Pad See Ew and Panang with chicken was delicious! This was the best hole in the wall Thai restaurant I’ve been too! Our waitress was very sweet!!! Definitely will come back!!!

Lunch special menu! Many options: curry, hot basil, pad thai, pad-see-you. Comes with soup or salad – soup is flavorful!

Very good food. Got takeout when a friend was at the hospital over at Sharp. Got the pan and curry for the friends wife and was told it was amazing. I got Tom Yum soup which was perfect. It took a little while but they were very sweet and gave us a tea for our wait. Nice fresh food. Great service.

This place is solid. I’ve never even been inside, but I’ve ordered delivery(which is free) several times. There are a couple things I’ve gotten that I wouldn’t get again(Thai spring rolls) but everything else is awesome! As a note, some of the dishes tend to be on the spicier side, so maybe go one step down from normal. I’ve gotten the pad see ew, spicy noodle, and green curry and they were all really good! I’ve also gotten the pad Thai which was pretty standard, nothing crazy special. Either way, this place is really convenient, tasty, and affordable. I look forward to ordering more stuff from here, and maybe one day, venturing outside of my cave and seeing the restaurant in person.

The service was okay. The pad thai was surprisingly tasty despite the lady not asking me how spicy I wanted it. She assumed none. I guess there’s fault on my end for not remembering to tell her I wanted a 6⁄10. Anyway, the parking is ample, and when I went around lunch time during a weekday, no one was there. Would I eat there again? Not unless a friend I was with really wanted to try it. Otherwise, probably won’t go out of my way to eat here.

Ordered food for a night in with my best friend! We loved our food, and the price was right! Actually just placed another order for myself! I’m happy to have a great Thai delivery place near me.

Ordered delivery from here for lunch through Eat24. They were right on time 11:30AM. We ordered: — Chicken pad thai — not bad has a bit of sweet taste — Tofu spring roll — wayy too much lettuce, that’s all the vegetables it had. — Tofu fried rice — good, standard good amount of tofu. This place wasn’t bad. It was nice they have free delivery and it’s ndaot too far from the office. Standard thai place, I’d order from them again for convenience.

This is probably my favorite Thai place in San Diego. It’s sort of a small hole in the wall. The workers are super friendly and the food is amazing. The spicy scale is from 1 – 10, with 3 being the medium. They recently renovated so now it has much more seating! It’s definitely worth a stop. Once you try it’ll you’ll come back again and again.

The food here is passable. Nothing special. I was disapointed in the beef dish and bbq chicken. These were very small portions for the price. The bbq was not bbq and was rubbery. The beef portion was tiny. You might want to stick to lunch special or pad thai here. I will try other places before I come back here as there are tons of options in this area.

Today is my friends birthday. I know from my other friends that there is a good Thai restaurant on Aero Drive. I love Thai tea in this restaurant. It’s like an original in Thailand. Pad Thai is the thing you have to try!!! I really recommend Thai ice tea and Pad Thai!

Really good foods. Tom Kha Kai and Pad Thai are my favorite dishes. I recommend this restaurant if you want to try Thai foods, which have a flavor similar to Thailand. Great!!!

Had combination appetizers, Tom yum noodle, and Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp to go. Very tender chicken satay, Tom Yum Noodle soup was a little sweet for me. Pad Thai was good. Just opened expanded dining area. Will come back for lunch spicy noodle.

Back again. Had the chicken and shrimp fresh spring rolls to start. Very good. Than the Tom khar soup. Very fresh and good. Then ordered the Num Tok beef. Wow really good. Also had the fried rice with crab and salmon. Yes crab and salmon. Very tasty. To drink was the boba Thai iced tea. I was also surprised to get a military discount. This is my favorite Thai restaurant.

LOVETHISPLACE! The food and drinks are good. Pear Thai is one of my top favorite Thai places to go to :) I have been working down the street for years and always come here for lunch and never have I got bad service or bad quality food. Spicy noodles and pad Thai are my personal favorites

My favorite Thai restaurant. This is the best thai basil w/chicken in san diego, hands down!(Order 4 or less for spice level; anything else is too much. I love jalapenos, serranos, & thai peppers but a 5 is too much.) Amazing sticky rice & fresh mango! So delicious!

Ordered delivery for the first time today. My boyfriend likes the pad Thai, but the tom yum soup is just okay. There is a bit of flavor lacking. However, I also ordered chicken larb and the portion is TINY. I paid $ 8.95 plus tax for this and it only filled ¼ of the container. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would pay at MOST $ 3 for this amount of food. Ridiculous. Way to make a first impression. Makes me not want to go to the restaurant. If anyone has ordered this, it’d be great to know if this is the normal portion or if they scammed me because of delivery.

On a lazy Sunday evening, after coming home from traveling… no one wants to cook. Listen up restaurant owners of San Diego, we live in a city where the traffic sucks, there is a large military and student population and where people work & play hard. That means we get home late sometimes & still have families to feed. Therefore, MAKEDELIVERYANOPTION! It’s good for business. Annnnnndd… that’s why Pera’s Thai Cuisine is freakin’ awesome. A) The delivery is quick. They usually give a wait time of 45 – 60 minutes, but pay that time no mind. They will be at your door, with a hot delicious meal in under the given time. That alone earns them 5 stars in my humble Unilocal opinion. B) The food is good. We weren’t very impressed with the phở selection or the phở we ordered. It was lacking the bean sprouts, leaves, onions and other items that usually accompany phở. C) The spring rolls and curry are worth ordering. The mild spice is perfectly mildly spicy. We were so grateful this place delivers and even more grateful the food was good, fresh and still hot. Also, the meals are well under $ 10& perfectly priced for the portions. We’ll be sure to order again… soon :)
