Met my family at the Little Italy Farmers Market and they were eating lunch when I arrived, right in front of Joes On The Nose. I waited in line after some slow customers only to find out I didn’t need to wait in line just to buy a filtered coffee. Oh well, now I know for next time. Good coffee at a great farmers market. I’m sure I’ll be drinking a coffee here again, and I’ll get evil looks from the people in line when it looks like I’m cutting.

My boyfriend and I went to this vendor because we couldn’t make up our minds with what to eat at the Hillcrest Farmer’s Market. We didn’t really know what to order, but found drinks that sounded similar to the drinks we would order at different locations. I ordered a chai tea blended and my boyfriend ended up with something similar to a java chip frap. from Starbucks. After the first sip of mine, I was in LOVE! I loved the flavor of my drink and so did my boyfriend(someone ended drinking half my drink instead of their own…). After walking around the market for a little while longer, we went back to this vendor before going back to the car. I will admit that the people running the truck can be a bit distracted trying to get all the orders together and making sure each customer gets what they want, that they could seem that they’re not really paying attention, but when I got to talking to one of them on our second trip they were pretty nice and joked around with us. I would give this place a try and just love their blended drinks(the chai especially)!

I stopped at their truck while at the Little Italy farmers market. Nothing fancy, basic coffee and hot chocolate drinks. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, average execution. Slow, but very friendly service.

What can I say other than«AMAZING!!!» Joe’s On the Noes has great tasting coffee, supreme service, and was a fantastic addition to our wedding. We hired them to provide coffee service for our San Diego reception. They were setup and ready to go with a professional looking espresso bar and were more than willing to accommodate our personalized requests to fit our theme. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Joes On the Noes!!!

Coffee truck looks great. All these Hawaiian coffee mixed with coconut and macadamia nut flavors and whipped cream. But the baristas don’t know shit clearly. It’s like 90 out but I should of gotten my aloha coffee hot not iced. I asked the barista whether I should get it hot or cold to my credit though and she said cold. It came as a mixture of syrups with barely a hint of coffee and a dollop of macademia but whipped cream that didn’t taste like quality, it tasted like it was out of a compressed can with fake flavor. Won’t be back again.

Must try! I had an aloha mocha(iced) which is a mocha with coconut and macadamia nut. It was so delicious! Fast, friendly, and CASHONLY. Definitely a great start to my first day at the mercado. I will definitely be by again when I go there.

NOT recommended for company events. The coffee is good but like other people here who dealt with the owner directly, he is terrible. We had his truck come over for catering and paid for 70 coffees. 20 min before he was about to leave I asked how many drinks we have left and was told 27. So I told some employees they could get a second one if they wanted. He started turning them away so I went to see what was wrong. He said those people already had a coffee. I said«that’s okay, you’re leaving soon(10 min by then) and we have coffees left so they can have a second one» and he said«No. They already had one.» And I said«But we paid for 70, so if we are at less than 70, some people can get another one» Then he flipped out and said«you’re yelling at me! I’m the owner of this truck! I don’t have to be here!» I was shocked at his behavior. My coworkers standing next to me insisted I wasn’t yelling. I told him«we were hoping for repeat business, but you’re right. You don’t have to be here» and he yelled that he’s not coming back. What an absurd person. We paid $ 600+ and he doesn’t appreciate business. And he charged us extra for two extra workers to make the line go by faster and he only brought one extra worker. We’ve have lots of events like this for employee appreciation and we will not be adding this to our rotation of events.

Coffee was good. We had this truck here for a company event and he was pretty stingy and rude. Wouldn’t recommend at a company event.

I love this little coffee truck at the West end of the Little Italy Mercado on Saturday mornings! There is one thing that I always get and that is the ALOHALATTE — Think iced mocha, but with coconut and macadamia nut. Yummeh! If you like those flavors and aren’t sure what to get, try that one! All their coffee is organic and it’s fast and delicious. What else do you want to know? :)

First thing I saw at the farmer’s market was this bright orange truck with the word«coffee» on it, so it definitely got my attention. I had the green tea latte which was very flavorful and did not need a lot of sugar, which is good. I tend to like as unsweet as possible, so if you are a fan of sugar, they have some on the side table. The only thing was that it was kinda loud when they would call out your name when your drink was ready, so it was sometimes hard to hear. Otherwise, pretty good coffee with Starbucks-comparable pricing, so if I had a choice, I would go here if I’m going to pay that much anyways. My latte was $ 3.50, so not overly pricey. Try it out!

