John Weedman Cabinets

This review is well over due. John did our cabinets about two years ago. We were in search of someone who could make a peninsula to match our existing cabinets. He did just that and it looks fantastic! Very professional, great communication regarding progress and updates. Excellent work. We still get compliments on the work that he did. Would hire him again in future and recommend him to everyone. Very friendly.

John is a master cabinet maker and a perfectionist.
We contracted John to design and create the cabinets for our kitchen. It was the first time we did a kitchen remodel project so we didn’t know what to do sometimes. We had a rough overall design, but John provided critical suggestions to areas that we didn’t think about or didn’t think was possible. He’s very detailed-​oriented. We loved the hand-​drafted cabinet design plan he created, which gave a really good visual to how things would look. He did a great job in making the cabinets and had all of them done within the time promised. Because our other work was seriously delayed John offered to keep all of the cabinet doors stored in his place for weeks so they wouldn’t be scratched. When we were ready for the installation, we couldn’t believe how much effort he then put into installing the cabinets. He measured the surface of the walls and meticulously trimmed the back of each cabinet so they would be closely against the wall.
We loved his work so much we then offered two more jobs to him, including the design and creation of a complete wood set of benches and table for our kitchen nook.
We highly recommend John to anyone who’s looking for a master wood maker!
