I’ve been using this dry cleaner for awhile and never thought to review until I took a few items elsewhere and they ruined everything!
They are more courteous than friendly here, and the prices are a little high. Minus one star.
I’ve never had then ruin anything. Used their same day service with no issues & everything is always shiny clean! Plus 4 stars.

Who reviews dry cleaners??? ME!!! because this story I have is well worth spreading. Once upon a time, I owned a 100-​year old looking Uggs that I bought 5 – 6 years ago. I wore them like they’re my religion during winter time and got them pretty filthy ratchet over the past few years. Before purchasing a new pair of Uggs, the owner advised me to try getting my old ones cleaned by them for $ 45, so I took them in without much expectations. Few days later… WUHHHH BAAAAYUUMMMM!!! My Uggs were looking BRAND NEW, RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, FRESH & SO FLY! No… that was a little over exaggerated, but it looked VERY clean and I’m able to wear it around without having to worry about people judging me. :)
Besides my fresh «new» Uggs, they’re very reliable with all types of dry cleaning/​alteration needs and very knowledgeable on how things need to be cleaned/​tailored. I’ve had my previous dry cleaners mess up my designer coats and dresses, but it hasn’t ever happened with this place! (and hope it never will…)

I go here to get my shirts done. It usually takes about 2 days for them to get done which is OK because I plan on this. I used to go to one on Poway Rd but it closed and now this is the nearest one.

I love this place! I have been going here for a number of years now and I have never once encountered a problem with my dry cleaning or my laundry. I have gotten same day service done on numerous occasions. I believe you just have to drop it off by 9am every morning and you can get it back the same day. They have taken out and removed stains that I thought would never come out. This place does magic, I swear! The owner lady is always super cheerful and very nice. She has done a ton of my alterations as well and I have to tell you, I can’t complain. I also love the ample parking in the strip mall that it is conveniently located in. It’s right at the corner of Mira Mesa Blvd and Scripps Ranch so it’s super easy getting in and out. I’ve had bad experiences at other dry cleaners but I honestly can’t complain about anything here. In fact, there have been times where I’ve had missing buttons on some of my shirts or cardigans that I could’ve cared less about yet they go out of their way to replace things like this at no cost! Their prices are super reasonable and the service is nothing but spectacular. Definitely recommend this place to anybody!

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I took my wedding dress there to get dry cleaned after my wedding. Not only did they charge me $ 120, but the dress came back damaged — which they admitted was their fault. (They gave me $ 20 back.) At the same time, I had gotten another dress dry cleaned. It hung in my closet for a month. I just tried it on and I found what looks like a big grease/​burn stain on it. I’m so upset because I know it wasn’t there when I brought it in. I will never go this place ever again and I recommend you don’t either.
On a side note, the customer service was terrible. I tried several times to get in contact with the manager and they never returned my phone calls.

I’m not sure why the poor reviews here, but I think there may be new owners. My dry cleaning is always perfect and if I have a special request or if there is a tough stain, I point it out ahead of time and everything is taken care of without any problems. The owner is friendly, the service is quick, and although the location may not be ideal, I gladly will keep coming here for the great service.

Friendly customer service. Reasonable pricing for same day service. On site dry cleaning, which is important if you don’t like your stuff being lost.– very pleased with all aspects of this establishment.

This place is expensive!
Is it because it’s on the border of Scripps Ranch?
The prices on the receipt does not match the price menu printout from the cash register. (I requested it because they didn’t have any price posted in the store)

The worst place to take your clothes especially if you like the stuff you wear. First of all they are very rude especially the owner who verbally argued and insulted me. She told me that it was my fault for the damage to my pants and shirts. Also she mentioned that she has insurance but refuses to accommodate me for the damage because she doesn’t care. Finally I had alteration done here for my expensive shirts because the sleeves were to long. She damaged all my shirts by cutting them to short. My pants were to tight and no longer fit me. I would never go back to this place and do not recommend this place please be warned.
I lost over $ 800 going here and wish I never went here.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO DAMAGE THEM AND VERBALLY ABUSE YOU.

Great place and the family that runs this place is super friendly and will really turn things around within an hour. They often replace buttons at no charge and without even asking me. They just take care of it.
Great place with awesome people.