The favorite so far would have to be the Aloha Latte or its cold version, the Aloha Acheeno(blended). Get there early, it can get really busy.

Oh how I love seeing the Orange truck in the horizon when I hit the Farmers Market at Little Italy and Hillcrest. Its like a lighthouse beacon drawing me in to get my caffeine. Although today and on other occasions, I get drawn in and choose to not load up on caffeine. Today I tried the Gromlet. It is just hot cocoa with the a tasty tropical flavor. Although, I forgot to ask for it to be topped with the coconut whip cream. I am a fan. Thanks Joe’s in the Nose for your tasty drinks!

Iced horchata latte! Love that they have such a variety of drinks, much more fun than your typical chain coffee shop. The horchata latte was full of cinnamon — the perfect idea for a latte. I wish this was offered at more coffee shops! My friend ordered the iced aloha latte and gave me a taste — heavenly. It was a little more decadent than I would prefer, but if you’re into that kind of thing it’s worth it. Cute, authentic, honest, truck with hard working baristas. Amazing that they can whip up such good drinks in such a small area! We got to try Joes at the Hillcrest farmers market, and they’re always parked at the very far end. Usually a line, but they keep it moving and get drinks out really quickly.

I don’t drink coffee on the regular, but this was a nice treat. Ordered an Aloha Latte and it brought me back to when I was in Maui on vacay. Gotta love that. Service was quick, the staff were nice and friendly, and the coffee was delicious. It came with a cute little heart made of cream, which made me smile — what a bonus! XD #itisthesimplethings

My brother recommended we grab a cup of coffee from the«coffee truck at the other end» of the Hillcrest Farmer’s Market. It seemed like other folks had the same idea as the line was lengthy, but it was totally worth it. I settled on the Horchata Latte but the menu is chock full of delicious sounding ways to caffeinate. I was not disappointed as the latte was rich and cinnamon-y without being too sweet. Got a whole selection of cold drinks too to help cope with that hot, San Diego sun.

A friend took me to the Little Italy Farmers Market, and Joes just had to be our first stop. Judging by the long line of customers, Joes is really popular with the crowd. They have a variety of drinks on hand, but the combination of mocha with coconut and macadamia nut plus more coconut(whipped cream) just had me thirsty for some. I’m telling you. Try the Aloha Latte. You won’t regret it. In fact, it did what I expected and brought me back to Hawaii. Oh, was it ever delicious. Love the coffee and I would definitely come back and try the other flavors, especially because the staff were so nice too.

After partaking in SDRW, our waitress Michelle from Anthony’s Grotto suggested we go take a romantic stroll through little Italy. So we burned off some fat making way to the Farmer’s market event. It was very organized and people were touching, looking, smelling, and tasting. Thank God for our senses. To taste the Joes on the nose Aloha Latte and the female barista asked me if would like coconut Whip Cream. Hell yeah!!! While wanting the Aloha Latte, I ordered a shot of expresso… I wanted something to perk me up! Boy did it. I like tasting the bits of coconut. It was a nice and refreshing.

Been here several times, sometimes I only go to the farmers market just to come here and get my fix shhhhh… Always have friendly service, few times they forgot about my drink and had to be reminded. But that happened when they were really busy. The Aloha acheeno is delicious hot or iced, I also like the blended Chai tea latte. Almost all of the drinks I’ve had here were delicious. The coconut whipped cream is to die for, I wish they could give me a cup of it and drizzle carmel and chocolate syrup on it. Still trying to muster up the courage to try something new.

I’ve had my fair share of blue bottle, Philz, stumptown and more but Joe’s is def on par as a great coffee concoction creator ^-^ I don’t even like coconut but the aloha latte is so yummy! If you’re a true coffee lover and prefer the classic Americano or just regular brew, I’m not sure if it’s worth venturing out to the farmer’s market to hunt down this one-of-a-kind coffee truck BUT I love specialty variations on coffee(like Philz mint mojito) and Joes puts a sweet tropical one with drinks like their horchata latte and additional flavors like macadamia nuts and fresh coconut whipped cream! I would definitely suggest trying this :)
