IB Hair Lounge is the worst for customer service, I went there with my son so he can get hair cut, there were 3 stylists and 1 man waiting before me, so I thought wait would be quick. Then a lady came in and then another after that, still I was waiting. But as im sitting there, a stylist took the two ladies that came after me, while the man and i were still waiting. Not once dia the stylists ask who came first or even looked at sign in sheet. Finnaly one came over and said oh are you waiting for someone or do you need a haircut? I said I was here for haircut, but i will be taking my business elsewhere, the stylist said oh well we can take you now, and i said No… never go to this place they treat customers awful and dont want business.
