Horrible! *They don’t honor coupons/promotions *Supervisor invaded my privacy *Osvaldo Presa took my phone and browsed the content of my phone without my permission Supervisor named Osvaldo Presa doesn’t honor Jack in the Box Promotional Coupons. Also, he took my phone and started browsing the contents of my phone. I NEVER gave him permission to do that. I am furious with my invasion of privacy. He is horrible staff. I will never dine at this Jack in the Box ever again. I want everyone to know of the horrible staff experience that I just had so that they can go to a better establishment somewhere else. Not off of Black Mountain Road unless they change out their supervisor Osvaldo Presa. Date of visit: February 14, 2016 Time of visit: approximately 8:00PM

Been coming here for decades since I was a teenager. It’s changed significantly from back in the day but for the better. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The days of buying things for under a dollar are gone but still find great food and decent prices. Drive thru is never too long and neither are the lines in the dining area. The menu seems to be more geared towards new types of food with butter, etc. not much a fan of the new items, I’m a classic man lol. The trash and recycling receptacles are very organized and nicely placed throughout the restaurant. The restrooms are clean and are always full of soap and toilet papers and hand tissues. Thanks Jack for feeding me for all these years! Glad I’ve grown up in San Diego where you’re corporate office is based. Jumbo Jack with cheese, two tacos and a drink with a side of buttermilk ranch has always helped keep me in shape — round…

Just left this place extremely disappointed! We ordered large curly fried and a drink. Ate ¾ of the way down into the box and find regular white fries. As if they mixed the fries and was too lazy make more curly fries and filled the bottom with regular fries! Lame!

I’ve eaten at this Jack In the Box since. well. forever and it’s always been pretty good to me. Breakfast food here is awesome and cheap! Breakfast Jack — classic and ridiculous cheap. Great for not having to eat a lot and they last a really long time. Great for long distance trips. Ultimate Breakfast Jack — my go to sandwich for a long time. It isn’t ridiculously salty like the extreme sausage and feels a little healthier. Croissant Sandwich — probably the most balanced and tasty breakfast sandwich they make. I’m pretty sure it is the buttery croissant that makes it great. You get savory, sweet, salty all in one go. Loaded Breakfast Sandwich — the newest sandwich. Really good. It’s the return of the sourdough jack with two eggs, and all the meats! How awesome is that. If you want everything in a sandwich. This is the one to get.

Local place that I’m a fan of that I come for the breakfast croissants for the most part. The rest of the menu I have once every few months but they are pretty consistent for me and they are local to where I live. the location is pretty clean and the staff always takes care of me. I like their variety of menu vs mcdonalds.

I just had the most amazing service:). What do they feed the night shift? They were so energetic.

I frequently come here to get a little bite to eat. I typically go through drive thru. They usually don’t mess up my order and I usually have customized orders(no cheese, no mayo etc). They always ask how was their service and it is good. There’s always a little option on the receipt to do a feedback survey and you get 2 free tacos. I don’t know why I don’t do it because i always get tacos! If you like spicy, ask for Franks red hot sauce and dip your fries in it!

I like this location. My main complaint is the morning crew. They always seem annoyed or mess up my order. The afternoon people are just amazing. The self serve kiosk is great for my kids and they enjoy using it

I spent and additional 40 cents for jalapeños on my tacos and I received 2 pieces on top of the lettuce that fell off before I had a chance to eat them. This was the second time I made a special order… but never again.

I like Jack, and this Jack is pretty good. I come at odd times and usually everything goes off without a hitch. There was one unfortunate instance where my order was completely messed up, but you know what? They apologized, made a new order, and gave out a coupon for one free item for my trouble. Jack is class. So far I only have two complaints: 1) breakfast seems kind of crappy after 10 on weekends, though breakfast at 4 am goes off without a hitch. Graveyard employees are more dedicated to their craft? 2) The self-order kiosk, though not a problem in of itself, is a bit misleading because although it tells you it has the full menu available, it often doesn’t. For example, a new featured item is only available in combo form instead of al la carte. So this requires a face-to-face interaction with an employee who simply doesn’t have the time to take care of front end and whatever other tasks management decided he or she shall take. Also I don’t believe the kiosk can handle coupons. At least, I’ve never delved so far into the menus to find out. But for quick service it’s excellent. I really like the way Jack has made the interior more café-bistro-ish inside and while the place is half full it can be a pleasant dining experience as far as fast food goes. Haven’t had any complaints with the food other than a poorly-cooked breakfast on occasion. Despite that and the kiosk annoyance it’s my favorite Jack in the area.

We came here on a Wednesday night and ordered to-go. Bad idea. No one who worked here would take orders. There was a family in front of us who took forever creating their order on the electronic kiosk. After we placed our order, it took about ten minutes to get our order. At least the food was good, but next time I will use the drive-thru.

Good service. Same Jack in the Box food that I expect to get at all Jack in the Box restaurants.

Hey, it’s Jack in the Box, so by definition it can’t earn more than 3 stars. Having said that, this RPQ location is one of the better I’ve ever been to. The lady at the drive through window was nice, my order was accurate and the sourdough burger was just fine. If you’re in the mood for an e-coli burger from Jack-in-the-Crack, this is the location I would visit.

Hey I got the Jumbaco deal. Hee Hee. The Jumbo Jack, two tacos, fries and a drink for $ 4.29. Funny commercial, great deal. Gotta love it!

I’m literally ashamed of myself for dining(if you can call it that) here and even MORE ashamed for broadcasting it to the world. The customer service at the location is horrible. No, that doesn’t’ mean that they are rude or unfriendly in this instance, it means the service is extremely S-L-O-W. I will say however there has been a slight improvement lately but it is very slight. NO, I’M NOT A REGULAR!!! The food is what you’d expect, an artery clogging experience. I will say however that I do have a fondness for the Sourdough Jack and their chocolate shakes are pretty tough to beat. If it wasn’t for these two items, we’re talking a one star here. They went through a makeover in the last year or so and painted the exterior and remodeled the interior to make a little more modern. Even with the renovations, the interior can be a bit dirty at times. I know it’s been around awhile but they do have a «kiosk» to order your food from rather than waiting in line for the personal touch from their service representatives. The kiosk is a great idea! Now if they will let me go in the back and cook it up myself, we’re talking.

One star because they were open at 1am after a night of dancing downtown. Another star because we were craving Mexican food and nearby Cotijas(nothing to rave about either) was closed. At least they had tacos. At this time of the night/morning, and in the midst of an alcohol induced hunger pang, even JitB tacos taste palatable. I am pretty sure I would not have them if I were thinking straight. Even if it was $.99 for 2 tacos.

Nicely modeled Jack in the Box. I enjoy going inside and actually sitting down. At one point long ago, they had wifi. LoL, that strategy to attract a younger crowd longer didn’t last long. Have you ever put a taco in a jumbo jack? It’s a nice mix of juicy, crunchy, and some spice. Quick service, haven’t had an issue with any orders yet. This is my hometown Jack in the Box.
