They were ok. Not thorough cleaners, but nice enough. The problem was they got a bleach stain on my upholstered chair, and deny that it was them. They came to look at it, took photos, and said it wasn’t a bleach stain and never called us back, even though we have called them multiple times. Don’t use them because they are not worth the money and the damage they will cause.

They are probably okay for a light weekly clean, but definitely not for a deep clean. I talked to them about my needs (deep clean on a rental house) and they said they could do it. I even purchased a few extra hours to ensure they would have time for the DEEP clean. They sent 2 people and the quality of the clean was not that deep. The attitude seemed to be if they touched it, it has been cleaned, as opposed to keep scrubbing until it is clean. I had to point out to them more than a few times that even though they had wiped something down, it was still dusty, sticky, dirty, etc. I finally gave up.
After they left I opened the blinds on a few rooms and found massive cobwebs in the corners. They never even bothered to open and close the blinds to clean them. It is not as if they ran out of time either, as they seemed to slow down toward the end to fit the hours I agreed to pay for.
The cost is not cheap AND they expect a tip on top of the price quoted!
I bought an online coupon, so didn’t pay full retail, and even that was pricey. I decided to post this review as I see again they are advertising via a few of the coupon sites.

I purchased a daily deal for this company online, and scheduled my appointment. No one showed up, and finally after and hour and a half of multiple calls to them, I was told they had no idea where their staff was, were not able to send anyone to my house that day, and couldn’t reschedule in a timely manner.
I’m now working with the company I purchased the deal through to get a refund. This company is not reliable… find someone else.

JCS missed not one but TWO appointments! I don’t appreciate my time being wasted. Dont waste your time on JCS either!
