhh… blahhhh…flaccid. No crunch. No complexity. Just a sad bowl of a meal :(I should’ve stuck with my regular order of spring rolls and phở. Oh well… Qué sera, sera.

I’ve been here a few times and am always very pleased with the thai barbeque chicken with chow mein and the quantity they serve. They’re very generous. =) I’d never tried spring rolls before until the first time I went, and well personally, I’m not a fan. Not to say they don’t taste the way they’re supposed to(I wouldn’t know the wiser), I just don’t care for all the mint. And last but not least, the steak phở and noodles was so great. Glad I tried it. The young lady who mans the cashier is always very polite and personable which is nice. I’ve only every taken my orders to go so I can’t comment on the dine-in. I can add that it’s a very clean place as well.

Food is amazing !! The workers are nice & welcoming ! The place is clean & organized ! You get seated quickly & your order comes quick too. They offer to go boxes just in case you can’t finish it all. Overall my favorite spot to come to. There’s plenty of parking as well.

Best Phở in the South Bay! They have more choices than any of the other places and very fast service. I have to say get the egg rolls, omg they were the best I’ve ever had. No lie.

First time trying the seafood phở(do bien) since I’ve became slightly pescetarian! What I love about this phở joint compared to others is that my phở doesn’t get cold at all. It’s perfectly hot and stays warm and im a SLOWEATER. I’m very picky. I only wanted 5 imitation crab, 2 fish balls, two shrimp and no squid. And it was exactly made correctly per my request. The girl Christine is super nice and attentive. This place gets really busy weekends and evenings but I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my phở.

First of all, this is a very clean restaurant. I also appreciate the the prices. Very reasonable. This is a great, quick stop for lunch place in the South Bay. The well done steak phở noodle soup is delicious. The broth is very good. I’ve also had the steak stew. Very good. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was super yummy. The only thing that bummed me out was that all of our orders had moldy tomatoes. It won’t stop me from retuning though. The service is super great. The employees are very nice. And I kidd you not, the chicken is the
