Old rundown apartments. No A/​C or dishwashers in Units. Poor inconsiderate management. Rules against everything-​no washing cars, no using gas grills, kids can’t play on walkways or driveway (there is no play area). I agree with previous post-​not a good place for kids. There are no amenities-​no pool, no gym, terrible laundry room. .Closets and kitchens don’t have enough storage.

I do not live there but my best friend does and I am livid at the way her kids are treated!!! If you have children… DO NOT MOVE IN THERE!!! Don’t be fooled by seeing lots of kids in the area. The manager is rude and yells at the kids. She expects them to make NO noise outside during daylight hours. She prefer my friends kids to be out to the streets to be run over or kidnapped so that she doesn’t have to hear them.

Terrible manager!!! Rude, lazy and extremely hard to get a hold of when needed. Plus they don’t seem to care that some of their tenants sit outside all afternoon and night (almost every day) on the lawn and blocking the driveway getting drunk and smoking marijuana in front of all the kids.
