Mike Mora is an ambitious professional who makes customer service synonymous with The Mora Team. My wife and I had a pretty firm list of wants and Mike did six months of research to find us the place of our dreams. It was when escrow started that he really proved his worth. Mike did an awesome job with helping my family buy and sell a home here in San Diego. He was very easy to work with and was always professional. Two weeks ago I purchased my first home and I can honestly say that the experience could not have been better.

I worked with Mike to find my new home this summer. Being a first time home purchaser/​owner, I was a bit nervous about the process (to say the least :)). Upon our first meeting, I knew Mike would be a great fit for me. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and offered up additional insight that I had not yet thought of. I have used Mike Mora in the past and am happy to see that he has branched out on his own with Mora group. He knows all facets of real estate. I know people that have used him to rent commercial space and to purchase a house. My need for him was to find me a condo for rent in Pacific Beach area. I know… why would you need someone to help find you a place for rent? I was in the middle of a huge project for work and had no time to be driving around looking at signs and leaving messages for landlords that never answer. Mike shopped many places for me and had a daily update for me. I would pick the ones I wanted to view and he would set it up for me. I never felt like he wasnt rushing me to pick a place so he could pick up some $ like many brokers do. After about a week I had my place and was very happy. And the best part… he bought me a beer after I signed the lease.
