I have been here twice and they have both times done a great job on my manicure and pedicure. The ladies here always sweethearts! I wish their chairs were a little bit more new cause you cannot really feel the chair massage. But other than that the salon is a short bike ride away from my home and it is worth going back :))

Friendliness is a 5. Quality is a 0. My toes look like a 5 year old did them… Better yet I think a 5 year old would do better. Very unhappy with the paint job. If it lasts 1 day I’d be surprised!

I feel a little bad about such a negative review because they were very nice but I need to be honest. I would have given no stars if I could, here’s why. Friendliness=10 Skill at nails= 0 Cleanliness = 1 Integrity =-1 I called ahead for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. I was quoted $ 22 for gel manicure and $ 28 for pedicure. I was greeted warmly with a bottle of chilled water. I waited about 15 minutes as they were taking care of a family having a spa day. The gentlemen giving me the pedicure cut one of my toes, bad enough that it bled and needed pressure to stop. The manicure lady also cut one of my cuticles, it too was bleeding and she told me, no it’s not, «you’re just sensitive». Blood was the proof. After that she kept hitting the spot that was cut. I just wanted to get out of there. Then, to pay my bill, she charged me $ 60, I asked why when she quoted me $ 50. She said she charged me to take off my old gels and the pedicure was actually $ 33. She knew I was not happy but I paid just to get out of there. The pedicure polish had to be redone by the gal in charge– not at my request and the gel manicure was sloppy and too thick and lumpy. One spot on my nails has started to lift and peel only two days after. My finger is now infected and swollen and my toe is still tender. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Spend a few extra bucks and get it done the right way, without the loss of blood!

Not the best please I’ve been too. Everything is messy and out dated. The people here barely speak English. I came here in desperate need of a mani and pedi. They attended to me right away which was nice. The place was pretty empty and I kid you not I had every single person working in there work on either my hands or feet. Someone cleaned them up another polished another massaged. It was way to much. In the end the polish job was poor. I used Essie which I use all the time but it didn’t last more than I week which is sad. They should get s better quality base and top coat. I will not be returning, there are way better places out there!

My first time at the salon while on vacation and it was wonderful! I did get talked into a gourmet pedicure which was excellent! The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, very thorough and her massages were out of this world:) I can honestly say it was the best pedicure I have gotten in a long time. Will go back on every visit to San Diego.

You’re paying a 3 star price for 4 star quality work. The women working there were perfectly delightful and hospitable. My only complaint is the quality of the joint(broken down massage chair, not updated) but it by no means impeded my experience and I would expect them to charge more than $ 18 for a pedicure with those updates in place. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve passed by this joint a million times, finally decided to give them a try. I got a gel manicure by Amy, and she was so sweet accommodating, and cheerful. It was $ 22 for gel. She gave me water and also wrapped a blanket on me because I said I was cold. I love my nails, she did a fantastic job. I would go again.

Everything I need for the amazing price. Results are similar to high end spas. Usually never a wait for me and convenient. The girls are always cheerful and sweet.

These ladies did a nice hand/arm massage and good French tips, they also ask if your nails are filed/painted to your liking :) Sweet girls who did a good job. One bad thing they don’t have uv driers

I first off want to say I went here because mingle nails raised their prices and I heard from a friend that mission hair and nails was very cheap. There were two women working and both very very nice. The women gave out water because they did not have air conditioning and offered snacks if you mentioned you were hungry. The place was a gross mess though and my nails came out AWFUL. My scenery was a pile of dirty towels and on three work chairs, and it looked like they were using half the salon space as storage. I had recently taken my acrylics off that I had been consistently getting filled for 5 months to let my nails«breathe», so my nails were really thin and brittle. I asked for normal tips with this really beautiful hot red color for my bday nails and somehow that was translated to gel tips(the more expensive option) which the woman said she chose because she said it was healthier for my nails. Honestly, that would have been fine if they looked good but they came out SO ugly. The color looked great but I wasn’t asked once to wash my hands when I had gel and glue all over them and I had nail polish all around my fingers. The shaping was awful and the whole experience just got me really upset, so I told the lady I was unsatisfied with my nails and she pretended like she didn’t understand a single word I was saying when she was talking to me completely in English while she was doing my nails. I asked for a thin square shape and all my nails came out bumpy, thick, and crooked that my friend even made a comment before I said anything the next day on how awful they looked. This place is cheap, but do not go if you want good quality. I paid 28.99 for gel tips which is not too cheap but relative for the area it’s a good price… if they had done a good job. I recommend paying the little extra and going somewhere else.

They ladies were very sweet offering chocolate, water and constantly checking to see if we were ok. Very reasonably priced and did a good job on both manicures, pedicures and the«spa“pedicure.

The ladies who work here are very nice! They always offer water and anything else I need. It’s only 28 for a mani pedi and 22 for gel which cannot be beat! I have been coming here for over a year and highly recommend!

I’m on vacation here in San Diego and needed to stop in for a quick pedicure before a wedding. They were able to get us right in on a Saturday but there were three of us and only two people working. We didn’t mind waiting, but for a weekend you’d think there would be more nail technicians working. It’s a great place to go for a quick service and relatively inexpensive. I will say that their bathroom and floors were pretty dirty. It kind of made me uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. But both ladies were very friendly and made us feel welcome! Great polish selection, too. I got a manicure and a pedicure and I’m pleased with the outcome. I’ll come back!

I know this place is a hole in the wall, but I’ve been coming here faithfully for 4 plus years. I’m so picky about my massage and pedicure and Amy and her staff are the best and most consistent I’ve had. Sure, other places are more convenient for time, so if that is something you need, you might need to go elsewhere. But just call ahead and tell her how many people u need and Amy will try to accommodate. Yes, she’s Vietnamese and hard to understand, but a pedicure and manicure for 25 – 30 bucks? It’s so cheap and really good, worth a little wait if you need to wait. The other reviews are really old, and still go here.

I love going to this beauty salon, great costumer service and I was happy with the result. I felt so relaxed while getting a pedicure/manicure, the massage felt really good. I always come to this salon for gel nails and the results are always fantastic. Compared to other salon this place have the best prices and quality :).

I got a great French manicure and pedicure here and 10 days later there are no chips or peeling. It looks brand new! This place needs a good cleaning but the ladies were nice. I haven’t had my nails last this long ever. So I wanted to give them a good review based on how pleased I am.

This place had literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. 6 girls made an appointment 24 hours in advance and when we showed up there was only 1 woman working. She assured us that more were on the way but 45 min later, no one had come. When another girl(not in our party) arrived, she was immediately placed in the water while we continued to sit there not yet in the water. Needless to say, we left. Never EVER give this place your business.

Ehhh! Customer service is good, but their pedicure massaging skills need improvement! I was charged $ 60.00 for a spa pedicure/manicure! A bit over priced!!!

I used to love this place, but they’ve changed management and the service is inconsistent. Makes me really sad to give them this review.
