I can see why this place has 1 star. Come here if you want to be ignored. I suggest MAC training their reps better for customer service. I hardly shop at MAC so thank you for giving me another reason

I went in and was ignored for 15 minutes and then was treated horribly by the makeup artist. Now I am a person who goes to Mac on a regular basis and I’ve never had a bad experience, but today I’ve never felt so belittled and angry. She was pompous, unprofessional, and rude. Needless to say she ignored me for such a long time. I’ll never be back there again. Nordstrom has another Mac I can go to from now on or I’d rather go out of my way and drive to fashion valley.

If you enjoy being ignored definitely go to this Mac counter. I had my credit card in my hand and already knew what I wanted and what colors. Unfortunately she still didn’t see me knowing that most likely I was in a hurry during my lunch break. Hello my card is in my hand, easy sale!!!

While I do like most MAC products such as their blush, eyeshadows, and lipstick, this location is my least favorite to visit. I prefer the one at Fashion Valley inside the Nordstrom or the one inside Macy’s at Grossmont. This one at Nordstrom is the worst! On my three visits to this location I have never been treated right. They all have their nose stuck in the air. Last time it was the worst. The girl never smiled, never greeted, or helped in anyway! It was so frustrating. I may have came in scrubby but people shouldn’t judge a book by its cover you know. I dropped some money. I am a makeup junky! When I come to UTC I will only shop at Sephora and no longer this MAC because it is that bad!
