Working with Max over the almost 2 years we were searching for our first home was a great experience. As first time home buyers he took lots of time to explain everything to us. His mellow approach was very refreshing and made interacting with him a dream. When it came down to sealing the deal we got everything we asked for and more. Max is an excellent realtor and I would recommend him to anyone. He also has a vast network of contacts like home inspectors, geologists, land inspection people etc so he can help you keep costs low when considering the property. We never felt pressured and he often times brought properties to our attention that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Also his staff is great too!

Max is great at what he does. I highly encourage you to speak with him if you are in the hunt for a home.
He was responsive, attentive, but not pushy at all. He was honest with us when he felt a potential home was not a fit for what we were looking for and when it came time to closing he was on top of everything making our lives as stress free as they can get when it comes to putting down your hard earned dollars. If you are a first time home buyer, or even an experienced buyer, Max and his awesome team are likely a fit for your needs.

Max helped us find our new San Diego home. He showed us a house that I had already seen on Zillow and disregarded based on the pictures. But when we told him what we were looking for, he showed it to us and it turned out to be perfect for us. We never would have found our house without him! He was also very prompt to return calls and texts.

Outstanding service all around! In fact, Max exceeded my expectations by negotiating a sale my rental property above full asking price.
Not only was Max great, but his team was fantastic as well. Everybody was always available for questions/​communication. Of all the real estate transactions that I have had, this was by far the most professional. We will definitely be using Max again in the future.

Max helped us buy a house in Bay Park from out of state. He was terrific in understanding our family’s needs in terms of location, type of house, especially flow of the house etc. He paid attention to our feedback on each property online very carefully so when we visited the area to look at homes, he knew exactly which ones to show us. He was also very respectful of our budgets and did not push us. He was professional, responsive, and very effective. He went above and beyond. As we were buying from out of town, we had to ask him to do a lot more than an average homebuyer and he was always ready to help. His style and professionalism made what should have been a stressful process very smooth and easy. And we are very happy with the purchase and no buyer’s remorse here.
