Good sales and discounts ⁷⁄₂₅. Got a couple of blouses at 30% off and skirts at $ 20 that I can mix and match.
Excellent service and very helpful staff.
They were out on an item and they helped me place the order. Since it was in store order, it was free shipping!

Normally I don’t review chains. Whats to review? Everything is so standardized and generic that there isn’t much bad or good. In fact the only time I review chains is when they dip so far below the standard generic line that its worth mentioning.
This time Loft went so far above the chain standard that I had to review it. The store itself is really large and has a great selection. But where this store shines is its staff. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, but not over bearing. The sales associates helped us to find the sizes we needed, checked in several times, and promptly took the items out of our dressing room that didn’t work. We also needed to do some complicated returning and re-purchasing of other items and these ladies didn’t even flinch.
Too bad I live in LaLa land otherwise this would be my new go to Loft store!

This is my favorite Loft store in San Diego. Nice-looking store, super-friendly and helpful staff, and if you take advantage of their sales, you can get some really nice looks without spending your whole paycheck. Went in today for their 40% of everything in the store sale (yes, EVERYTHING, even accessories), and I got $ 215 worth of stuff for $ 127, including tax. And one of the girls helped me put together a cute outfit for work. (I suck at matching — I usually buy one-piece dresses and suits.) Thanks, Loft Ladies, for the great service!

Having received a gift card to this store for Christmas I went in to get some shopping done. The promotions that they had going on were amazing! Take an additional 25% off the marked down clearance items. I would have been thrilled if only they had my size.
The pants from here don’t fit me well since I’m tall. This store does offer petites but not tall. I feel like I’m being discriminated against. They did have some cool costume jewelry on sale and I was able to find two shirts. I’ll wait to spend the rest of the gift card later.
Just a little note to the sales people: when you see someone trying to shop while on crutches it would be polite to offer starting them a fitting room. When I dropped the blouse like three times yes that moment would have been perfect to ask if I needed help.
